Lovely comfy hotel, nicely furnished, super clean and relaxing.

The newly met couple, in the next room were having a much better time than myself. She was particularly vocal in how much of good time she was having...

My family,children and I we did love every thing about it, only until when my baby had a head injury and bleaded because of those small little birds around the room that are not properly protected that the only thing that has not made everything to be perfect I think if they are a little bit more protected it will avoid all these things, because my baby cried and  bleaded,It was heart breaking to see my baby cry.

We love the hotel and the facilities they’re all perfect and good. I would love to come back again. The only thing is they need to protect the small little beds for the babies.

Great value for money. Good facilities. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Room was smaller and on lower ground floor which was easy to access by either stairs of lift. Coffee and tea facilities were good and drinks stations around the hotel which were well stocked and easy to use. Breakfast was buffet style and extremely good. Food was fresh and different stations were well stocked and easy to access. Health club was easy to find and facilities were clean and well maintained.

Décor in room was tired and the window seals were mouldy as was the window blind. The corridors and doors were also in need of painting.

Loved that we could bring our dog and have patio doors so she could go in and out. Loved the dog bowls, bed and towel. Loved the huge bed- it was exceptionally comfortable. Loved the breakfast and so did our children! All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The bathroom needs an update- the side of the bath was all swollen due to the water and it was black with what I thought was mould. The metal work on the bath was tired and the metal coating was peeling away. While the patio doors were extremely useful for our dog, there was no dog poo bin and we ended up having to take our rubbish bags outside and put the poo bags in there as we didn’t want to leave them in case they weren’t seen and cleared away.

We travelled as 4 friends staying over as we were booked into GP. Due to the weather we decided to stay at the hotel one day and was able to watch the GP in the golf club house which was a bonus. The food and the location for us were great, and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

We were told by another person about the sports TV as we were watching it on our IPAD at the hotel as the hotel didn't have the channels we wanted. The staff at the time didn't mention that we could watch on the big screen in the club house. We managed to still catch a good bit of it and returned to the hotel for food and drinks in the evening. Probably for staff to mention the. Club house facilities if they are able to do so.

Easy check in, lovely room and comfortable bed. Bath was essential for myself as I suffer from from joint and back pain .

Noisy people coming back from wherever, doors slamming. Children running around between floors 1&2 between 10.30-12am. I called reception a few times, they said that the children had been sent back to their room, noisy people above my room. Then the children started running around the corridors again. I had an interview for a job the next morning, I was totally exhausted. Then housekeeping were banging on my door at 9.40, they were letting doors sla nom shut. Very disappointed as the hotel is beautiful

The whole stay was great we really enjoyed it. The bar staff were great, as I am heavily pregnant and wanted a mocktail they made one up for me. Which tasted great! The room was good, needed to open a window for fresh air, it opened about an inch. The food was delicious in the bar 😋 and again staff were great. The pool was good. Breakfast was lovely, really tasty. It was busy, but always had the food out. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Slightly disappointed as we had booked a table in the restaurant, after looking online at the menu we were really looking forward to a nice sit down meal. However, it was only a buffet service. Which is not what we wanted, the lady was accommodating and told us that the table can be cancelled and we went back to the bar and ate there.

Loved the place , even to the point of getting married there 4 years ago. Staff as then and now were very good. Especially may I say the bar staff in the Staverton suite who were all exceptional. I attended a birthday bash on the 12th Aug. And the guys and gals behind the bar were fab.

I left my phone charger behind. I called the following day and asked if someone could check the room I stayed in as I knew it was there. I was told no and it would have to wait until the following day when housekeeper was back on duty. Absolutely ridiculous that no one was able to just go to the room and check as I could've picked it up straight away. It meant I had to spend a day fretting in case my phone ran out of charge because the fact I live abroad . Thus couldn't contact my then frantic wife ! Needs to be looked at for future and allow other staff to be able to check a room. Not much to ask to stop people going through the same stress I had to.

The property was very nice and airy.

The women’s changing room could do with revamp as very old and dated, also not as clean as the rest of the hotel. Also there was one reception staff that didn’t give us full information on the property, I would like to thank the reception manager for being so kind and welcoming, she made sure we had all the information we needed about the hotel, booking the kids in for milk and cookies before bed, also telling us about the kids play room and taking us to where it was. Like I said the other reception staff didn’t tell us any of this information, if the reception manager didn’t advise us our girls would of missed out, maybe the other reception staff needs more training as she looked young.

Amazing room with patio doors opening onto the garden with lake views on the golf course. Really comfortable bed and pillows, great leisure facilities my 5 year old had a wonderful time in the pool. Fantastic location- we went and spent a day at Warwick Castle only a 25 minute drive and Lemington Spa is about 20 minutes - great shopping and delightful restaurants. Bar food was spot on and very reasonably priced - smoked salmon sandwiches and their house burger were soooo tasty! Staff were super friendly and very helpful... I am still shocked about how cheap my family room was with breakfast, so much so on my first night I booked an extra night, so stayed 3 nights instead of 2! Well worth it and I will definitely be returning when we decide to explore Shakespeare Country.
