We wanted to stay close to Paddington Station at the end of our trip for an easy transfer to Heathrow, and this was a good location for that. Only a few minutes away from the train station. The room was clean, quiet, and had good air conditioning. Perfect for our last night in town. The neighborhood had a good selection of food and pubs, and was very walkable. They also stored our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready at 3 p.m.

The stairwell to check-in was very tight and the lobby doesn't really have any facilities to use like a restroom during check-in. Also, the wifi was not very strong in our room.

A great little spot near Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Stayed here one night after coming back from Paris and leaving for back home the next day, so didn't spend much time in the room, but the bed was comfy, the room itself was really nice and spacious and the staff was very friendly (they even let us drop our bags off before check-in and brought them to our room for us!) Cute little restaurants and bars nearby. Really nice little spot.

No negatives! Was a really great spot just blocks from Paddington Station for a really affordable price. Really enjoyed it.

The room was very comfortable, cozy and safe. We arrived early and we were able to leave our bags there which was a stress reliever, and we were also able to leave them there after the check out since our flight was later in the evening. The room had everything you’d need: heater and AC, hot water, towels, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, small TV, blow dryer, iron, and a safe. I felt at ease staying here. It is located in a good neighborhood. We used the underground train station to move around which was a short 4 minute walk. Also, we purchased a daily train pass but realized the last day that it was cheaper to pay per ride.

The shower was a bit cramped but nothing too bad. The only problem was that the shower head was loose from the wall. Needs to be reinforced.

Nice surprise, excellent value, don't bring a car. This room was half the price of everything else nearby. Big surprise was a truly decent room and property. Phenomenal location near tube and train. No car needed, no where to park in Paddington. Michael was very accommodating at check in and we got the room by the front door, first floor which we really liked watching the world of Paddington go by. Have breakfast at the nearby historic Swan or La Meena. See Hamilton too.

Me and my best friend wanted to find a good and affordable hotel near central London, so we can have our vacations there in the middle of October. We finally found this one and at start we were a little bit hesitant because of some reviews we read about the room and etc. We arrived at the hotel around 12:00 in the evening and Christina was really helpful to us. So when we finally saw the room,which was on a second building next to NOX hotel, we were really satisfied with that and how clean it was. My friend and I checked everything, also in the bathroom and it was clean and not broken as we were reading in the reviews. Furthermore, a lady was cleaning everyday the room and put clean towels for us. If you want an affordable hotel near central London, this one is really satisfying.

The only thing that we wanted more was an elevator cause we lived on the 2nd floor and we were already walking everyday a lot of miles. Also, the mattress seamed a little bit old but it was okay while we slept.

It was VERY hard to find. Goople maps had the location in a different place (on the closest cross street). The numbers on the street don't make sense. When I phoned, the staff person was not very helpful. She did not know the names of the streets right next to the hotel. Eventually, we discovered that the numbers on the street were actually for the cross street and ignored Google maps and found it. The location on the map in the original booking was correct.

Fabulous room in a fabulous location. Quiet–with a nice buzz outside. Great location to go for a run round Hyde Park and very close to Lancaster Gate Tube station. Great places to eat nearby too. Room was very clean and spacious, almost full marks on features–except laptop safe didn't appear to be operational on this stay.

Bit dark in the mini kitchen area. Minor really–laptop safe wasn't working. That's about it. There was some building work going on around reception–but that didn't affect me whatsoever.

Unusual hotel, wasn't sure what to expect when we arrived to leave our luggage but when we returned later we were very pleased with the room. 2 very comfy beds, good sized room, nice bathroom and good tea and coffee facilities. Great location just up from Paddington Station as well.

Arriving into such a tiny reception was a bit challenging as there were already people in there. However this really is a minor point and didn't detract from the stay. It wouldn't put us off staying there again.

The hotel location was fantastic. The man at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and offered to carry my suitcase for me. We phoned for clean towels one day and they were at our door 2 minutes later! The room was cleaned daily. Checkout was quick and easy too!

We were on the third floor and there was no lift. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear EVERYTHING that others are doing (using the toilet, talking, tv etc…). The room had a coffee machine but no kettle which made it difficult as we are not coffee drinkers and could have also done with some milk pods. When cleaning the room, it would have been lovely for it to have been swept/hoovered or provided us with a sweeping pan and brush to do ourselves.

Location was excellent, right down the street from Paddington station. Lots of restaurants around and I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The rooms were clean and as advertised
