Quiet, nice staff, dog friendly hotel.

No elevator. No car parking.

As a solo traveller, I was understandably given a fairly small room, but I thought the room was clean and comfortable and thoughtfully decorated and enjoyed it. Maximum use of the space available - I thought it was very nicely done actually and loved the pictures on the wall. I ended up eating elsewhere during my stay for various reasons but I did think the menu was very good and sensibly priced.

The toilet was a little small for a tall guy like me. I felt that a simple toilet roll holder would have served me better and given more room to move. However, the modern dispenser that was there was good and I'm sure suits most other rooms.

Excellent location, minutes from the beach, shops and all well within walking distance. The room was very clean, small but completely adequate for a solo traveller. Bed was extremely comfortable, had a good sleep every night, I stayed for 5 nights. Nice complimentary selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Very good free WiFi signal. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit to Llandudno

Hot water for the shower was a bit hit and miss, sometimes hot but other times just lukewarm. Apart from that, everything was lovely

It was perfect for all our needs and the bed was more comfortable than my own. It's right next to the East shore and less than a 10 minute walk to the pier there. All of the staff are very friendly and the room was set with everything we needed. Overall a sweet and quaint place that I found pleasant to stay at and would definitely come back again. (Also the restaurant sells lovely and affordable food)

Unfortunately there's no elevator so it gets quite tiring walking up and down when you're also walking around town and hiking up the Great Orme. The hallways seem a little dingy but it's lovely and bright once you get into your room! The only thing I can really say I wasn't too happy about was that it's right next to a church who has bell ringing practice Friday evening (don't worry this ends at 9 - I'm just an early sleeper!)

Room clean, other family members loved the breakfast unfortunately i did not participate in it. Evening meals were lovely, well cooked, hot andthe best thing of all was that our pet was able to go with us in the restaurant, Staff could not have been any better.

There was far too many flights of stairs, if we had known how many flights we could have requested lower floor rooms. Partner struggles with his knees and disabled son fell down the stairs taking dog out for a wee.

My first visit to this hotel, situated on the high street, so very close to all amenities like shops, cafes and the beach. I was pleased with my room, nicely decorated and furnished. Very clean as well. I was impressed with the generous welcome tray, plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, hot chocolate, biscuits and even a bottle of water. Compared to other hotels I have stayed at, this hotel was by far the warmest, it was so nice to have hot radiators on all night, to dry bath towels. Though I didn't have much of a view from my window, this was not a problem for me, I liked the original windows, which I was able to open fully, to enjoy the fresh sea air.

Not many negatives. As stated on their website, this hotel has no lift. The reception area does not really give a good first impression, it's a little dated and cluttered.

It was so central. We were in the thick of everything. It wasn't a quiet stay. The hotel had a lot going on, but that suited us because our Grandchildren can be quite noisy. Our room was beautiful and we were so happy when we saw how much room we had. Thank God we had a bath because the bath bomb shop was very popular with us.

It was a shame that the entrance was so small and difficult to find. Several people asked us to tell them where the foyer was so that they could book in.

The hotel is located in an ideal, central location. It was very clean and warm throughout, and has very welcoming, friendly and professional staff. My room was very quiet at night (No 15, double with ensuite, on the top floor). It also had an unexpected seaview - bonus! For the price I paid, ie £30, the hotel really did exceed my expectations. I would happily stay here again and recommend it. I cannot comment on the food served at the hotel, as I never took advantage of that option. I was able to leave my overnight bag prior to check in and after check out.

This is purely personal preference: I would have liked softer pillows, as I found them a little hard.

The room was what we had expected and was very pleasant with various tea/coffee/hot chocolate/biscuits etc. We knew there were stairs and no lift and this wasn't an issue in fact i found the stairs easier to manage than i had anticipated. The bed/mattress was very comfortable too and we both slept very well. When we arrived Sunday afternoon and after a short walk around the area we had the roast dinner downstairs which was very filling indeed. Breakfast was equally as tasty and filling plus both were very reasonably priced too.

The hotel was just what we had expected so can't really fault anything but we had a comfortable time.

The bar \ restaurant was great. no need to go looking to eat out. it’s right there. great time on breakfast to .. serve till 11 Am. brilliant for me .. no rushing to get down to breakfast. bed comfy and big room. staff very pleasant and helpful. great location.

only thing for me was the heating. it was cold and the heater we had didn’t work on first night. we took it down to reception… but the gentleman couldn’t help regarding the heater so put the radiator on till midnight. ( might just be me but I do like to be warm … I’m very nesh ) … we did have to ask for clean towels and bin empty on the Wednesday as had no service at all on the Tuesday. ( ex hotel worker … these things happen and certainly not the end of the world ). once mentioned on Wednesday morning it was taken care off promptly and efficiently. The domestic staff do a wonderful job and work hard for the guests. well done to all.
