Everything. The bed is very comfortable. The decoration of the house is adorable. The breakfast is enormous and tasty. The bedroom gives a warm, cozy feeling, and there's coffee, tea and juice sachets and also Scottish butter cookies (I like my evening snack). The host makes sure everything is great and even through the app answered super fast. The house is not far from the cathedral and the river, so the walk to the centre is short (5/10 minutes). Also, the tour buses depart from a nearby location, so that was very handy as well.

There was parking on site with plenty of room in the bedroom and bathroom. The rooms were much better than the photos on-line. The hosts were friendly and the house spotless. It was a short walk to the city and restaurants. We were told about a lovely walk along the river past the cathedral to 3 islands in the middle of the River Ness. I suggest walking to the cathedral to start your walk, via Ardross Street just a few yards down on the other side of the street in order to avoid the traffic. We crossed by the bridges from island to island walked around them, then to the other side of the river and back to the bridge. The walk was beautiful, beating, in our opinion, walks along other city rivers. The river is wide and the water clear, lots of trees and beautiful buildings as well. We took just over an hour including taking lots of photos. We visited the museum, the indoor Victorian Market and Leakey's Bookshop. Just have a look inside Leakey's even if you don't want a book. I left my wife in there after I had seen enough and sat outside a wine bar, 50m away, in the sun. My wife collected me later and we walked back across the suspension foot bridge to our wonderful B&B. Next time we stay in Inverness,, we will go and try to spot the dolphins playing just outside the city. I advise you to book a table at the restaurant you choose. We went to Encore Une Fois and had a good meal which wasn't that expensive though lacking a French wine! Being guests at Corunna , we were given a 20% discount on the food. A local couple who I met at the wine bar recommended Roc Pool. Both restaurants are close to the bridge over the River Ness on the side nearest the B&B. There is an airport at Inverness with buses and trains connecting to the city centre. We really liked this small city and when we return will use this lovely B&B again.
The road to the bridge was quite busy and some buildings were a bit run down. However, cross the road, head down Ardross Street to the cathedral and turn left along the river to the bridge. It will take a minute or two longer but will be much more pleasant.

Everything is the best here. Christa, out host made us feel like we are old dear friends. We met her family, played with her daughter and dog. The cottage is excellent! I would live there forever, all little detail is though of, you got everything you need to live there. Comfortable, clean, very close to everything. 11 out of 10. Inverness is amazing, we loved it and definitely going back there and for sure in Corunna!
Everything was superb 👌

The property is beautiful and the standards of cleanliness and comfort were very high. This was matched by a very warm welcome... Lots of friendly info and advice about Inverness. The location was very quiet in the evening giving the sense of some distance from the busyness of the centre... But was only 15mins walk from the train station. My wife really appreciated the way her vegan tastes were easily accommodated.
There is nothing I can suggest here.

pretty interior and picturesque building. very cozy and comfortable beds, everything was super clean and smelled good! loved the washing powder they used to wasch the Linnea and towels. the whole place just had a very good smell. there was a beautiful fire place in the living room and when entering the home it smells warm and like fire place. we loved it! the service was exceptional and so friendly and helpful ! the location is perfect because it’s a quietly neighborhood but still in the center / walking distance to the city center. the breakfast was tasty and nobody had to leave hungry or thirty;) we felt safe and welcomed. er enjoyed our stay!

Our favourite accommodation this trip so far. Located a short walking distance to the city centre. We booked the king room which was very spacious, and the bathroom was beautiful, the biggest hand basin I have ever seen! Christa was a wonderful house, and gave us lots of recommendations on how to spend our time in Inverness. Breakfast was served downstairs as was delicious, including cooked and continental choices.

The owner was extremely personable and welcoming. She was more than happy to help in all ways from taking our luggage in to making a restaurant reservation for us. The breakfast was very Scottish and we had many choices. The room was very comfortable and the location was also very good. We could walk into the town center, no problem.
The shower in the bathroom was a bit small.

You could tell the breakfast was top quality produce , cooked and displayed beautifully. The room clean and fresh , fluffy towels , tea coffee biscuits …the on suite beautiful soo clean and stocked with even the little things like cotton buds and a room spray . The rest of the setting gives you that Scottish feel , the tartan ,pictures and ornaments even to the sound of traditional Scottish music playing softly in the back ground really nice touch . We only visited to attend a concert in the park next door , but this lovely establishment was close to the town ness river and so many other lovely places . The Host well what can I say . Friendly Attentive , happy to help , felt so welcome … Hopefully will go back to Inverness and will be booking here again

this is an absolutely beautiful cottage that is updated and has everything you could possibly need. The communication with our host was excellent and they were very helpful. The cottage is private and quiet and a short walk into town. There is an wonderful bakery just down the street. We will definitely be returning in the future!
it was perfect.
