Everything you need for a stay, although the room we had which was a twin it wasn’t huge but perfect for us. Great shower, air con which in the heatwave was such a relief. Lovely soft white bedding, very comfortable beds. Plenty of sockets and they had a choice for travellers. Complimentary toiletries and dental pack with toothbrush and toothpaste. Tea/coffee/hot chocolate. The whole hotel was air conditioned. Only minutes away from Paddington station. The staff were very efficient. The room had a microwave.

The towels need upgrading, the ones we had were too small and a bit threadbare. There wasn’t a proper fridge only a cooler which wasn’t sufficient. The cups were standard and too small. The kettle and tray are in the wrong place but we moved it to the dressing table.

lots of facilities in room including a microwave cooker! small bottle of wine, water and soft drinks in room. lots of shampoo, conditioner etc in bathroom. second room we have booked here and much smaller bedroom and tiny shower room and noisier than last time we stayed. great location for Hyde Park Summertime festival. Nice persian and turkish cafes and restaurants nearby. only had filter coffee or tea on offer at breakfast. drinks and nibbles as you enter the reception area.

better coffee choices at breakfast and hotter food. there is no breakfast menu which is quite confusing just full english and a buffet of cold breakfast items which was lovely.

Contemporary, clean, up to date finish, central location, lovely area, lovely gluten-free breakfast with gf toast.

When we arrived about 11.30am, the front desk were very helpful & took our bags as our room wasn’t ready, & said they would put them up in the room for us since we were going to an event & wouldn’t be back til late. When we arrived back in the evening, we were told our room had been given away to someone else who had an issue with their room, & we would have to stay in another building. We were not pleased at all about this -why hadn’t the room in another building been given to the other people?! Eventually they found that they did have one more room in the main building for us. Also, only 1 pillow each in the room, so I had to ring down to reception for another.

We stayed here on two occasions during two weeks and had different rooms. The rooms are not large, but about what we expected for the price in London. There is a larger "Club Room" and we preferred it. The location is a quiet mostly residential area, but it is only a 10 minute walk to Paddington Station or Hyde Park. The staff are very good. Free soda, wine, water and cookies/biscuits in the room are nice. We would stay here again. Many breakfast options nearby.

Larger rooms and larger bathroom would be nice, but not expected at the price we paid.

Writing this review on behalf of my dad. Travelled for my wife’s 50th, they gave us a free room upgrade, decorated the room along with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. They even included breakfast free of charge for the 2 days. They couldn’t do enough for us and it was a very much appreciated. It really added to the fabulous weekend we had in general. I had a few questions before our stay and the communication from the hotel was very good and they were very helpful. The room was quite small but it’s expected in London and this didn’t effect our stay at all. Thank you for a lovely stay, would definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful hotel very close to the Hyde Park. The staff at the reception was very kind and professional. They offered me a great room downstairs. The room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The area around the hotel was safe, quiet and there are plenty of places to eat in the area. The London Tube is only 5 or 6 min away - and only 3 stops from Oxford Circus, so it was very convenient.

Here I am being very picky - there were 2 things - the air conditioning was blowing the air right on top of the bed - the floors above the rooms 800 was quite creaky, so at times it was noisy.

the property is beautiful in a lovely area with a variety of place to go out for eat. the room had a bottle of wine waiting for us along with some fizzy drinks. The bed in the room was extremely comfortable, room itself was beautiful had a lovely window view with long curtains a nice desk with a drawer and mirror, along with a large wardrobe which contained a mini fridge. Also the staff were beyond great answered any questions we had made sure we were happy. Will definitely be retuning for my next stay.

i paid for a larger room which was perfect me and my partner, although i expected for the price to be slightly larger.

The rooms where very comfortable and clean. There was lovely little added extra's such as a small bottle of wine and canned drinks we was not expecting and no additional charge. The breakfast we booked on arrival and trust me it was superb. We had a big night out so a little worse for wear in the morning, we asked to pay for extra stay time and was given 1hr complimentary. The staff were all so helpful and polite, beautiful hotel, I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Clean tidy nice location

Staff were not very friendly, didnt greet us well, didn't welcome us, and when we left not even a thankyou for your stay, everytime we got back in the evening they were outside the front smoking, they were either not confident or we felt like not good enough to stay there, in the front of house
