This has to be the best B&B I’ve stayed in. B&Bs are generally clean and comfortable but this one is sumptuous, luxurious and, if I May wax lyrical, idyllic. The bedroom and bathroom are kitted out to an exceptionally high standard and the host, Jennie, was so lovely to us. She is an excellent cook as well as hostess with the mostest, so make sure you make time for breakfast. Last but not least, the walled garden which can be viewed from the bedroom and enjoyed whilst drinking your morning coffee, is beautiful - the planting is marvellous- if you love gardening, you’ll love this place. Finally, Harrogate city centre is a short walk across the stray - the ancient trees in leaf along route were also a treat for us.

There is nothing to dislike - my husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

Jenny was an exceptional hostess and made me very welcome. The suite and garden were perfect and I had the best nights sleep. After a hectic day spent in the hustle and bustle of Harrogate, the suite was very tranquil. Jenny was very accommodating when it came to breakfast and catered to my diabetic needs. A beautifully presented accommodation, very peaceful with a look out onto a well kept private garden of which you have access to. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was beliciousJenny is certainly the hostess with the mostesss. Thank you for making our 10th anniversary perfect xx

Lovely room and facilities. Very comfortable, tidy and clean. Host offered breakfast if required. Great place to drive and visit around Harrogate.

Everything great. I would make a point of stating that door into back of house used to enter accommodation is very difficult to operate from the inside.

A super super comfy bed. Gorgeous interior and the underfloor heating was a lovely extra surprise in the bathroom. Such a peaceful nights stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! It was also very very clean inside and out!

Nothing really to say- only that the wifi connection to use the telly apps didn’t work.

Great location for the Yorkshire Show (10mins walk) and to get to the centre (30 mins walk). Opportunity to have breakfast but we didn't take this up due to our plans. Off road parking. Modern, well equipped room and bathroom.

Excellent. Tea/Coffee, fruit juice, fruit, yogurt, banana bread, and bacon sandwich- for a tenner. Server by the wonderful Jennie in her own , eclectic, dining room.

We would have liked a firmer bed, but we have a very firm one at home.

We had a very warm welcome from Jenni....the room was excellent, quiet, with a view into the garden, clean with a comfortable bed, nothing was too much trouble, we enjoyed a very good breakfast, and if in the area again, this would be our preferred place to stay again. Where to begin. We have had a wonderful, relaxed stay in the most stylish and comfortable B&B ever. The room was so well presented it seemed a shame to put our messy stamp on it. The room and bathroom were immaculate. We had breakfast, with the owner Jennie providing a marvellous choice. Nothing was too much as she waited on our every need. Jennie is a wonderful hostess, I could have talked with her for hours. The location was an easy stroll away from Harrogates centre,in lovely surroundings. We highly recommend you spend time here, you won't regret it. Look forward to our next stay. Ali and Louise Prescott.

Great location….avoiding the worst of the Harrogate traffic hold ups by being just far enough out of the centre. Beautiful garden, spacious property
