The breakfasts were great. Our Hosts were wonderful. The locations was close to the beach, restaurants, boardwalk and easy access to highways in order to explore more of Wales

The bathroom was tiny. I was knocking elbows when trying to dry myself after a shower. The shower had plenty of hot water left for me, even after my son's long shower. The weather was very wet and evrything was humid, nothing dried, would have liked AC or heat

The main attraction of this guesthouse was not the property but its host. The welcome and the hospitality was just awesome I would recommend this place to family travelers. Best spot in terms of location, best hosts and very easy comfortable approach to this property

I wouldn’t say did not like but i would say can be improved in future. May be the wardrobes cleanliness can be improved

A relaxed stay in the centre of Llandudno with parking outside the property. Spent an afternoon on the Great Orme and used the tramway. Splendid weather, and plenty of people having the same experience of views and quietness on the Summit. Visited Beaumaris on Anglesey the following day and Chester on the way home

Located perfectly just outside the town centre but close enough to get to the North Shore Beach. Room was lovely though shower room was a bit cramped. As an electric car owner I was very pleased that I had use of during my stay. Breakfasts were absolutely to die for!

Nothing... loved my stay!

The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The food was excellent and plentiful.

We both have back problems and found the bed to be a bit hard. We realized that we should have asked for mattress toppers if they were available.

A very friendly warm welcome from Christine and David. The breakfast was really nice and the room was very spacious and a comfortable bed,bathroom was spot on. Location was close walking distance to the town. Definitely will book back here again.

Kind, lovely and helpful owners, peaceful little street, comfortable room. They helped us to find everything in the town we were interested, they offered making take-away sandwiches to our journey.

The separate hot and cold water tap was a bit funny for us, but you can get used to it quickly :D

Christine & David were very welcoming. The room was very comfortable and came with homemade flapjacks which were delicious. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice for everyone including lovely homemade apple jam. The location was close enough to walk to the main street in 10 minutes but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing.

Everything! Excellent host and hostess! Christine and David were personable and friendly and very accommodating. Our room was lovely and top-notch clean. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay there immensely! A highly recommended place to stay!

excellent well cooked breakfast plenty of choice sett you up for the day hosts very helpfull with places to go @ see b/b in a nice quite tree lined street no problem with parking easy access to north/south piers cafes shops

nothing to dislike except having to come home
