Ideal location, right in the centre of Glasgow, just a short 5 minute walk to Glasgow Central Station. The room has a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. Great for friends or couples spending a night or more out in Glasgow.
Not much to fault with this hotel, but I noticed that the walls in the rooms are covered in scrapes and marks. There could also be more amenities provided like toothpaste and bars of soap.

Really liked that the room was cozy and had everything I needed for my stay. Didn't opt for breakfast but the coffee&tea complementaries were great for slow&quiet morning vibes. For my anxiety and sensory overwhelm this option to recharge in peace was amazing to have!
There aren't really any things I didn't like...I couldn't figure out how to keep the thermostat to a temperature I preferred, but that wasn't a dealbreaker at all, fatigue amplifies the cold sensation for me and i just layered up a bit during the day and otherwise nested cozily under the thick warm duvet

Spent a two night stay when visiting the Glasgow Christmas Market and Festivities. Excellent location, a short 10 mins walk from Buchanan Street Bus Station and not far from Central Station. Check in was smooth. The bedroom, which was clean and tidy, was compact but very well equipped with a comfortable bed, proper hairdryer and a spacious en-suite with a great shower. Relaxed with drinks in the bar which had a nice atmosphere. A wide range of hot or cold breakfast is also served here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Despite its city centre location and the time of year it was quiet. We will be back on future visits to Glasgow.
Had a greta experience staying here. Nothing negative springs to mind.

Lovely cozy place in a decent location. Great smelling soap and shampoo. Staff were great and even give you a free drink if you turn down housekeeping (which is a dream for me when I want a lie-in). Room had everything I needed too and was really clean with a lot of space.
Room was slightly cold and could have done with an extra blanket, and wifi was hard to sign into on some devices, but I got it working. Also if you randomly hear a fire alarm going off at midday, don't be shocked like I was. I never knew they tested the alarm the day I was there at midday. There's a note on the TV, but I never switched it on so missed it and ran down thinking I had done something to start a fire.

The hotel itself is fantastic, personally I love the unique aspect of the hotel in it's style, decor and just the overall feeling. A warm welcome was given and an introduction to the facilities. The room itself was clean, bedding, towels and carpet were all spotless to be honest. For a two night stay the location was great for what I needed and overall would be happy to stay again.
There were a couple of hairs in the shower when I arrived and an insane amount of dust attached to the wall in one spot close to the bed. One of the lamps close to the bed didn't work, so there was no soft lighting for the evenings.

Loved the decor in the hotel reception and the corridors and in the bedrooms- the musical and Glasgow-specific themes. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and very welcoming. They came up to check our daughter's faulty room heating and thought it was sorted but it stopped working before we left for the evening so they assured us they would get it sorted. On our return we asked at reception and they said they had re-set it and then checked through the evening to make sure it was fine and when we went up to the room it was really toasty! Very handy to have at the discount arrangement with the nearby Car Park. The hotel was spotlessly clean and we really loved the Glasgow-themed carpets in the bedrooms.
The mattresses seemed soft and the heating controls were not easy to work out and the TV signal was poor so the screen kept pixellating but we were hardly in the room to bother with it. The one room we had booked was rather too compact (room 513) and my husband who is slim found it hard to navigate past the wall-mounted TV during the night without a collision as there really is hardly any space! This room would really be best suited to be a single room. The other 2 rooms were more spacious.

Great location. Loved that the bar was for guests only after a certain time and was open late. Room was soundproofed so no noise could be heard from anyone walking through the hall. Staff very friendly.
Bed was very uncomfortable but we made do. Upon stripping the beds in the morning, we then realised the mattress was quite stained too. I feel the mattress definitely needs replaced. But that would be my only complaint, if the mattress was better, it would be a 10/10.

Loved a lot of the decor elements, with music links from the menus in the bar area to the bathroom walls in the hotel rooms. The location is very good - not the most ideal location as just surrounded by office buildings, but it's an easy walk to train stations, shops, etc. Warm welcome from very helpful reception staff, who offered help with directions to wherever we wanted to go. Excellent value for money. Didn't order any food or breakfast so can't comment on those.
The lack of food availability later in evening - on return from an event at the Hydro at 11pm we were advised we would have to order food from elsewhere thru food delivery services, and would have to take it to room. And when ordering a drink from bar before going to that event, the staff member was less than helpful - but thats a stark contrast to others who were excellent. Standard Room was a decent size, but was lacking in clothes storage if you were staying longer than 1 night.

Great accommodation only 5 minutes walk from Glasgow Central Station and King Tut's Wah Wah Hut (our reason for staying). Loved the music themed public areas and the band name frieze in the bathroom. Very friendly and efficient staff who gave us a choice of stairs or lift with a little bit of extra security on both. Our queen room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, blackout curtains, bedside tables and a decent sized bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food which varied each day, and we enjoyed the pizzas in the bar at night too. Will definitely stay again.
A disappointing stingy collection of coffees and milk. Two cartons are not enough for two people unless you like virtually black coffee. Even Travelodge give you 4! The shower seal and slightly scuffed walls in our room needed a bit more attention from the housekeeping staff. You can't open the window so have to rely on the heating/air conditioning system which may keep some people awake.

Convenient location. We had no issues.
There was a promotion shared that if we declined daily room cleaning, towels, etc we would be given free drinks voucher to be used for morning coffee. We stayed 3 nights, and declined all room cleaning/service. There were two of us, so for three nights, we expected two coffees .... disappointed when oddly we qualified for only one cofffee. This is a small thing, we have been accustomed in Canada for many years not to have daily room service, fresh towels every day so would have been happier without the promotion.
