The room was very clean and looked very new. I was there for 4 nights and was very comfortable indeed. The staff was very polite and on arrival, I was shown to my room. Smart TV made it easy to relax and watch some films.

Not a major factor but because I was on the ground floor I could not open my blinds in the morning or people walking past would have been able to look in. The room could do with either some privacy glass or net curtains to allow light in. The pillows were a bit thin, but maybe that's a personal preference.

Helpful and attentive staff, especially reception. Cleaning staff were very careful not to disrupt us in any way, but kept the rooms very well looked after. Great location for Hyde Park area, but not on the main road so was quieter than I expected.

Reception area toilets were a bit unpleasant, didn't seem to work very well and sink was without a plug for handwashing. Room was rather small (but it was very well equipped). No food available on-site.

We were allocated to rooms on the new area of the Hotel. Everything was nice and clean. Good smell. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was kind and showed us where our room was, as it could be a bit confusing first time reaching them. Promptly, on request during booking, they offered us a cot. 5 minutes walk from the underground (red : Central line) and right next to the hyde park

They were nice to give us a cot, for our 7 months old. And that is fantastic. But rooms were definitely not built to have an extra like this. And because we had a baby we realised that the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. By the time we realised that it was 4 in the morning and we could only put an extra baby blanket on her. But other than that, it was definitely doable and it was a very, very nice stay!

We needed just the basics as a place to get some rest before our early morning flight. While the rooms were smaller than we expected based on the pictures, it was quite adequate for our needs. The beds were comfortable (we expected them to be the hard, can't wear out mattresses of lower end priced facilities). The space was efficiently laid out considering the limited space. Also, we thought the price was fair considering the location was close to where we were to catch the train to Heathrow and the size of the room. The entire facility was very clean and fresh smelling. The staff was helpful.

The one part of the layout that concerned me was the tiny bathroom door opened inward which would make any emergency access very difficult (hinges inside the bathroom). We travel with carry-on sized luggage which we had to store in front of the room door, which was okay but not ideal.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had originally booked a twin room as that's what was available on booking, but when they saw we had a toddler, they gave us a double and single. Room was comfy enough, for double the price, you'll get a marginally bigger room with a bit more modern facilities in the same area. Location was great. 5 mins from Hyde Park which was great for a restless toddler. Tube and buses were super close too. 20 mins walk to Natural History museum or Oxford Street. Really enjoyed it. My child even smiled at them sometimes

The location 2 min walk to Hyde Park, cross the road from a pub next door to cafe and restaurants. Lovely helpful staff, helped us get all our laugage up to room and back when checkout. As we had a small toddler this was awsome. Room was clean,comfy bed modern style room with all you need to chill and relax away from the cold

I guess coming from Asia and Australia for us the room was small for us 3 and small bed .. though this is normal for london and we understood that.. tight cossy space very manageable if your a good organised traveller with a toddler like us.

It was such a cute hotel, and the area was beautiful. It's full of cafes, restaurants and small variety stores. I felt very safe there. Hyde Park is basically across the street. I would recommend staying there. Also, Dhilip on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He always had a big smile.

The shower was extremely small. It also has a shallow pan with water draining slowly. This caused water to spill onto the floor. The room was cute but extremely small. However I believe that's the UK trend.

excellent location ,stayed here for BST hyde park very close to hyde park about 3 minutes walk to one of the entrances (within the park itself is 30 minutes walk ) Very friendly helpful staff had a twin room for 2 nights was big enough good size bathroom had tv kettle mirror and full length mirror had air con which was an added bonus 😀 overall great stay and great value

does need updating in the bathroom loose shower door flush button and not the cleanest , dust in wardrobes, shelves but not bad

The staff has been amazing. They even offered to upgrade our room to a bigger one because we where traveling with a baby. The location of the hotel is perfect to reach city center.

There wasn’t something we actually didn’t like. If I just may give an advice to improve this already good hotel that would be: just pay a little bit of extra attention to the hair lost during room cleaning. Not so nice to find them in bed :)

Location is excellent. The street offers many things. All close to main attractions. Close to public transport Paddington Station & Lancaster Gate Station. You have the park close by for strolls or morning exercise. Street offers pubs, restaurants & cafes and gives a home vibe as well. Walk up the road to Oxford Street, walk across the park to Hight Street Kensington and Bayswater/Notting Hill is close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Felt like home away from home. Rooms clean, new & cosy. There are convenient stores to pop in to get whatever you want, there is a mini supermarket around the corner as well. Best part of the London Town to ever stay!
