We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the Queen Suite, which is the hotel’s finest accommodation. The room itself was incredibly spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Moreover, the windows offered a beautiful view, adding to the overall appeal. One feature we particularly appreciated was the water filter station on every floor. It allowed us to enjoy clean and refreshing water without the need to purchase bottled water, which aligns with our commitment to environmental sustainability. Additionally, the lobby exuded style and sophistication, with plenty of comfortable couches to relax on. All in all, our stay was exceptional, thanks to the impressive room, the scenic view, and the hotel’s environmentally conscious amenities.

Gym requires booking and it’s very small.

Refreshing decor, scent of the property (Skandinavisk is SKOG makes the whole property smell like a pine forest!), bed is incredibly comfortable and love that the rooms have lots of storage compartments to actually 'unpack' into. The rooms are always sunny and the big townhouse windows only add to the London experience. On my first stay I raised that the desk (basically a shelf) was not usable to work on, and the next stay realised they had added a table to the same room category, so very reactive in terms of guest feedback. Perfect walking distance to Lancaster Gate and Paddington (even with a heavy bag, dragging to Heathrow Express wasn't a big chore). Overall my favourite place to come back to in London.

Staff could have display more 'can-do' attitude to match the star rating - service is generally slow and unenthusiastic. At one point the electricity in my room did not work and the maintenance man came in, took his shoes off and climbed a chair while I was in the room, which made me very uncomfortable. Of course, understand that the property is relatively new so there will always be teething issues.

The hotel has its own restaurant, and all options on the menu are vegan or vegetarian, which is great for us. Our room was clean, quiet, and pretty big for two people. Additionally, we had an aroma diffuser in our room, which I had never seen in a hotel before. The modern and fresh style of the Inhabit hotel was impressive. The location is excellent as well, near Hyde Park, and you can get there in about 4-5 minutes. The hotel also offers a spa and yoga classes, so if we had enough time, we would definitely visit. I highly recommend it, and I am sure that we will come back on our next trip to London!

The lobby restaurant and library area were spacious and relaxing. The food was healthy and delicious. And Fernando who ran the restaurant was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. There was also a free area to fill up with fresh filtered water on every floor -- a huge savings!

I would have liked to have a small refrigerator in the room. There was no way to keep things cold.

Very pretty room and clean. Love the toiletries fragrance. Near Paddington station and other tube stations and buses. Nice breakfast but small. The people at the reception was very helpful.

Is inched in someone got upgraded to a room of my category which made me feel stupid as I paid full fee. I ask for upgrade as well but wasn’t grated one.

Very new and clean hotel. It is located in a decent area but a bit far from the main attractions. The staff were attentive and kind. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

There isn't actual fitness room. You need to make a reservation to use a single treadmill. The bathroom is almost adjacent to the bed. It was uncomfortable when you shared the room. They should put at least double secure door to separate bed area and bathroom.

Serene, Scandinavian decoration, warm welcome with fruits and drink. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Our room was at the basement with windows looking at the feet of people passing by. This was not mentioned in the room description at Booking.com. It does not feel like a 5 star hotel.

The room I booked for my folks was right at the end of the ground floor. It was slightly bigger than expected in that it had two doors - the first door opened into an area where you could put shoes and hang your jackets (and easily put two huge luggage there with still alot of room to spare). The second door opened into the main room which was cozy and aesthetically pleasing. I find the extra space given for shoes/jackets etc was very useful when we had to check out of our other two rooms and spend half a day in this room (paid extra for late check-out) before going to the airport at 5pm. 6x big luggage] and 3x hand carry luggage and 6 people could fit in this room. Also like that the hotel did not switch off aircon function during winter as the heater can make the room stuffy and hot. We used the aircon in December - personally do not like heaters.

If toothbrushes and bedroom slippers were provided in the room during check-in, or if we were asked if we wanted to have those items then it would have been better. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

The hotel was like new as it had just been refurbished so everything smelled fresh. The bed was really comfy and the room was pleasant, even though the view of the back of adjacent buildings was not the best. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Karen the manager was great.

Probably my own fault but I did not realise the hotel was vegan only. Slightly disappointing as that's not my thing at all but we found somewhere local to have a nice cooked breakfast.

The location near Paddington train/metro station is great. Also the surroundings are lovely, white houses and nice gardens. You can find little bakeries, restaurants, groceries nearby. The hotel and the rooms are so nice, as well as the hotel staff. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel but it looked very delicious...

Stayed in the second floor and could hear all the noise from the street. So if you happen to be not a good sleeper, take your earplugs just in case. The Queen room was really nice, enough space and great shower. The sink was quite small, located in the room, not in the toilet but it did not bother us.
