All The staff at the bar/restaurant, breakfast and reception are all really great, friendly and helpful. Location is really good for getting around and exploring Glasgow - close to shops on Buchanan Street, Central and Queen Square trains stations, lots of restaurants and sights. Restaurant was really useful to have available. Room was large, nicely decorated and had a great view

Because it's quite a large room it can take a little while to heat up nicely so maybe a little portable heater would be a good addition in winter. You could also have a little portable fan as well.

The Address hotel is a first-class boutique hotel in the heart of Glasgow. The hotel has an attentive front desk staff that was one of the best we have encountered in Scotland, perhaps the best.

While the hotel has a back entrance that meets accessibility standards, it is a back entrance in a questionable alley. For handicapped people such as myself, there are many stairs in the lobby and to the room elevators. The owners need to find a fix so that guests in wheelchairs or with canes do not have to go down a dark back alley. The building is a refurbished insurance company. Accessibility should have been a concern during the renovation!

A great hotel, right in the centre and very convenient for transport links and the central sights. Big rooms, really excellent and tasty traditional breakfast, a lovely bar/restaurant area with good food and drink, and very friendly staff. The gym is small but neat and tidy (and usually empty!). Double-glazed windows so not overly disturbed by the inevitable city-centre noise outside.

The mattress didn't have a mattress cover under the sheet which was a bit grim, although the bed was otherwise comfortable. No parking (not the hotel's fault given its location) but they have a discount agreement with a nearby Q Park (not sure how much this costs). Guests with accessibility issues should be aware that although there is a lift to all floors, there are a few small sets of stairs and doors to navigate on the ground floor before you get to the lift. The bar/restaurant area is clearly popular so don't be surprised to find an office away-day/seminar taking place there during the day.

Excellent location in city the center of all shopping and food outlets all within walking distance. Staff in reception and restaurant all very friendly and helpful who were all happily responding to any assistance or service requests. Room is very clean, comfortable and contain all necessities.

Only few points worth mentioning firstly the breakfast is typical English breakfast ie, cereal toast beans meshed eggs and repeated every day. However staff very welcoming and doing their best to serve guests and would like to mention Ms Yara was very professional and willing to provide best service she can. Secondly hotel does not have car parking but the reception staff done excellent support to us to guide us to the nearest public paid parking. Thank you all.

Check in was efficient with friendly staff explaining everything required. The room was bigger than expected and quiet during the night. The hotel location is close to Queen St. train station and in the city centre providing easy access to shopping / events. The self service breakfast provided a good selection with the cooked breakfast items varying in temperature and quantity which affected the quality. The bar was well stocked and provided a pleasant experience for relaxing with a drink.

The area for self service hot drinks was not well lit and would benefit from better lighting which would also enhance safety where boiling water is being dispensed.

In general, the hotel is very good. The staff have a very positive attitude from check-in through our entire stay. We enjoyed a good breakfast, and the hotel is conveniently located not far from the city center and train stations, all within walking distance.

Overall, our hotel experience was very good. However, there are a few things that could be improved. First, the breakfast during our 4-night stay was the same each day. I think offering more variety would be a great improvement. Additionally, during check-in, we were assigned a room designed for people with disabilities for one night. We requested a change, and the staff promptly accommodated us.

Absolutely no complaints at all. We couldn't believe the space in the room! It was massive for a city centre hotel. Double lined windows that blocked out most noise (Saturday night city centre there is only so much that you can do). Everything was perfect and to our liking. Bed was comfortable, charging outlets at each side of the bed and able to control the room lights. We could connect our Netflix and YouTube to the smart TV, actual comfy chairs for 2 with a complimentary glass bottle of water. The AC was a good touch as partner runs warm. Cupboard with hangers, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and board, hairdryer and a safe. The bathroom was big and nicely light, good for doing make up and enough towels for 2. Good shower pressure. We didn't dine onside but the staff were very pleasant and helpful on check in and check out (Marcello on check out - very pleasant!) answering any of our questions. Would definitely stay in again!

There was one sticky patch on the carpet from a previous guest but honestly, wear and tear, we have seen much worse in other hotels we've stayed at. Only one lift which was not very big and always busy. We took the stairs down more often than not and only once on way up due to 4th floor and bad knees. Again though, not a deal breaker.

Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Hotel staff all very friendly. Room very clean and impressed that housekeeping attended ever day. Plenty of choice for breakfast, and cooked breakfast items in serving dishes were hot. Friendly staff in bar. Didn't eat in the restaurant.

The lighting in the corridor between reception and lift was very low and we actually bumped into people in the small lobby as we couldn't see each other. Thick duvet on bed in August made for poor sleep, as it was too hot. No towel rail in bathroom, so towels had to be hung on small hooks to dry.

The address is really central, close to both train stations and subways. It’s also close to all the bars and restaurants. It felt really luxurious and clean and the bed was super comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had dropped off decorations to be put up before we arrived which wasn’t done but the staff couldn’t have been more apologetic and rectified the mistake by given us complimentary drinks and putting the decorations up for when we got back from our meal. The spa although small is so relaxing and an extra special touch when having a night away.

Lovely welcome at reception and when we said it was our wedding anniversary we were treated to complementary processo. Room was spotless, huge bed, coffee machine, robes, everything you need for a comfy stay. Check out was 12pm on Sunday which was lovely. Bar area is great. Staff very friendly and happy to make off list cocktails. Place has a lovely vibe and we will be back next year for our anniversary celebrations.

Breakfast was £17.50 per person extra and it was adequate but not amazing. No non dairy spread, although vegan sausages were available to order. Those took 25 minutes to appear, which is pretty slow service. Ran out of several hot food items and were slow to replenish. We ate at 9 45am and it wasn't too busy so staff ahold have been able to keep on top of orders.
