Pleasant modern hotel with cheerful contemporary decor and very helpful staff.

Very little not to like- although the sofas in reception seem to be from a vastly inferior establishment- where silvered plastic and marbled velour is the style. Thankfully this turned out to be an uncharacteristic lapse in taste within a building that is otherwise well designed and comfortable. When we saw them we all privately thought ‘oh no’- but, as I say this taste blip was restricted to these two, strange, objects. The hotel was otherwise tasteful, clean and very comfortable.

Great location, beautiful building design, very clean inside and out. Logan’s restaurant is very inviting. Love the fire pit in the restaurant. Beautiful outdoor space with the lighting. Rooms are very cosy and extremely comfortable bed, lovely seats in the room. Bathroom is very neat and tidy. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful.

Tv wasn’t working properly, whether that be terrestrial or streaming. internet not connected to tv and a lot of channels not showing. Creaky floor boards at various spots throughout the hotel including the room we stayed in, could be quite annoying at times.

Room, food, friendly, helpful, cleanliness, location. On arrival the room size wasn’t as booked, was a lot smaller. Staff were helpful to find a solution. Food & drinks excelllent.

Service was excellent, food was very good. Lovely breakfast and dinner choice of menu was excellent. The rooms were clean and the shower was one of the best we have experienced. Would definitely stay again.

The check in was quite quick, we don’t get told what the Wi-Fi password was or where breakfast was being served. The room was a little small but fine for just 1 night, Other than the the room was spotlessly clean.

Brilliant hotel staff were amazing and the food was excellent always piping hot and fresh.Thr hotel was packed with a golf party a wedding reception and a tribute night what a wonderful hotel I wished that I could have stayed longer. Buffet style breakfast was amazing and the staff were so helpful with room service as my partner was alittle under the weather couldn't have asked for any better experience with this hotel as its my 6th time going there 😀

My room was far to warm but only because of the security windows in place. Alot of the rooms will be getting an upgrade in the quieter months I don't know when that will be as this wee gem of a hotel is always fully booked so other than that no complaints whatsoever.

The room was clean, good powerful shower which I appreciated. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Restaurat was really nice

On another night I may have given it a 10, however they had a big Xmas party on, which meant we had to park further away from the hotel as the car park was full and get a taxi to the hotel. Also the party was quite noisy and we were to up up at 4am for a flight which wasn't ideal

Fantastic hotel, myself and work colleague booked as where not sure about hotels in Ayr, but what a lovely hotel, check in staff so helpful, room so comfortable, had a bath, had a good hour in it! Shower also so nice, nice big tv. Food in restaurant great, very good choice, again staff so helpful and polite, service in restaurant very quick and food very high standard, breakfast really good, again super choice and again top service. Check out very quick and very informative.

A great hotel in a great location. I arrived soaked to the skin as I got caught in a rainstorm (after beautiful sunshine all day!!) walking from the station. The wonderful friendly receptionist immediately offered me a towel to dry myself off and a laundry bag for my wet clothes. That was so kind and thoughtful of her The rest of my stay was just as good, my room was a good size with a really comfy bed and fabulous modern bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and freshly cooked to order, a nice change from the usual dried up breakfast buffets in some hotels. It's in a good location with a fair number of pubs and cafes in walking distance, as well as a supermarket

My only niggle was that my room was very warm (the weather was also) but I had to keep the window closed due to noise from the seagulls, who seem to call the flat roof outside the bedroom window their home! Not the fault of the hotel at all but I did as a result get a slightly disturbed sleep.

The location was good and the parking facilities were good. The staff were very pleasant and overall the stay was excellent. Would return without hesitation

Happy with all aspects except the food options. I didn’t see much gluten free choices or I want asked if I had any allergies. I think there should be a gluten Wfree menu or options like some hotels provide

This hotel was amazing. The reception girls were most helpful, the check in smooth. The rooms were well designed and comfortable with decent bed and pillows. The bathroom was adequate and well thought out. The hospitality tray well stocked. The car park was very large, with more than enough room when we stayed. Logan’s restaurant served a large variety of good food, well thought out menu, and excellent presentation and portion size when the food arrived. The bar was well stocked, especially the malt whiskey collection. The bar prices were not over the top. Breakfast was a very pleasant experience, with a wide selection of cold/continental items, toast, jams and cereals. Hot drinks were served to the table and plentiful. The hot selection was more than adequate and cooked to order. We would visit, and will visit, again.

The rooms are situated on the ground floor and first floor, however, there was no lift to the first floor making taking suitcases a bit of a challenge
