Breakfast was nice order was taken as soon as you sat down and served quickly. Wi-Fi was good Beautiful furniture and decorations.

Upon arrival lady with blonde hair was quite miserable, no welcome to the Landsdowne and how was your journey type talk. We were just asked pay and given the key. We stayed in room 7 and bathroom smelt of damp/foist and the Cladding around piping was damaged. The Bed was very hard and the bedroom carpet is due a replacement. The reason I noticed about the carpet is because it does not go with the rest of the hotel in terms of how beautiful it is decorated.

Breakfast was good and the hotel staff were very good. The bed was comfortable.

Stairs. Our room was tired-looking. No chair in the room to sit on, just one small stool and no space to place it, if we so desired to use it. The room was small to what we were expecting and more fitting for a one-night stay for one person. Just one cup holder in the bathroom. Although we requested that the two rooms be close together, when making our booking, they were in fact on different floors. Used the bar only once, as two bottles on that one occasion cost about £38.00. I did a check on the web a found that six bottles of the same wine were £42.00 retail price at Tescos.

some of the bedroom furniture was "style over substance" in that it looked good, but was somewhat impractical -eg no decent sized chest of drawers.. I felt the glass covers on most of the furniture were both off -putting and somehat hazardous...

Everything, though the owner Dan and her staff were so helpful and friendly we would return because of them. It was my elderly parents Diamond 60 year wedding anniversary and Dan was so lovely to my mother making her feel special. I have a food allergy and the owners catered for me changing all the cooking methods to accommodate me which I really appreciated. Great parking and 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. Huge king size beds with crisp white sheets that were spotless and the beds were lovely and comfortable. Complimentry toiletries bottled water daily and tea coffee and biscuits replenished daily. Chic furniture throughout with a lovely relaxing bar to have a nightcap on the way home. We will definitely return when visiting Llandudno again.!!

Our stay was outstanding. We received a warm welcome from Dan. Our room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety for everyone. We especially enjoyed the overnight oats and, of course, our traditional full English breakfast! The street has a lot of road parking which fills up very quickly (probably because of its location near the town) so it's great the hotel has its own private car park. The location of the hotel was excellent for us, just a short walk into the town and not far from the Great Orme. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you so much Dan & Wei. We'd definitely stay again if we're in the area and would definitely recommend to anyone's who's looking for a quality stay in Llandudno.

In a quiet location approximately 350 metres from the main street with shops, cafes & bars. Has its own large car park with additional disabled parking near the front entrance of the hotel. All the staff we met were friendly & couldn't do enough for you. Hotel is clean & well decorated, breakfast has a good selection of variants to suit all tastes & anything cooked is hot. Nothing was too much trouble & felt we were appreciated as guests. If you arrive early there is a sign saying you cannot check in but can park up & have a wander to get your bearings etc.

This is a beautifully restored hotel in a quiet location , yet near enough to walk to the shops and promenade. There is a free car park adjacent to the property. The hotel is really beautiful with elegant soft furnishings and beautifully presented in all public spaces, the lounge and dining room are so tastefully decorated. There is a bar too. Our large double room had lovely furnishings and a spacious bathroom. Tea and coffee, along with bottled water and biscuits and chocolates a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious and great choices. The owner was charming and friendly. We will hopefully stay again in the future.

Everything about Landsdowne House went above and beyond our expectations, this beautiful Edwardian villa is set in a peaceful, tree lined street a few minutes walk from the beach, Breakfast was amazing ,lots of choice including a magnificent full breakfast, scrambled egg and smoked salmon, cheese on toast and more. The bedrooms have everything you need for a night or a week! bottled water is provided daily as are tea .coffee biscuits, The beds were comfortable with white cotton bedding, two pillows and duvet, Soap, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner are replaced daily and the towels are huge and fluffy. We cannot recommend Landsdowne highly enough from parking to facilities inside and out to all the staff everything was perfect,

Nothing at all

Everything, a lovely clean comfortable room ideally situated close to the town centre and all the amenities. The mattress on the bed is so comfortable giving you a great night's sleep. The breakfast is first class with quality ingredients. This was our first visit to Llandudno and Landsdowne House and it won't be the last. Thank you for such a Comfortable and pleasant stay.

Very friendly welcome, staff were first rate , could not have done anymore. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great location for all Llandudno has to offer. I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, but this has to be one of the best, and the breakfast was wonderful. Dan was amazing, and nothing was too much trouble. Will be returning soon and many more times. If I could give it 12 stars I would.

What's not to like ? I could find nothing to fault it, which is quite unusual.
