House was beautiful and clean

I'd would like to just say you maybe should have a list of local taxi local food deliveries as we got there at half 4 left at 5 was no food place to eat in town then when got back couldn't find anywhere to deliver to us so all we had in 24 hours was a sandwich but apart from that was lovely and maybe a lock on bathroom door

Nice clean and modern, location is very quiet which is what we needed. No noisy traffic.

Back garden security for pets. Ok if you own a pet that's stands below your knee length. Find this with many dog friendly properties, outside spaces are 90% not pet secured.

The location was just where we wanted to stay. Close to family. The house was clean and tidy and the communication from the staff was spot on.

The only criticism would be for there to be cereal bowls in the kitchen for breakfast.

Excellent location for the job we were working at. Good size, clean and comfortable. Good communication from the hosts. Will return again

A few more cooking items required

The property was well cleaned, and it was a great experience with the host. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Did not receive the full address until very late on arrival. Very stressful.

Easy car parking, Good shower, hot water and a warm house on arrival. Bedding and towels nice and clean.

Kitchen showed water damage above window. Cooker and hob were poor, cooking utensils were poor and the Kitchen generally lacked facilities. Double bed was most uncomfortable. Garden was not maintained

Location to stadium of light

Booked this property last October for a concert at stadium of light. On arrival couldn’t find which property it was so I rang and was told we will ring you back. Found another phone number so rang that the same we will ring you back. Finally got a phone call about half hour later to say the property had been double booked. They would find me somewhere else. An hour later still no call so rang them back. Same again we will ring you. When they finally rang back we have found you a two bedroom apartment in Chester-Le-Street which is half hour away and further away from the stadium. So had to drive there and Alexander apartments would get us a shuttle bus to the stadium so I texted them to say 17.30 and no response back from them. So had to order a taxi which was pricey 18.10 while in the taxi got a phone call your lift is at the property.which was no good as it was 30 minutes to the stadium. Wouldn’t book again.
