Clean, good sized room, breakfast was superb and morning staff very helpful!

Early pm/Evening staff were very thin on the ground so had to wait ages to check in, to get a drink and later to get a towel as one was missing, we were a party of 3 but only two towels in the room the staff member was quite rude to my daughter when she went down to ask for a second time, after waiting more than half an hour after the first request.

Breakfast was well cooked and presented, plenty of everything and an excellent time range. Evening meals were of a high quality and the staff went above expectations, very friendly and helpful. Booking in was OK after a mix up with names (booking .com fault)

The AC in the bedroom kept stopping, no instructions on its use. Parking prices are over the top. Another mix up between the hotel and booking .com meant that I could not get an invoice for my stay so couldn't claim the costs on expenses.

The location was perfect for our trip. The room was well equipped and the shower was great. The room was really quiet and the bed was super comfy and because of that we slept so well that we missed breakfast lol Never mind, the great nights.sleep made it worthwhile. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent, spitting distance from the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms comfortable and very clean. Plug sockets next to the bed, almost unheard of in a lot of hotels.

Public transport links aren't great but only a 6min taxi ride from the nearest train station

Very friendly staff. Continental breakfast available from 5:00 for the early morning flight. Very conveniently located to Humberside Airport.

The parking information. My friend dropped me off but we parked in the car park for a few minutes to walk the dogs. Only when I was at reception did I realize I needed her car license tag to avoid a fine. Unfortunately I didn't know the information and my friend had already left. The receptionist told me that the hotel used to be able to cancel the fines but that option was discontinued several weeks ago. The car park is owned by the airport.

Convenient for Humberside airport room clean and bed very comfortable, breakfast ok but only choice of scrambled egg. Staff friendly and helpful. All in all it was perfect for our needs

A boiled or fried egg with breakfast would be nice, other than h the at all ok

Very good stay. The hotel has very close to major roads and it is easy to get to Hull, Grimsby or any coastal towns. A prefect hotel for sightseeing in the region as there are no traffic jams there. Parking is not free but convenient to use. Everything was very clean and tidy! Very dog friendly! Good breakfast! Amazing staff!

brekfast not so good on the saturday as kitchen didnt do buffet but they did cook to order back to normal sunday and monday room good as usual

not enough toilet paper placed in room parking costs although not operarted by the hotel you would expect some discount

The room was extremely comfortable with excellent bathroom and shower facilities. All meals were very tasty both evening and breakfast.

I had not noticed when booking online that there was a parking charge. I was unable to turn on one of the bedside lights as the switch would not operate. Adjoining restaurant was closed due to an event and although I could order food from reception this meant queueing at reception as staff were needed for the event. Some of the tables had not been wiped clean when vacated.

Modern clean rooms and a quiet atmosphere.

BREAKFAST: Needs slight improvement.. I think you may have been short-staffed, that morning (Sunday), because those I did see about on duty were very busy. However, the menu needs tweaking: The range of cereals were limited (eg. no healthy muesli.) Fresh milk was scarce/not easily found. There were no eggs or yoghurt. I detect that your "fresh orange" is powdered? ("Apple" was probably no better.) Anyway, fresh tea & coffee were too hand & of good quality selection.
