The Grosvner Hotel is located within walking distance to the Botanical gardens and other attractions. The architecture of the Hotel very pleasing. The staff professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Glasgow.

I liked everything....no complaints at all.

We booked the hotel to be close to a specific venue as our son was performing, we did not realise just how close the hotel was to the venue, the location could not have been better. The hotel had a great bar and a restaurant, however if you wanted to eat outside of the hotel there were plenty of bard and restaurants within a short walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

some area of the room had not bee cleaned properly, there was a layer of dust on the bottom of the table, clearly it had not been wiped for some time, other than that the room was clean and tidy

The location was super. The Manager of the restaurant in the morning at breakfast was very jolly and went around to every table to make sure everyone was happy. I think his name was Thomas. He is a huge asset to the hotel. The bedrooms are small but very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again in the Summer time.

The hotel was quiet but it was February. There was nothing not to like.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The room was faultless, Comfy, warm and had all the facilities we could wish for. I was impressed with the Bar staffs' knowledge of rum. They helped me select an excellent one. Restaurant food was superb. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had the steak (rare) and the Ox Cheek. Both were perfect in quality and flavour. The local area has a vast range of shops, eateries, cafes and bars, including many continental and asian style. We have stayed here before and will definitely return. Our stay was fantastic.

Couldn't fault anything

The hotel is really lovely to walk into, it’s bright comfortable and spacious. From check in to asking to extend my stay, staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Testament to how comfortable it was I couldn’t resist another night! The hotel is in a prime location in the West end for shops, bars or restaurants and things to do/see and with all this in mind, I didn’t find my room noisy (even with the windows open). While I feel like the rooms are maybe on the higher end of scale I’d usually pay, I think it’s absolutely worth it and wouldn’t hesitate to return at a later date if plans bring me back over to this side of the city.

The piano in upper lounge but it needs tuning, and easier access..ie..lid needs fixing. The food in the 'Bovine' restaurant was delicious and staff were warm, friendly and courteous..i dined there for most of my stay, and would highly recommend. I stay here most every year I'm in Glasgow's West End.

My first stay was in room 211 and it was perfect. My 2nd stay is here in room 137 which was a wee bit small and got awkward moving around the room, as I'm partially sighted. The kind receptionist offered me a swap to room 144. However, the room was very damp and smelled musty, so i reverted back to room 137.

Staff were very friendly, greatly helpful and accomodate any queries we had with the team. Will definately go there again.

The attached gin and restaurant bar was very expensive for what we received, we decided to go elsewhere for a meal and drink due to the cost of the Gin bar and restaurant second night. The only compliant, would have bene great to be able to justify just popping downstairs to the gin bar and restaurant for the complete stay.

Very good breakfast

From the moment we walked in and experienced trhe friendliness and efficiency of the reception staff, making sure that we'd parked in the right place (just over the road on the top floor of the supermarket car park), we were made to feel welcome - of all our requests to the reception, nothing was too much trouble - booking taxi, times of return, etc. The room had a great view over the streets and was bigger than many a room we've had at a similar price. The room facilities were excellent, clean, plenty of power points, comfy bed and desk on which to do computer work, plus wi-fi that worked perfectly and a TV with enough channels to make it useful. The restaurant was staffed by helpful and friendly people, the food, superb, the value for money better than expected. Overall, can't fault the place - would stay here again without question, if the opportunity arose.

Nothing comes to mind - and believe me, if there was, I'd list it.....

really liked everything about this property. All staff were exceptionally helpful and informative, most of all staff were friendly. Restaurant staff excellent, great way to start your day. Bar staff very knowledgeable and attentive, lovely relaxing way to finish your day. Hotel is in fantastic area, plenty of places to shop, eat, drink and watch the world go by.

No air conditioning on top floor but fans supplied which helped.
