The hosts were fantastic from me arriving until I departed the next morning. Clean, comfortable, WiFi that worked well. Everything inside the guest house was well looked after. Safe, secure area to park my car as well. The team at Dean Park were happy to recommend places to me for an evening meal which was most helpful.

The area surrounding Dean Park guest house was a bit run down and would probably benefit from a few coats of paint and a good tidy up by the litter picking team. I understand that this is outwith the control of the Dean Park management team however……

Excellent and very personable customer service. Room was comfy and very clean. I had requested a couple of things and they were already set up in my room when I arrived. And great breakfast too!

The parking space at the back were occupied but to be fair there were plenty of spots further down the road. I think having a reservation system would be nice. Also the shower house could use replacing, didn't look the most hygienic.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious each day & chef was very friendly & accommodating. We were able to have fun exploring in the area & made lots of new memories.

It took us awhile to work out how to use shower,but once that was achieved we have no complaints at all. We had a nice view from our window. . The Long House pub close by served delicious food & girls were very helpful & friendly

Easy to find, it was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable, shower and bathroom facilities were immaculate. Breakfast was amazing. But the best thing was Fred the guy there was very nice, friendly and professional, and he could not do enough to help. Nothing was a bother. A great stay with friendly hosts who gave us super advice about the area, as our son is relocating to the area for work. The accommodation was lovely and clean and very spacious, the breakfasts were also plentiful and delicious. The location was also great and there was ample parking. There was a mini fridge in the room with tea, coffee, fresh milk and some local treats as well as a TV. The bedroom was nice and spacious and the bathroom was modern and very clean. We will definitely use this B & B again in the future.

There was nothing to not like as everything exceeded our expectations. We were happy with everything and look forward to staying there again in the future. The area was perfect for where we needed to be and the parking was good. The hosts were very accomodating and friendly and made sure we were happy with everything.

Great location, convenient for town centre. Greeted with a warm friendly smile which made us feel very welcome. Rooms were clean, fridge was a bonus. Quiet enviroment. Breakfast was excellent good choice of cereals etc followed by hot cooked breakfast which was lovely and well presented. Would definitely return and would highly recommend to others.

Cooked Scottish breakfast was delicious and served at a clean well-set table. I was asked how I liked the eggs done and the whole meal was carefully prepared and presented. The very pleasant, attentive and polite young man (sorry I forget his name - Eric?) had also welcomed me nicely at the door on arrival, introduced himself, willingly carried my suitcase up steps to room, provided fresh towels and extra heater - all in all, he was a perfect host. The room was spacious, clean, quiet. I appreciated the little thoughtful touches - electric kettle & free tea & coffee bags, a mini-fridge containing small covered jug of fresh milk, plus free small snacks placed inside. Location of B&B is good, near to town centre and public transport for those using it (I was). Excellent value for money, this business knows how to make a guest feel welcome and comfortable. I give Dean Park B&B a big thank you. 10 out of 10.

Every detail of my stay was perfect.

The breakfast was great, well cooked, and tasty. Fred was exceptionally helpful in guiding me to turn my long-wheelbase vehicle round and park it on level ground. He also carried my case to and from the room.

The bedside light could have been a bit brighter to read by. There was landing light leakage from the keyhole and the bottom of the door, which bothered me for about 10 minutes.

great location for town, easy walking distance … was lovely and clean and decoration very tasteful …. hosts very friendly and rooms had everything you could need , mini fridges and microwaves thoughtful touch , we had such a great stay … also loved the communal table in the dining room, nice touch

An impressive-looking property. Our hosts, Fred and Robbie, were friendly, helpful and well-organised. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Fortunate to have the room on the entry level. Breakfast was delicious and provided with courtesy and a smile. On-site parking was conveniently outside the rear door. Directions emailed prior to our arrival were invaluable. Dinner at a local pub is only a short walk away. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks.
