The location was perfect for us - we had a family party just 5 minutes walk away. There was ample parking and it was easy to find. The staff were friendly, polite and very welcoming. Our room was spotless, decorated beautifully and extremely comfortable. We ordered room service which was quick and delicious- really great pizza and goats cheese salad with quality ingredients. We had everything we needed - lots of towels, in room toiletries, complimentary water, tea, coffee etc. Casa is located on a busy road but we didn't hear the traffic or neighbouring guests. The reception, bar and restaurant were all beautifully appointed too. Everything was really good for the price.

A fabulous hotel for a get together with friends. From the minute we arrived, to our departure, staff and facilities were exceptional. The rooms are fantastic, with comfortable beds and space in the room. The bar is excellent, and the restaurant onthe evening was like Michelin star food. The breakfast with extras at no extra charge was very tasty, scrambled eggs and salmon a great start to the day. The hotel was decorated in the public areas to a very high standard. All in all a fabulous hotel.

The location is on a busy set of roads, so a bit of noise from very noisy vehicles but not the hotels fault at all. Our room had no coffee machine, which should have been there, told reception on departure and they apologized and said they would get in touch with house keeping.

Staff were exceptional, from housekeeping, waiting staff, receptionists and management Nothing is too much trouble They're ALL helpful, friendly, efficient and a great Team The room was well set out, comfortable and clean Location was really good for accessing bus routes to Matlock Bath, Sheffield town centre and Meadow hall, to name but a few Lovely scrambled eggs and fresh melons and pineapple plentiful at breakfast as was decaffeinated tea & coffee and oat milk which were also supplied on request in the room

The hand wash, body wash and shampoo were fixed so you couldn't tell when they were getting empty and they weren't checked and topped up Breakfast had items missing every day that were on the menu.. like cheese and ham, Plus smoked salmon for a few days Pastries choice only croissant and one other mini Bacon was often tough as it was kept (along with everything else) in warming dishes

A very comfortable and modern-looking hotel, a great value for money. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. I liked the fact that there was complimentary bottled water and milk for coffee, on top of coffee/tea bags. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was sufficiently spacious. The choice of food for breakfast was excellent and everything was freshly cooked on site. The hotel staff were very helpful and responsive.

The hotel gets very busy on weekends, so you may expect a queue at breakfast. The waiting guest are directed to wait in a bar area, and everybody is well-looked after.

Excellent service and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and well-stocked with complimentary items, and the beds and pillows were especially cozy. Breakfast was delicious, with the added bonus of being able to choose from a made-to-order menu at no extra cost. Overall, the location is very convenient, and we enjoyed our stay.

The only downside was that some things were beginning to show wear, particularly in the bathroom. There were rusty door hinges, some of the wood veneer on the door was peeling, and small spots of mold were starting to form on the ceiling. We also couldn’t find a way to turn on the bathroom fan, if there was one.

There was just a small problem which really didn’t affect our enjoyment of the hotel as a whole. We had to queue around 20 minutes to get into the restaurant for breakfast on our first day . However, staff were very helpful , and tried their best to solve the problem. Maybe on days like this , when the hotel is at full capacity, you can use the Barça bar for breakfast as well to relieve the pressure off the somewhat small main restaurant. On our second day , there was no problem and we went straight in and enjoyed a very nice breakfast.

Staff were amazing and so helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Ordered room service and the food was amazing.

The throw on the end of the bed had lots of threads coming out of it, which when you’re in a premier room, little things bring it down. The breakfast wasn’t at the same level as the rest of the hotel and food. All the hot food bar the sausages were hard and cold and the selection could have been better as compared to a few budget chains the choice was poor such as only croissants and raspberry crowns for pastries. There was a menu you could order from but the hot food put me off. It was just underwhelming compared to the rest of the hotel.

The hotel was very classy, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the Cochina restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner, disabled parking was right outside the hotel, there were plenty of lifts and we never had to wait long, the room was large, the bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet with good sound proofing, there was good air conditioning, the walk in shower was large with lots of hot water. Plenty of towels, tissues, handwash, shampoo and conditioner were provided. There was a mirror over the desk, together with power points. The hotel's location was very convenient to major routes and across the road from a huge Tesco with petrol station. We cannot recommend the hotel highly enough.

Complimentary fresh milk and water was very much appreciated. All the staff were extremely polite, especially the chamber maids on Saturday who wished us a good evening. The beds were huge and very large, so comfortable.

Attended a function. After the function we went to the bar for a nightcap to be told by bar staff that we couldn't be served as the function was finished. It could have been phrased better if she asked if we were residents rather than a straight refusal to serve us. She then asked for our room cards in quite an abrupt manner. When we showed her our cards she left us to be served by a young man who was very apologetic. Establishing customers are residents should be first. Had a long wait to be seated for breakfast as only one staff member but was very polite.

Our family recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Casa Hotel in Chesterfield, booking two rooms for our visit. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Dining at the hotel's Cocina Restaurant was a highlight; the food was outstanding. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting, making each meal a memorable experience. Overall, Casa Hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort, excellent service, and exquisite dining, making our family stay truly enjoyable.
