Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent value and good quality ingredients- certainly seemed like it was prepared and cooked in house. Delicious.
Nothing we didn't like but the building is huge and some public areas were undergoing renovation which we were advised of.. It didn't affect us in the least as the bedroom we had was complete with lovely facilities and a sea view. The prices made up for any bits that may have been rough round the edges at the moment.

Superb location, scenery makes it all worthwhile. We slept well in a large bed. Staff very friendly, breakfast whilst free was substantial and Sunday dinner was excellent. We used the local transport system to visit places we bought a weekly bus pass and left the car outside.
To be honest the place met all our needs. If I have to find fault then I would say the sink in the bathroom is too small and shallow. This I found awkward when shaving, perhaps I should have used an electric shaver but they never give a close shave.

We were greeted by the owner Phil and it was nice that he remembered us from our stay last New Years Eve. We stayed in a nice room with sea views and large bathroom. The stay was exactly what we were expecting, and Phil is a very welcoming friendly host. The hotel is on the west shore so quieter than the town centre, but within a very easy walk. Breakfast was served from 8am with a good choice and a full cooked breakfast which was great quality and set us up well for the day.
Wi-Fi is very slow but this certainly didn’t take anything away from the enjoyment of our stay.

The staff were very friendly, and the food well deserved of their rating The burger was yummy! The sea view from the room was perfect. The bedroom had a very comfy double bed, with good lighting. There were tea coffee and hot choc provided, and the bathroom was also to a high standard We will be back
I selected parking, only to find out that the parking is on the road outside the property. . This worked about well for us because of the time of year we went. We may not be so lucky in the summer.

Loved everything. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Beer tasted great, we had the Welsh lager and food was absolutely delicious, hot and well priced. It was lovely to speak to the chefs as they were really interested in our thoughts regarding the food they had cooked. Every room in the hotel we went in was warm and Decor colours are lovely. Two chairs in the bedroom would be fab so you can sit by the window and admire that stunning sea view. This place is the whole package, showing others in the industry how it is done. Good price point for room, food and drink, quality of food and presentation excellent with well maintained pipes resulting in a good beer being served. The place is warm and welcoming with excellent customer service.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in the Lilly, it’s a fabulous place and a great location, parking is free and ample, Phil welcomed us on arrival and gave us all the details we needed. We had our evening meal in the restaurant (for the first time). The food was absolutely perfect, (1 steak and 1 salmon). Breakfast is severed in the breakfast room with stunning views of the sea and the Great Orme. There’s a good choice of food, cereals, toast, yogurt,, fruit before a traditional cooked breakfast which really sets you up for the day.
There really isn’t anything not to like.

from the get go, Adam clearly was busy, but totally accommodating when we arrived. The room was warm and comfortable,. a pleasant surprise was the heated over the sink mirror, perhaps a sign adjacent to the mirror to let you know its warm would help. The food was fantastic and the beer. The breakfast was also good, with lovely views over towards the sea and the hills. The hotel is currently undergoing a refurbish but this was not off putting. Adam says its a family run business . I noted Adam dressed smart, with hotel branding worn which for us shows commitment and care. Location ideal just off the motorway. Will be visiting again, thank you Adam and Team! Hugh and Caroll

As usual, the Lilly was an excellent stay. Breakfast was excellent as I remembered. The staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived. Even the new younger staff are very polite and professional - we will as always definitely be back.
Not a real dislike, just that the bedroom radiator was either not working or when it did it was warm at best - bathroom radiator was fine, just the bedroom radiator not working made the room very cold at night. The bathroom door, even though it can be opened from the inside, if not actually unlocked from the inside when leaving it, locks the door when closed on exit and as it is a key lock we had to source the key from the manager. Just shear unlucky that it happened to us and lucky he had the key as he did not know it did that himself.

The room was very spacious and comfortable - breakfast brilliant and satisfying - location brilliant.
We arrived on a very stormy Ciaran day - raining heavily, blowing a gale. We were very wet and cold and, unfortunately, the room had not been heated prior to our arrival so the room felt quite chilly. Maybe a little heating prior to guests arrival would be lovely, especially in November in very stormy weather.
