I stayed with my wife, grandson and son (who has severe arthritis and anxiety issues). The short stay was packed with laughter and this was in no due thanks to the comfort we experienced at the accommodation. We enjoyed our days around Llandudno but also when we returned to the flat we were able to unwind and relax. Many thanks to Janet and her family. /team.

In hindsight I should of requested a ground floor (or lower floor) apartment as we stopped at flat 5 on the third floor. However, my grandson and myself appreciated the workouts and we wouldn't have swapped due to the need for 2 bedrooms.

Loved this place. We stayed in flat 2 which was a beautiful apartment. We have stayed in many apartments in Llandudno and this is probably the nicest. Very modern, clean and had everything we needed. It was great that there were toiletries, washing up liquid, washing up sponge etc - perfect for when you’re only away for a couple of nights and don’t want to have to bring everything with you. We forgot our dogs lead and the owner very kindly let us borrow one of theirs. Very dog friendly - there was a dog throw and a couple of bonio’s left by the owners for the pooch so he was happy too! Everything was very walkable from the apartment.

Liked everything about this apartment. A full length mirror in the bedroom would be good.

We visit Llandudno every year and I have to say this was our best holiday to date. This apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. After going out for dinner on the first evening, we utilised all of the kitchen facilities during the rest of our stay. It felt like a home from home and cooking good food was easily achievable in the newly refurbished kitchen. Having three separate rooms meant we had a good amount of space and that made our whole experience a lot more relaxing. The kitchen/ living room is a great communal area, both practical and comfortable. The bedroom is a good size, plus the addition of blinds with curtains cuts out the light which aids in a good nights sleep. Finally, the walk-in shower was a dream and finished the day off really nicely. Put it this way, it comes highly recommend by us and we just hope that we'll be able to book it again next year!

Brand new apartment with everything you need. Two toilets brand new kitchen and bathrooms , we really enjoyed our stay! 5 minute work into town and the beach! All the pubs locally were dog friendly too! Asda was only round the corner too!

The only down side was we could hear absolute everything from the flat above and they were really noisey until 12 at night and stopped us going to sleep! Apart from that it was amazing👍🏽

This was a fantastic apartment on the top floor, with far reaching views of hills from each room. Spotlessly clean and reasonably well equipped, with very comfortable beds. Since our last visit, the lounge has been updated and it looks very nice indeed and is also comfortable. The shower has reasonable power, which is nice. All in all a very nice place.

It is a steep climb to the apartment, but with landings along the way. So, number 5 wouldn't be for people with significant mobility issues. However, there are apartments on lower floors.

Absolutely love this place. Great location for the town and beach. The accommodation is fantastic, like a home from home. Clean, tidy and all amenities you need. Stayed in room 2 which had been recently refurbished. Great space. Lovely modern kitchen area with breakfast bar and open plan lounge. Good size bedroom with ensuite. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything smells amazing. Treats and a blanket available for the dog too. Will definitely be booking again.

Nothing to dislike. Cannot fault buille hill holiday flats.

Newly refurbished, spotlessly clean, very well equipped, excellent sized rooms & en-suits, the most comfortable beds in the world. Plenty of parking in surround roads.

The communal hallway was a very dark, tired and smelt musty but we only had to walk through it and up the stairs, is no reflection on the quality of the actual apartment which was fantastic. Not really an issue at all but does give wrong 1st impression when entering the building

Location was absolutely spot on for visiting Llandudno and the surrounding area. Dog friendly, with a lovely modern finish to the apartment. Would highly recommend it and most certainly will use again. Value for money!

No welcome pack! After a long drive there was no tea, coffee or milk. Also no cafetiere to make fresh coffee in the morning.

the living room of the flat was lovely and spacious and well suplied with newish units,the bedroom was adequate for 2 with comfy single beds,nice tv. The owner allowed me to charge my scooter batteries indoors thanks

the layout of the bathroom was a problem to us as the toilet was very cramped between the wall and the shower cubicle, ther was also no hand rails within the shower , for safety it would require 1 upon entry and 1 near the shower itself the shower itself was never temerature constant,maybe due to the number of user the same time

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home ! The apartment is very clean, warm, comfortable and has a wonderful kitchen to cook meals if you don’t eat out. Everything was perfect. Janet gave us excellent recommendations on where to eat and we had a fantastic time in Llandudno and the apartment. If we ever have the privilege to return we will most definitely stay here again.
