The whole experience of staying at the Epperstone is a positive one from booking to leaving. Mark and Tina are lovely people and really make you feel at home. The property is immaculately maintained, and the rooms are decorated to a very high standard. throughout. There has been a lot of attention to detail using high-quality fixtures and fittings. The room we had was very spacious and extremely comfortable with a good selection of drinks available, complete with complementary quality biscuits. The breakfast was of the highest quality, with a very varied selection, from full English, cereals, yoghurt, toast, tea, and coffee. The Epperstone is an outstanding B&B in an great central location for all of the attractions that Llandudno has to offer.

Loved everything this establishment is perfect

The Epperstone is very well located for all the main attractions and has its own parking. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated, our room was lovely and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The toiletries were a lovely quality and the tea and coffee tray was well stocked. Breakfast is waiter service which is a nice treat and there is plenty to choose from with the cooked breakfast being excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and Mark and Tina are wonderful hosts.

This is the second time we have stayed here, didn’t bother even looking for another B&B after our first stay. The owners were lovely, friendly, helpful and courteous, we were treated like royalty. Such a peaceful environment. The bed is extremely comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean, we were short of nothing. It’s value for money, it’s so close to town, walking distance. Best B&B we have ever stayed at.

The Epperstone is located at the nice side of Llandudno, in a street with Victorian houses, and close to the beach on the west side of the place. We had fantastic weather and enjoyed the sunsets. The breakfast very good, the room was furnished on a calm and elegant style. The hosts were open en caring; we had very good conversations. They also made sure that our e-bikes were stored well. The garden is beautiful. Many thanks.

The location was a short stroll to the town center where there were bars, restaurants and shops, and not to mention the sea front. We opted for a light breakfast to start our day, although the full english did look tempting! The breakfast was exceptional all the same.

The parking was a bit hit and miss although there is a small car park to the rear on a first come first serve basis. There was nothing else we didn't like!!

The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The location was excellent with private parking. only had to use the car due to the bad weather.The breakfast was very good, freshly cooked with 4 star waiter service

The time for the breakfast was a little on the early side for us. Breakfast time up til 9.30 would have suited us better. I appreciate that Mark has to go to work.

Breakfast was cooked to perfection and well presented with an excellent selection of food & drinks. Mark ensured everyone was served with their exact requirements. We received a very warm welcome on our arrival at 'The Epperstone' from Mark & Tina. The property location was perfect for us. In a quiet area, yet a 5-7 minute walk to the shops, promenade and restaurants, with the bonus of free parking in the car park behind the property, or plenty of free spaces on the surrounding roads. The property was spacious, (including our room), beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. (lounge, conservatory and garden are available should you wish to 'chill out'). Breakfast's were fantastic! Tina ensured that every breakfast was cooked to perfection and had excellent presentation. Mark provided table service to ensure everyone was served with their exact requirements, with an excellent selection of food & drinks. I personally enjoyed the generous Welsh(English) breakfast, but equally continental type breakfast's were available. Everything you could need was provided in the property, with attention to detail, (even including a small fridge to keep guest's items cool), and down to a heat mat for your curling tongs in your room! We really enjoyed our stay at 'The Epperstone', and our chat's with Tina & Mark, who made the perfect host's. Highly recommended, thank you!

I honestly couldn't think of anything to not like, as so much thought had gone into everything?!

We loved everything about our stay at The Epperstone. Lovely B n B in a great location. Close to the Tram station, promenade and the shops. The private car park and guest reviews were reason for booking here, we weren't disappointed. Lovely hosts, fabulous full English breakfast and a good night's sleep. What more could you want. We will definitely return, thank you Tina and Mark for a wonderful stay.

Our room was lovely, nicely decorated. Very comfy beds and very clean. Also good to have a fridge in the room. The whole house was beautifully decorated.

The breakfast needs tweeking slightly, you cannot assume how much milk guest would want on cereal. Perhaps pre wrapped cereals and cute bottle of milk on the table. As there is little room for help your self.
