Booked an overnight stay so we could attend a gig in Glasgow. The hotel was in a perfect location for all city centre services and was only a 10 walk to Audio for our gig. Would definitely book again.

There was nothing to dislike.

The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast is very good, with a wide choice of food. Everyone can find what they like. The hotel is in a perfect location, almost in the centre of the city, so all the main attractions are within easy reach.

As the hotel does not have its own car park, parking is in the car park opposite. Although it is not far away and the parking fee is 50% off, sometimes the ticket machine does not give a ticket and this causes inconvenience. Of course, this is not the fault of the hotel, but of the parking garage operators, but as a guest, I am not happy about such a situation.

The hotel is well situated, has all amenities, and is value for money, cleanliness of our room was spot on…..overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would return indeed.

The breakfast service was a shambles, due to the lack of management and inexperienced staff, though all willing and with a smile…..the days we stayed, every morning you were waiting for the buffet to be replenished, you had to order your coffee and toast several times, to the point one to get up and go a get it, also orders were mixed up, for omelettes / toast etc. I think as a hotelier myself, the industry is suffering, after Brexit, then pandemic, with a lack of workforce and experienced/qualified staff, let’s wish for better times and to build our important industry again, with patients and perseverance.

The various items for breakfast were never allowed to be low on the amounts available and surfaces were kept clean at all times. My room was furnished with modern matching units and was very clean. The bathroom was a pleasure. Good close to centre location.

For me the addition of grilled tomatoes & mushrooms would have been good. Although the location close to the city centre was good ,the fact that there was quite a steep hill up to the hotel was not impossible, but more difficult with being an elderly person. I appreciate the fact that you cannot alter the location of the hotel. A more prominent hotel sign on West Campbell Street would help in finding the hotel.

The welcome when I arrived at the location was positive and the person on reception was very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent and being in a central location was really helpful The breakfast was an added bonus and it was self service and had a good variety of food available

Nothing, from my perspective the only thing that could have been better was the price it was expensive for a one night stay. Other than that it was all really good and positive and I would definitely stay again.

The waffle maker is great and their is always a queue for it which is understandable but annoying at times. The room was lovely and the view was exceptional. Wasn't a fan of walking into a small corridor but we arrived late so anything was better than nothing. The staff were very helpful and I can't thank them enough for how great they were with myself. Location was perfect a short walk from the car park and great town center location.

Business center is very small and very open to people coming in and out of the hotel and windows. The WIFI was temperamental so was difficult to work.

I have stayed here numerous times but this was my husband's first time. Staff are always welcoming and the breakfast that is included was good - plenty of options. Room was spacious and bright and we have a peaceful sleep. Location is perfect for shops/restaurants/train station

Husband complained about how uncomfortable the bed was - to be fair, I have only ever slept on a twin bed here and they seem a lot more comfortable than the queen beds as I could feel the springs on the queen bed. Also, the bright lights on the air con/fire alarm on the roof were distracting in the dark when trying to sleep

We booked this hotel to stay in for our anniversary weekend and we had the best time from start to finish. We checked in on the Friday evening and had a lovely warm welcome by the staff on the checkin desk. She asked what we were travelling for and when we said it was our anniversary she kindly gifted us some free drinks at the bar to kick off our stay 🥰 the room was immaculate, so fresh and stocked with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. It was such great value for money and even better that it came with breakfast on both morning. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice: cooked bacon, sausages, eggs, beans etc and then of course you had the waffle area, cereal and unlimited hot/cold drinks ❤️ I’d like to take a second to praise ALL of the staff that were working the weekend of 19th Feb. Every single one of them were polite, upbeat and done anything they could to make sure our stay was perfect. Absolutely brilliant. You have a great bunch of employees who go above and beyond their roles. We will be back. Thank you Hilton and staff for making our stay perfect in every way ☺️

First off the staff, from the moment we arrived they were excellent. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming and even gave the birthday boy complementary drinks at the bar, a nice touch. The hotel also had our rooms next to each other which we requested. The room was excellent, spotless, comfortable and spacious. For us the location could not have been better. The staff made good on the 1 complaint I did have and we left feeling that they valued our custom and although personally the fault was not theirs, they most definitely made us leaving happy. I have stayed at hotels in the past where complaints are brushed off and this wasn't. The receptionist was excellent and because of her we will definitely be back there again. The breakfast was great, good selection and again, clean area for eating. Worth the money

The service at night for drinks was a little slow but the lady was on herself so she did well but it was a long wait at times. We ordered snacks and the toasties wasn't quiet a toastie, warm bread more like. It was still nice though. The bed was very uncomfortable. Actually both rooms were and we did not get much sleep. The main complaint I had was the shower, the hot water was dark brown. It did get better but did not run clear. There waw no way my partner or myself were using the shower so we left without having one. This was disappointing but the hotel did make good on this.

All staff that engaged with us were friendly and very helpful. There was a good vibe around the place which is always a bonus. When required we got assistance with booking a taxi.

Breakfast runs till 10am & we arrived at 9.30am. However when my wife went to get her hot food at 9.53 there was no bacon left (& very little other items!) On asking for a couple of rashers she was told breakfast finishes at 10am & no further hot items would be cooked! If that is the policy then maybe guests be advised hot breakfast is only served until 9.30am? Continental till 10am?
