Loved the location. Room was much bigger than expected. Very clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the fact you could store your luggage in order to explore London without having to carry it around. We were checked in early which was unexpected. Continental breakfast was lovely and the staff serving were amazing and catered to so many people. Tea and coffee facilities and biscuits in the bedroom and also complimentary water, coffee, biscoff biscuits and fruit in the lobby. Honestly the best hotel we have stayed in so far in London.

Location of the toilet in the bathroom. Wedged between shower and wall. So a little uncomfortable but overall it was ok.

The location was excellent - near train station. Though it is important to know the right exit from the station otherwise it can be too far. Breakfast was awesome - croissants were freshly baked and fresh juice Staff were also helpful and kind - Especially MAHIMA in the restaurant. I had left my Ipad in the safe and they kept it for me till it was picked up - that was awesome

I liked that it was so close of Paddington, decent rate and clean. The people in the reception were really funny and attentive. Good breakfast.

The elevator and the small space. I used a tiny room with twin beds, and I didn't even need the extra bed. I could have used the extra space gladly. Still, this was OK to say so. What really bothered me was the awful people next door...Tiny rooms with no soundproof, and heavy doors... you might expect someone with bad manners giving you a good scare by hitting their door at 7 AM. Really stressing.

The hotel was absolutelly perfect with very kind personal. Breakfasts were rich (you can choose from eggs, beans, sausages, ham, cheese, cakes, cornflakes etc.). During the whole day you can prepare coffee in the reception. In the room is not much space but we left in the morning and came back in the evening so it wasn´t problem. There is an electric kettle, tea, coffe and chocolate prepared for the guests. Tube stations are two in the neighbourhood, both approx. 3 minutes walk as well as Kensington gardens. If we come back to this beautiful city we will choose hotel Brunel again. Thank you very much

Location is amazing, few mins walk from Paddington and Hyde Park and several buses routes. Staff were perfect - everyone worked great as a team - kind, helpful and knowledgeable:-) rooms compact but all we needed was a place to sleep :-) Breakfast was simple but totally adequate and more than expected ... bonus :-)

Its location is awesome. Halal breakfast is a plus point! Close to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Tube. You dont have to walk far to get anything, a lot of Halal restaurants and a lot of shops to get your necessities. Will stay here again when I come back to London. They were also kind enough to guard our backs after check out, as our flight back was at night.

On our last day, 10 Jan 2023, the lift (only one small one they have) was not functioning so we had to carry 4 huge luggages down the stairs. But other than that, everything is good.

The location was very convenient from Paddington Station. Room was clean and a had comfortable bed. Though a tight fit for two, it was functional with room under the bed to store our suitcases and be out of the way. It had a small fridge, which was unexpected. Breakfast was a small buffet with a good selection of food. Staff were all very helpful and friendly!

The staff was very responsive and helpful with everything. The breakfast was very fulfilling and tasty. The room was cleaned very well. The location is 5 minutes walking to Paddington stations.

The double room was a little small but that's okay because we barely spent time in the room. On our last night, we had a "complimentary upgrade" which we don't know why but in our upgraded room some of the lights and the TV were not working. And there is no lift to the 4th floor.

The location is perfect, near Underground and Bus stops and close to the city Centre so it's ideal for vacation. The breakfast was offered as a buffet, so it was plenty. The room was very clean and tidy.

The variety at the breakfast wasn't so good. There were only 3-4 choices of salty and 3-4 choices of sweet dishes everyday. The room was a bit small even for a couple. We had our suitcase on the fridge to make enough space for us to be in the room.

The location was prime, and customer services were good. Overall nice stay at hotel.

Beds could have better with some spaces more in between... for dou freinds HOTAC ... though I will take as few things for an improvement rather.
