there was someone at reception even after midnight when we arrived. it was clean and had tea and coffee making set up in the room.

I chose this property because it said it had an airport shuttle for £5. The shuttle actually required that we download an app and it was double the stated price for a ride to our hotel. then we learned that it wasn't available after midnight, when we arrived 4 hrs late due to a flight delay, causing us to have to pay for an expensive taxi. i dont think a shuttle of that nature should be listed as a property facility.

Great breakfast. Room was fine for a short stay (nothing else to do in the area). Housekeeper was a lovely woman who went as far as lending her new hair comb to a guest was desperate to borrow one.

Everything was a money grab and was a poor contrast to the facilities. 1. Booked a room with breakfast included but front desk said I wasn't listed for breakfast & they weren't able to find the info on their own. I had to dig up the booking.com email confirmation myself which thankfully stated it. 2. Charging for late checkout: front desk said it's £30 for until 5pm, or £20 to extend from 12pm to 2pm.... Made no sense to me when the room was only €86 for the night. 3. Q&A section here said there's an in-house taxi for £10 to the airport but front desk said it's £70+, and a bus option for £5 (we had 2 large suitcases with me so we ended up calling a Bolt ride for £14 : but had to research that on my own.. Would have expected them to advise their guests of it).

Good value for money hotel that is ideally situated for Heathrow Airport. Staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel is clean & prices for food & drink are also reasonable.

This is not really a criticism of the hotel but the shuttle service to Heathrow is not operated by the hotel & we purchased tickets in the hotel lobby but the bus didn’t turn up & we were forced to get a taxi which doubled to cost for us. I would not recommend buying a ticket in the hotel as they can be purchased on the bus.

Clean, comfortable hotel . Great location at a reasonable price . Close to Heathrow. We had an event in Knightsbridge to attend where hotels start at £600 per night . This was a good alternative. Easy drive in with lots of parking on return, even though after midnight. Amazingly good value for money .

Breakfast was ok but not wonderful. A large group of teens left the breakfast buffet as we arrived and they had gone through the food like a plague of locusts. Staff started re-stocking and clearing tables but not speedily. Just unlucky timing by us . The staff got in a muddle about when to pay for our parking. Wouldn’t take our car reg or payment on arrival even though we were paying for the room . Tried again on our return at midnight but again receptionist refused . Then on check out we were told off ! Dreading getting a ticket even though we were finally allowed to pay on check out .

The facilities were fine. I was able to get a late evening light supper at the bar even though the restaurant had closed. Room was clean, quiet and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It's a nightmare to get to. I arrived by Heathrow Express to spend a decent night's sleep before an early check-in. It's a long walk to where the Hoppa bus stop is outside terminal 3. I had not known that the bus only goes once an hour. With the prospect of a 45-minute wait, I decided to get a taxi, not realising that the pick up point is nowhere near the bus stop. I finally arrived at the hotel nearly an hour and a half later. Having ascertained bus times the following morning ( also once an hour only), it was straightforward getting back to the terminal but it took nearly half an hour. The Ibis is one of the first stops. The bus was full to bursting by the time it had stopped at other hotels.

Affordable and comfortable hotel close to Heathrow airport.

Cleaning could be improved in the common areas, the bedroom was clean though.

Good location with amazing friendly staff! The staff were so helpful in explaining how to get around. The breakfast was decent and reasonably priced. Really comfortable beds in sound proof rooms made for a great sleep! This is really appreciated after a very long flight.

The only downside was the shower. The shower head falls down so you have to manoeuvre yourself to try and get under it. It also didn’t drain, meaning the bottom fills with water once turned on. And every time I would leave the room my key wouldn’t work in the afternoon, no one could explain why. The key was never placed near a phone or bank cards.

Location to Heathrow terminal 3 is perfect! the room is clean and comfy. its quiet fully insulated room. Buffet breakfast is great. Good quality food plenty of varieties. Restaurant on site is always open like the reception place. Good standard hotel.

We extended our stay until 5pm when we checked in. On the following the the housekeeping staff keep coming into our room like 3 times from 11 am until 2 pm. they were not aware that we extended our stay and pay 30 pounds extra. Very aanoting when you are packing your luggage and one staff came again knock the door and open and asked me when are you leaving? now? pissed me off really as I was trying to find something in my bag 😂 hope that the reception will inform the housekeeping staff with extend booking so it wont happen again and again. flawless check in, even though it was a late arrival. Breakfast was good and very efficient, I was able to get on my way with no problems. I was delighted to find food and drinks available even thought I arrived pretty late at night. It felt like a safe and comfortable place for a female traveling alone.

Room was very small with little hanging space but for a one night stay in between two parts of a long trip it was sufficient and pleasant. There was a hole in the blind which looked a bit tacky, but everything else was fine. Bus service back to Heathrow terminals was rather infrequent , but that was not the fault of the hotel.

Used as a stopover before a flight. This is a great location just a few minutes drive from the airport. Check-in was quick and the facilities ideal for my needs including vending machines and self-service shop area. I liked the fact that there was a lot going on in the hotel but it never seemed rushed or crowded. My room was very comfortable and i heard no noise during the night at all. Air conditioning was a bonus.

Although it seems to be standard practice, i do not like paying extra for parking. £11 for overnight seems excessive. That is the only complaint i have, i was really impressed with everything else.
