The whole experience of staying at the Epperstone is a positive one from booking to leaving. Mark and Tina are lovely people and really make you feel at home. The property is immaculately maintained, and the rooms are decorated to a very high standard. throughout. There has been a lot of attention to detail using high-quality fixtures and fittings. The room we had was very spacious and extremely comfortable with a good selection of drinks available, complete with complementary quality biscuits. The breakfast was of the highest quality, with a very varied selection, from full English, cereals, yoghurt, toast, tea, and coffee. The Epperstone is an outstanding B&B in an great central location for all of the attractions that Llandudno has to offer.

Loved everything this establishment is perfect

This is a review of the Dave convention at Epperstone. First cleanliness is a credt to Tina. Second is the breakfast in both quality and quantity. Couple this with the way Mark collates and serves the meal makes breakfast an event! Lastly the way that Tina and Mark make their guests feel like friends. Requests and information are given with a smile. This must be the foremost B&B in Llandudno. Myself and Norma wish Tina/ Mark all the success they deserve. We hope to return soon

Enjoyed a lovely five night stay at the Epperstone, its a great location to explore what North Wales has to offer. Mark & Tina are great hosts and cook a super breakfast with lots of choice & lovely fresh ingredients which set us up nicely for the day. Mark even gave us some tasty treats for our walk up Snowdon. The room was super clean & nicely decorated and there was the added bonus of a private car park at the property. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The Epperstone is very well located for all the main attractions and has its own parking. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated, our room was lovely and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The toiletries were a lovely quality and the tea and coffee tray was well stocked. Breakfast is waiter service which is a nice treat and there is plenty to choose from with the cooked breakfast being excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and Mark and Tina are wonderful hosts.

Mark and Tina made us very welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was outstanding, Mark even went out of his way to buy croissants for my breakfast as I had enquired about them the day before. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this B and B … we will be back.

Nothing it was all perfect.

This is the second time we have stayed here, didn’t bother even looking for another B&B after our first stay. The owners were lovely, friendly, helpful and courteous, we were treated like royalty. Such a peaceful environment. The bed is extremely comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean, we were short of nothing. It’s value for money, it’s so close to town, walking distance. Best B&B we have ever stayed at.

The property location is perfect, in a quiet area, yet barely a 10 minutes walk to the shops, promenade and restaurants. The free parking in the car park behind the property is an added bonus with plenty of free spaces on the surrounding roads should you need it. The property was spacious, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable with a lounge, conservatory and garden available should you wish to relax. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and well presented with an excellent selection of food & drinks. Mark ensured everyone was served with their exact requirements. Everything you could need was provided in the property, with attention to detail, (even including a small fridge to keep guest's items cool). We really enjoyed our stay and Tina & Mark are the perfect hosts. Highly recommended.

We received a very warm welcome on our arrival at 'The Epperstone' from Mark & Tina. The property location was perfect for us. In a quiet area, yet a 5-7 minute walk to the shops, promenade and restaurants, with the bonus of free parking in the car park behind the property, or plenty of free spaces on the surrounding roads. The property was spacious, (including our room), beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. (lounge, conservatory and garden are available should you wish to 'chill out'). Breakfast's were fantastic! Tina ensured that every breakfast was cooked to perfection and had excellent presentation. Mark provided table service to ensure everyone was served with their exact requirements, with an excellent selection of food & drinks. I personally enjoyed the generous Welsh(English) breakfast, but equally continental type breakfast's were available. Everything you could need was provided in the property, with attention to detail, (even including a small fridge to keep guest's items cool), and down to a heat mat for your curling tongs in your room! We really enjoyed our stay at 'The Epperstone', and our chat's with Tina & Mark, who made the perfect host's. Highly recommended, thank you!

I honestly couldn't think of anything to not like, as so much thought had gone into everything?!

The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The location was excellent with private parking. only had to use the car due to the bad weather.The breakfast was very good, freshly cooked with 4 star waiter service

The time for the breakfast was a little on the early side for us. Breakfast time up til 9.30 would have suited us better. I appreciate that Mark has to go to work.

The Epperstone is located at the nice side of Llandudno, in a street with Victorian houses, and close to the beach on the west side of the place. We had fantastic weather and enjoyed the sunsets. The breakfast very good, the room was furnished on a calm and elegant style. The hosts were open en caring; we had very good conversations. They also made sure that our e-bikes were stored well. The garden is beautiful. Many thanks.
