Breakfast was included in our room price. It was an excellent breakfast. There was a great selection of fresh juices, continental items and hot items (full English brekky!) as part of the buffet. Then we were able to order a hot dish (we opted for Benedict Royale) included as part of the breakfast package as well so there was plenty of food, excellent value and quality. Breakfast waiting staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

Hairdryer was missing from the room initially but this was quickly rectified upon request.

The hotel and the Christmas decorations were fabulous. Good location for going to the rugby at Twickenham but leave plenty of time for getting to the stadium as it gets mega busy.

The prices of food and drink were steep.

Great location for that out of the city feeling. Amazing views of the city skyline. Plenty of secure free parking and a swimming pool. Great bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the lovely gardens, which was a nice surprise. Price for a Sunday night wasn't expensive at all. Food good. Peroni on draught. Went for business but would definitely use as a base for personal visit.

I ended up driving through a ULEZ area which i wasn't aware of.....and inevitably got a fine! No fault of the hotel whatsoever, totally down to me but maybe a map given to hotel residents highlighting the zone would be a good idea.

Good size room with ensuite. Stayed in the annex which was good as it was away from the wedding disco. Nice area away from main roads and free parking. Breakfast was good albeit a little pricey. Location for us was very convenient and would certainly stay again. Clean spacious room.

The room backed onto the adoining rooms bathroom and the extraction fan droaned all night long, suspect they left the bathroom light on. The fold out bed wasn't the best for our adult son and the room was certainly big enough for a standard single in addition to the large double. Breakfast staff could be more attentive for coffee refills although did fill up when requested.

We loved everything about this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel, grounds and location. Fantastic to be able to park onsite, and ample parking space available. Staff at reception and in dining room at breakfast were charming, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were lovely and beds very comfortable. We were a party of six,, staying one night to go to rugby at Twickenham, so had three double rooms. The breakfast was superb, with hot traditional English and continental selections. We really wanted to have a swim in the pool before check out, but had cut our time a bit fine after breakfast. The lovely receptionist kindly extended our check out time for an hour, so we could use this facility. So we had a lovely bob about in the pool before leaving. We didn't use the gym but it looked great! Really a gem of a hotel and very much looking forward to staying here again!

There was nothing we didn't like.

Check in was straightforward enough, however we were staying in one of the cottage rooms. Check in person assumed we knew where the room was, would be classier to simply come from behind the desk and point us in the right direction. Room was nice, nice shower. Dinner is quite expensive ,, although they have cheaper options, food is good. Barman made me an old fashioned on request and came over to see if i liked it. (it was delicious) Thumbs up!! Grounds are very nice, ive seen reviews saying they are bad but theyre great. pool is very nice, changing rooms need updating, no towels,a nd water machine in gym was broken so pouring out warm water

The fan in the bathroom! loud loud loud. I was told these need to be on 24/7 as the bathroom has no windows, im not sure, They could set it for an hour after use or quieten it or something. kept us awake half the night. almost ruined the trip. Also, we paid for breakfast, but because we were so tired we wanted to cancel. The receptionist wrongly stated we couldnt, manager later said he was wrong (we went anyway).

Staff amazing…so helpful and really professional. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The hotel is gorgeous with loads of charm and history. The grounds are beautiful and there is a first class gym and indoor swimming pool.fabulous country location in an expensive part of London Close to the Thames , Hampton Court and Wimbledon.

Our room was on the top floor……far too small and worse the beams across the ceiling were sloping which made it impossible to stand up straight. Anyone over 5ft should not consider taking a room like this…no. 26. There is no guest lift but one to take luggage which the staff were more than happy to use to bring our heavy cases up 2 floors.

My husband and I stayed in the Warren House Hotel for two nights. The place is exceptional! We loved the location, idyllic landscapes around and the amazing manor itself. The personnel in the hotel are very nice, they are ready to help you during day and night, are always very polite and friendly. All in all we absolutely loved the place and highly recommend it if you want some amazing memories.

I'm a light sleeper and during the first night I couldn't sleep well because of some sounds which were a bit disturbing, so I mentioned it to the receptionists the next day. And they kindly let us choose another room and after all checked us in an upgraded one without any extra charge. Which was very kind

Really can’t say enough good about this hotel! It was an excellent stay for our family of 7. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, beds were so comfortable, staff was very kind and helpful, grounds are beautiful. We stayed here a night, then a night in London, and then back to the Warren House. It was so perfect that we were able to go back to our same three rooms. We were able to leave our large van there while we took taxis into London. It felt very secure to leave our vehicle there. We absolutely loved our stay here and would return just to enjoy this property again. Dinner was delicious but quite pricey.

Last minute booking after being let down at near by Pub/Hotel Wonderful reception, helpful staff. Stunning room in an historic building full of character and style. Arrived late so only could enjoy the atmospheric bar . The room was very comfortable, with good inroom facilities including a Bose sound system. The ensuite bathroom was outstanding. A nice touch was the bath mat for the shower which ensured a no slip environment. Breakfast was excellent value for money with a full Buffet selection and a full English breakfast cooked to order. The staff were most charming and attentive. Is a wonderful wedding venue with extensive gardens
