Lovely pub with fantastic, comfortable rooms and amazing staff. And the food - just wow! Absolutely magnificent. This place is so easy to get to, being just off the M25 and has safe and handy parking on site. It was perfect for what we had planned for our anniversary, including a visit to Kew Gardens. Cannot speak highly enough of it and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Will certainly be back when next we are looking to stay in the area.

The only comment I would make here is that the bathrooms provide restrictive privacy i.e. glass panes leave nothing to the imagination! Not really a problem for us, but never had that situation before.

Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Very tastefully decorated throughout. Coffee machine in room was most welcome. Fabulous wet room.

We stayed in the loft apartment. We very much enjoyed our one night but would have found two nights a bit of a challenge. The seats were bean bags and getting up and down was a bit of an effort at times, especially if you were holding a drink. We are both under 6ft so the height was ok but if you are tall this wouldn't be for you.

I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were absolutely beautiful . My room had a beautiful bath. The decor was exquisite. On the day before we stayed at a 5*hotel in the city in London and this room was by far a much much nicer experience. They also had a bottle of some liquor with two cups, which we drank, and it was a lovely gesture. We didn't try the tea or coffee from the room. At breakfast, my husband and I ordered vegetarian breakfasts, and it was delicious. We are not vegetarian, but you won't be hungry at all. Breakfast was very nice and filling. The girl at the breakfast was incredibly lovely.

I wished I stayed another day.

The food here is absolutely incredible. Super flavour, exquisite presentation. It was a surprise to be honest, was not expecting that quality! Dinner and breakfast were both thoroughly enjoyed. The room was also very fun, clean and quirky - it was more like an apartment with a ridiculously good walk in shower. 11/10 for food, room and the super helpful happy staff! Thank you!

Nothing! Highly recommrnd this place, it surprised me and my partner at every turn. Excellent value rooms, food was a bit pricey but the quality reflected that so no negatives to mention.

the hotel was beautifully decorated and the rooms pleasantly quirky. large beds were very comfortable and the breakfast selection was very good.

the weather during our stay was warm, this caused the room we were in (the loft) to become unpleasantly warm so much so that sleeping was almost impossible. Fans were provided but only caused the warm air to be moved around. in very warm conditions perhaps portable air conditioners could be made available.

The design of the room was beautiful. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The staff was friendly. The coffee and tea were of high quality. The liqueur was delicious.

The bathroom was uncomfortable. The shower heads splashed all over the (spacious) room. The shower faucet was outside the shower box - very uncomfortable. The semi-transparent glass door was located in front of the toilet, and every movement of the user was visible through it. The motion-activated light turns off in the middle of actions that do not require movement such as shaving and applying makeup. Very annoying. It would be nice if, along with the quality coffee and tea, you would provide milk and maybe a cookie to sweeten them.

We were staying as our daughter was arriving at T5 Heathrow early on Saturday morning and the Kings Arms is superbly situated for that. Also on arrival on Friday night the staff were so accommodating and the Fish and Chips were superb.

I actually can't think of anything. The attention to detail in all aspects of the Kings Arms was superb. The only slight criticism I would have would be perhaps more bar staff on, on busy periods, people at the bar were taking up to 15 minutes to get served, perhaps even longer.

This is a little gem of a place to stay - warm and cosy, elegant but laid-back, super staff, and excellent food and service. The rooms are gorgeously appointed with lots of surprising extras on arriving. The kids loved it, and felt very comfortable with the staff. We found it very handy for rail links, but it's also a very short drive to Heathrow, Windsor and all the main attractions of the area. Highly recommended. Great value for money.

I could happily have stayed here for the week it suited us so well TBH. I can't really find fault, even the small size of one of the rooms was made virtuous by the gorgeous decor and arrangement of furnishings. All good.

Location was spot on for our requirements but Egham town centre on Saturday is pretty noisy - lots of boy racers, I fear. All this made up by the neatness and comfort of the room AND THE STAFF who were extremely pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful. They were all great.

Apart from the boy racers (not the hotel's fault) just two aspects were less than perfect. Call me prudish, but I really do not like glass partition between bedroom and toilet. Private functions call for private space. Also, the room is desperately in need of better lighting; when the outer door is closed it is pretty gloomy in there. Atmospheric it may be but how about enough light to sort your clothes, comb your hair, paint your face etc? Bedside lamps were okay to read by but there is a need for better thought-out, general room lighting.

everything! The staff was amazing! They made us feel like family. The food was awesome. the bartenders were very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you Charlotte, Stephanie, Sal, Natalia, Ryan, Dakota, JB and everyone who made our trip so lovely!

only one breakfast was not prepared correctly, but they brought a new one very quickly.
