I’m not a fan of writing reviews but, the amazing and unbelievable treatment I have received from every single person in the team forced me to write this love letter. My stay was supposed to be just one week but I did extend it for a second week and I think it will be so hard to leave. On my arrival day, I have been received by Gagandeep, the Operation Manager, in a great and extremely friendly way, he made me feel at home, from the first moment. I then thought this was too good to be true but, it is true. The team is genuinely friendly, it’s not just a matter of training, they would get out of their way to help and make sure that you are happy and satisfied. I felt that this hotel is a family business not a chain hotel. Let me talk about the rooms and interior design, the rooms are huge, the bed is unbelievably wide and comfortable, everything is beautifully designed and one can see how generous the owners are. As hospitality is my life career, I think that I might be able to judge. The reception is beautifully designed, loads of different sitting areas and a great bar. I can keep on writing and writing but I need to stop just because I don’t want people to think that I’m exaggerating. This hotel must be named as the most friendly hotel in London, genuinely friendly. Now I need to mention the names of most of the team who made my stay a dream stay: Mohamed Azam, General Manager who is loved by all his team. Jolwin, the Night Manager Vancy the Reception Manager, Francisco Supervisor, Evrard Night Supervisor, Ashmita, Alyssa, Neelam,Jessica, Alex Food and Beverage Staff F&B Assistant manager Marius Nestor supervisor Kamila and Eva By the way, the fish and chips here is a must-try. The Hotel building was extremely high quality from the moment you step inside. The room was well equipped with a comfortable bed, large TV, good sized bathroom and more. The room had very good curtains which blocked out all light which improved pur sleep. The room was cleaned and replenished every morning to a great standard. It was very clean.

The view from my window was of a wall inside the building so you couldn't get much natural daylight and the view itself was a bit miserable. I was charged for my room on arrival, despite having already paid on Booking.com. I did receive a refund though. The location is quite bad, you have to get a bus to any destination, walking anywhere isn't a nice experience as it's so close to the airport and the surrounding area is very dull.

No breakfast ordered or taken. Dinner in the top restaurant was very enjoyable with great view over Heathrow - a novelty if one des not normally see this! Check in and out was easy, with easy accessible Blue Badge parking

On arriving back at home after the holiday, a demand for £100 not paying for the parking. Extremely annoying as the first thing I did when registering was paying the £15 overnight parking charges. I have written in similar terms to the car park management company. Whether I get an apology is yet to be seen. There appears to be a lack of communication between the hotel group and the car parking company

Perfect stay before an early start for Heathrow Airport, the hotel is ideally located just a few minutes from T2/T3! A very new, clean and modern hotel with excellent facilities. We enjoyed our 1 night stay the room was outstanding and the bed was incredibly comfortable, well equipped with useful touches such as a small fridge and bedside USB ports which are always helpful! Will definitely be back and would most definitely recommend! Staff were very friendly and helpful. A reasonable choice of food/drink options in several bar/lounge and restaurant areas with the roof bar offering a great view of the airport (although zero plane noise from our room - superb!)

I think the price of parking should be included for guests, a frustrating extra cost for a hotel of this price point!

Loved the bar on the balcony sat right next to the runway at Heathrow as loved watching as flying the next day. We had an Indian meal there which we would definitely recommend. The room was lovely and spacious comfy bed with air con. Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately the electric went out around 9pm which was fine at the time as we wanted an early night and the air con still worked. Unfortunately this meant we had no lights and our phones didn't charge overnight and I couldn't straighten my hair. We rang the reception in the morning who were very apologetic and charged my phone for me. After breakfast the electric was on again so not sure what happened. This didn't spoil our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was very varied and constantly being refreshed. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. We thought the location would be an issue but it was so close to a bus stop and easy access to the tube. Areas for walking too so that was nice. Great soundproofing so couldn’t hear planes taking off and landing even though it was right outside. Lovely large rooms - think it was the junior suite. Fitness centre was small but well equipped with equipment. There were towels there and lots of water if needed.

Wanted to extend our booking but the system was ‘down’ so they were unable to check. Also the cards deactivated after 12 on checkout day so all the lights and charging points went off! Was easily rectified though.

Comfortable hotel close to terminal 3. Convenient no frills option.

Despite being only 2 miles from the terminal the taxi ride is £20. The bus starts at £6 but only comes once an hour and takes about 30 minutes to make the trip since it runs up and down the strip stopping at every other airport hotel.

Everything was great. I have stayed here already 3 or 4 times and it is my usual choice at Heathrow. Good service, friendly staff, confortable and clean rooms. The grond floor areas area also very handy - good food at the restaurant, and great spaces to be able to work if you need a small "office". I will come back again and recomend.

One thing only to point out, and bear in mind I am also an emigrant living in the UK. As a question of best practice , a hotel employee in country X should not be speaking to his colleagues in their native language when in front of hotels guests (it is no considered professional and polite). Many of the hotel staff is from the same foreign country and tend to speak between them in their language and this is something that should never happen.

Airport Accommodation I have always found can be hit and miss but this was definitely a HIT! We loved our stay (one night before flying back to our Australia) and wish we'd had another night. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was absolutely beautiful & taken care of. We checked in quite late at night but staff were friendly and helpful regardless! Very easy to get too and from the airport via Public Transport or Taxis/Ubers. The breakfast was great! Far exceeded my expectations for a hotel English Breakfast.

It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay prior to an early morning flight. Dropped our bags at Heathrow T5 so we could travel easily, took 423 bus after advise from BA Staff and it was an easy and cheap as chips journey to the Hotel. We did the journey back to Airport in the morning which was easy too, £1.65 each way for an adult and my travelling partner, a Pensioner paid only 10p each way. We were welcomed warmly and we had a great meal in the restaurant and only had to stumble into bed, very convenient. Beds comfy, great bathroom... would certainly stay again at the right price level for me and be happier know I know how well set up getting to the Airport is.

I didn't like a Gratuity automatically being added to my restaurant bill but it doesn't really reflect on the Hotel itself, it's a personal thing !
