Staff went above and beyond for us, even moving us to another room because of noise from people above. Rooms where clean and tidy and comfy beds.

Nothing major, but a few more plug sockets would be helpful. Oh.... and some air freshener in the toilet at reception haha!

The professional way they welcomed us to the hotel. We were the first guests into the hotel since it's temporary closure and they were just reopening when we arrived. Because of a disability problem I asked for a room on the ground floor which I was Iwas givenwithoutany problems. The staff were happy to help.

The car park looked untidy and the coffee bar was in the process of being constructed. ⁶0

It’s an old Premier Inn been taken over been modernised very comfortable warm and cosy perfect for working men with vans carpark all CCTV well lit up and protected. Would advise any working man to stay at this accommodation if you are in Sunderland.

Been here for three weeks coming back next week for the fourth week and cannot fault it

Very welcoming staff. Spacious rooms with lovely comfortable double bed and a single. Great en-suite with bath and shower. Nice to have a selection of tea and coffee including decaf. Bus links to Sunderland and local shops close by.

The hotel is next to Hylton retail park and if you don’t know the area can be a bit disorienting when first arriving.

There was no served breakfast which was disappointing although we paid to have breakfast.

As the hotel was being refurbished, our family of four were each given £6 Greggs gift vouchers as which Im not sure was good value for money. The hotel could’ve told us in advance about their refurbishment and given us the option of getting breakfast elsewhere.

Great staff and very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. It was also quiet and I had a good nights sleep.

It felt like I was arriving in the middle of nowhere. Entrance and outside area needs to be brighter. More info on where to get food and bus timetable may help people feel less stranded.

The room was gorgeous and perfect for our stay. Clean and comfortable.

The was the tiniest issue on front desk with a guest who didn't seem to know where they were or why. There was also a smell on our floor which I spoke with the receptionist about and it was dealt with swiftly. Full credit to the staff.

Nothing , everything was good.
