The professional way they welcomed us to the hotel. We were the first guests into the hotel since it's temporary closure and they were just reopening when we arrived. Because of a disability problem I asked for a room on the ground floor which I was Iwas givenwithoutany problems. The staff were happy to help.
The car park looked untidy and the coffee bar was in the process of being constructed. ⁶0

Lovely staff, warm, friendly and helpful. Wonderfully comfortable bed, Choice of breakfasts products. The pub next door was a bonus extra. We can recommend the Fajitas. A parade of shops behind the hotel. McDonald's and Kentucky a stroll down the road or delivered of course. Bus stops over the road. Stayed for eight days and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Some of the other guests but that's not the hotels fault.

From the moment we arrived we were met by cheerful, friendly and helpful staff. The lady on reception went above and beyond to sort out a room on the ground floor when she heard my husband say he had injured his leg and might struggle with stairs. The room was clean and comfortable. The 'grab bag' breakfast is basic but sufficient and the staff were happy to provide extra teas, coffee and milk. There is plenty of parking and there are shops close by. The hotel provides somewhere to heat up food if needed. There is a bar/restaurant next door so ideal for a meal in the evening. This is budget hotel with 4 star service.
The room was very warm (because of the outdoor temperature) but we opened the window the second night and although we could then hear noise from the bar it wasn't rowdy and didn't go on util the early hours.

Great assistance from the receptionist who rearranged our room to a ground floor location when discovering that neither I nor myself cope well with stairs. The bathtub afforded us chance to relax and soak (w just have a shower at home)
The inn is located on a retail park but is nevertheless very quiet. The provision of a "breakfast to go" was not what I was expecting or wishing and it was not advertised as such

The rest of the staff were absolutely amazing, very pleasant to deal with and one lady in particular went above and beyond to get my son breakfast bars that he wouldn't react to due to his oat allergy. The bar and restaurant next door serves the best pasta I have ever tasted.
The room and facilities were clean, however the cleaner then didn't do anything in our room, including giving us clean towels or cleaning the bathroom down. We kept our room tidy (albeit a bit cluttered) anyway, this made it more annoying as she had very little to do. The beds could do with updating, they are very dipped in the centre, due to me having a bad neck and back, this gave me terrible headaches.

Location, friendly staff, room size, quiet, price. Maybe I was just lucky but I had a really nice stay, as it was very quiet which is quite unusual in Hotels these days. I had the best night's sleep ever. The staff were lovely, thanks girls. If you fancy a stroll across the North Spire Bridge you can walk to Pallion Metro station, about 15 mins which is handy. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great friendly welcome, clean room, bed made and towels changed each day. Quiet even though a weekend and next to a large restaurant/pub. Really impressed for the money!
I hadn't understood breakfast was a continental breakfast in a bag, my fault, and actually it was fine for what it was. But such a little moan and let's be honest at the price any breakfast was incredible.

Staff are always eager to help and the site is very peaceful, despite being next to an entertainment venue.
Nothing to dislike from our point of view, but a little way from the town centre and isolated except for a retail park and the pub/club next door. Good bus service from the retail park next door though, and quiet roads into town if driving.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were very warm but a fan was supplied. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room very clean. The showers were excellent. The "Breakfast Bag" supplied was First Class and considerably better than those supplied by larger, better-known, hotel chains.
Discovered late at night that the blade in the bathroom fan had seized so the fan emitted a loud constant buzzing. Fortunately there was a fuse box in the room so that by turning off all lighting in the room we were able to sleep and navigate the room using mobile phone torches. The entire car park is weed-infested and looks dreadful. This is a pity as it gives a very poor impression of what is actually a decent budget hotel.
