Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a great size with good facilities

Was quite an uphill climb from city centre

I understand that The Sandman Signature Glasgow has opened fairly recently and it is clean, modern, and rooms or suites are very well presented. Our ‘room’ (suite) was superb and consisted of large bedroom, large sitting room area, large bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and vanity unit and very well equipped kitchen area. Room was definitely accessorised with a “Glasgow/ Scottish ‘twist’ and fun ‘techno’ gadgets! Staff were friendly and helpful too. Restaurant was good too .

Access to hotel entrances slightly restricted due to current road works and building works but this will be resolved in time - not a serious issue.

A very nicely decorated room with great amenities. Thrilled to find a fan in the wardrobe on an unusually hot September weekend for Glasgow that was used for our whole stay! Fantastic shower, very comfortable bed. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Wish we'd been staying a little longer so we could have made more use of the pool table and selection of board games in the spacious lobby/lounge area.

The room was blisteringly hot due to the curtains being wide open when we arrived - Maybe something to reconsider if there's a heatwave forecast to reduce the room temperature as there is no air conditioning? Unfortunately we had to run the (thankfully, provided as standard) fan for our whole stay to make the room temperature bearable - I do however understand that it being this hot is unusual, and the staff can't control the sun.

Beautifully set out and decorated. Lobby such a nice area to chill with tvs, lots of seating, tea/coffee facilities and juice & snacks. And a pool table! Rooms have everything you need including a microwave! (And iron and ironing board). Fantastic shower, beds so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choices and absolutely delicious food! The staff were all so friendly and so helpful. We have already booked to come back again and have recommended to so many people!!

The only thing we would have changed would be aircon in the rooms as it was very hot even with windows open and fan on.

The Sandman Signature in Glasgow is located not far from the Scottish Exhibition centre . It has only been opened a few months. The hotel is relatively high tech, the rooms have fantastic little bits which show a lot of thought has been put into the design. An example is the large walk in shower - the shower controls are to the side allowing you to set it to your preferred temperature and avoid an accidental cold shower. The hotel has only two lifts but 10 floors so lifts get to be a bit crowded in the "breakfast/checkout rush hours" but that would be pretty much the only thing I could criticise. The rooms were generous , well thought out , clean and comfortable. The hotel has an associated restaurant "The Chop" which serves gastropub food. It works as a close knit and highly effective team, despite how new the hotel is. We were served by trio : Kat , Marwa and Roxy. They were efficient , friendly and attentive. I would recommend the fillet steak. It was delicious. We tried a couple of the wines and they were very nice. It was a really nice night and would happily eat there again. This was a very pleasant hotel which we would book again without hesitation.

Newly renovated hotel with nice modern design. Staff are nice and freindly. We didnt eat there except the free snack but restautant looks nice. Lovely shower and amenities provided. Comfy beds and pillows. They even have a microwave in the room. Good wifi.

Location is a bit far from center but not too bad like 15 mins walk. Parking was under renovation so have to park at a nearby garage and pay 15 pounds. Only 2 lifts and one was broken so have to wait a long time to get down to check out next morning. There is construction going on which noise started very early arpund 7am! No air con so quite hot in the room during day time, good they provided one fan. Room is a bit small , hardly can open our 2 large suitcases together.

The location of this hotel is great as it is a short walk into town. Hotel is very new so the decor and styling is to a very good spec. Liked the honesty bar in the foyer so you could grab a drink or snack. There will be a gym but this is not yet finished

I made the mistake of leaving my suit bag behind in the wardrobe. I was asked to complete a form that was emailed to me which was fine but I was then told it couldn't be found. When I spoke to someone they found it but they had sent me into a panic. I arranged to collect on the way down the country and again reception said they couldn't locate it and I ended up in lost luggage pointing it out. The staff were polite and trying to help but this could all have been slicker. Also you should be aware that at present there is a lot of building and road works around the hotel although we didn't experience any noise

I loved everything about the hotel, it was so clean and tastefully decorated. The room was pristine & the beds were so comfortable. We loved the colour changing lights it’s an extra special touch and the rain shower was amazing with perfect pressure. Great size tv in the room that you can cast to with your phone to watch Netflix or other apps. The staff were so professional & helpful from reception down to breakfast staff as well as a housekeeping member I encountered. I was given a voucher for a free starter in the restaurant which was a very lovely touch. My new favourite hotel in Glasgow (and I’ve stayed in many) - already booked to come back in September.

There was absolutely nothing not to like! There is a lot of building work going on around the hotel/roads but there was no noise from it and had no impact on our stay at all.

We liked the size of room and the bathroom especially. The shower was also really good in regards to size , water pressure and temperature. We were given a free drink voucher to use in the bar and a bottle of wine as part of the opening of the hotel. Staff were helpful: and responded to our request to change rooms. The bar and restaurant areas were spacious , light and welcoming, We had dinner there and the food was good.

We were assigned a room that was hot and stuffy, there was no temperature control other than heating and the windows couldn’t be opened. Initial solution was to use a fan that was in the bottom of the wardrobe. On saying that I didn’t believe this was appropriate for a 4 star hotel; staff quickly responded and moved us to another room which we appreciated and was much better and comfortable. The hotel is not completed and you have the feeling of being in a building site this extends to outside where the street is being dug up and other buildings renovated. The location is at the very west end on the cbd and has steep street blocks around it.

The most giant bed I have ever slept in, and so comfy. The TV was amazing, and let us cast to it, and the bathroom was so roomy and beautiful. The staff were also great with speedy check in and out. This hotel is really beautifully designed and unlike some others, it's fixtures / fittings etc. actually look expensive.

We had just had our flight cancelled, and had run out of toiletries, unfortunately there was no shampoo or body wash left in the room (bottles but nothing in them). Would have appreciated more teas and coffees in the room, there was enough for one cup each.
