Bedroom and bathroom were small and very little space to unpack or place toiletries

Excellent all round. Beautifully clean. Quiet- couldn't hear other guests. Radiator could be turned off and windows opened so room doesn't overheat. 12 minutes walk to Inverness centre.

Maybe think again about not providing breakfast or at least explain why? Although the owners make it very clear throughout that there is no breakfast, the cost feels a bit high for room only.

Beautiful B and B, lovely owner, the only thing we felt let it down was the coffee machine, more off a gimmick gadget than a great coffee machine, it could make lattes, cappuccino‘a etc, the other couple of guests before us had no idea how to work it, by the time it was all explained we had already been waiting a while, then it came to our turn to get a coffee and the machine said the filter was full, had to wait for the owner to come through as I’m guessing she was also cooking the breakfast, she came through and emptied the filter, phew coffee time, but no as this time it wouldn’t work as it had ran out off water 😣, filter coffee machine please, no one wants to wait forever for a coffee, and no breakfast menu so we weren’t quite sure what we were allowed to order, but other than this we had a lovely stay 😀

We greatly enjoyed staying in this beautiful lodge. All of the facilities we needed were present and all in excellent order with a lovely, comfortable bed. The standard and quality of the finish in the accommodation was luxurious and spotlessly-clean. The host, Elmira, was friendly, professional and lovely to deal with. We also greatly enjoyed our well-prepared, delicious, breakfast. We will definitely stay at Cambeth Lodge in future and would recommend it to friends, family and colleagues also.

I am not able to think of a single thing that we did not love about Cambeth Lodge.

Almira was the most delightful hostess and the Lodge is beautiful - large, comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms. Extremely clean. There is a lovely guest lounge room. Breakfast was plentiful. We were made very welcome, and it was a delight to meet Almira. Easy walk into the centre of town.

There was nothing we disliked. Don’t be put off by the exterior, which is devoid of any landscaping - the inside of the Lodge is lovely.

Cambeth Lodge has a lot of atmosphere. A house from the 19th century, but still modern. Great large room, excellent beds, exceptionally good breakfast. The buffet offers everything that belongs to a great breakfast, eggs and so on can be served to order. Parking in the courtyard directly at the house. And Emira is a very friendly and helpful owner.

Friendly host. Easy check in. I booked the small double room as was travelling alone. They have done a very good job of the layout and furniture. A lot of extra touches like water, biscuits, toiletries, decent lamps, charge points etc that take it to the next level and add value. Car park too.

Nothing. It's a short walk to the centre but that's clear when booking if checking the map.

The room was clean and well looked after and a great shower. Elmira was such a lovely and accomodating hostess, and for a smaller guest house I really appreciated the wide variety of choice at the breakfast.

My bed was a little on the harder side, but it wasn't really an issue when everything else was such good quality.

We loved everything about Cambeth Lodge. The rooms were beautiful, spotless and comfortable. We stayed 5 nights and couldn't ask for better accommodations in Inverness. Elmira makes hot breakfast to order and there's also fresh fruit, pastries and cereals. We were pampered.

quiet street. quiet elegance decor. great parking! Rooms were well appointed and the bathroom/showers were sized nicely. breakfast was excellent with much variety and carefully prepared by our host, Elmira. we loved everything about Cambeth Lodge. we will stay there again and recommend.
