Beautiful clean modern room loved my stay in my room

Breakfast was not so good as we had to tell the waiter twice that all the Breakfast trays for the English breakfast were all empty we had to wait 20 minutes for them to refill the buffet trays 😕

Great location, reasonable sized room, very clean, modern

A broken nights sleep, there is no air con, window opens partially and a fan was provided however the room was very stuffy and the fan just moved warm air round rather than cooling the room. it was a warm day but I dread to think how much worse it would have been in there on a hotter summers day! Whilst the window does open a little the road noise then does make it more difficult to sleep so it’s a toss up between being really hot but quiet or a little cooler but noisy! Was fine for 1 night but would suggest booking with caution if you plan on staying longer during the warmer summer months.

Excellent room with good space, large TV, new, clean and fresh. Excellent housekeeping. Quick and polite response from staff. Everything appeared new and in good condition. Room even included a fan. Clean and efficient kettle. City Sleeper is separated from the rest of the gigantic hotel by glass doors that need keycard to open. Feels safe. Very good neighbourhood with university building on one side, hospitals on the other, and the Brunswick and BM close by.

Just very minor things. Double and twin rooms are just about the same. Beds cant be separated with more than a foot. No air-condition, but windows were absolutely sufficient (summer). TV-antenna was loose, so gave us some pondering as to why the TV did not work at first. Would wish somebody would keep those rickshaws from playing music so loudly at night...

Really nice place to stay while visiting London, excellent location, underground 3min (Russel Square) or 7min (Euston) walk, bus stop 2min from the hotel. If you like, you can also go for a 30min. walk to Big Ben. Room for 2 was rather small but very new, clean and comfortable, staff was very helpful :) I strongly reccomend this hotel :)

It would be nice to have rye bread, more salads and some pancaces on breakfast. Scrumbled eggs was not really tasty so in general offer for vegetarians was not so various. Our shower was plugged, the last day my son pulled out a piece of plastic from the outflow - shouldnt't the cleaning service check and report that? We also didn't ask to change our towels every day - we know every drop counts, so why...? :)

Location is the best. Tube access is just 3 minutes by walking. The British museum is 8 minutes by walking. The place was enough quite for sleeping. It wasn't noisy. Room is clean Staff is friendly. If you like to eat pizza there is a small restaurant is near this place and off course there are 4 or 5 cafes for eating and drinking coffee.

I booked a double room. It would be better if the bed was a double bed rather than two single beds. There is no mini bar in the room ( for me it was definitly ok I don't use a lot ). I just wanted to give an information for travellers.

This hotel is superbly located in the heart of Bloomsbury, close to the Piccadilly line. It was very clean, staff were friendly, and despite being very busy mostly quiet. I would definitely return and recommend the hotel to others.

Overall, this hotel and my experience there were great. But the hotel was very busy and just one of several in a larger complex. My fellow traveler had to deal with a delayed suitcase from the airport and there were some communication issues between the reception and the concierge (in an adjacent building) that seemed to delay delivery.

The room was pretty big, as from a London standard. Plenty of space to put a few suitcases. It was close to campus area and the tube station as well. Very convenient for people who wants to travel to the soho district and shopping area in central London without transitting.

There was no air-conditioner in the room but they offered a fan. We opened the window slightly and fortunately we got the breezes (weird in august) and it was chill to sleep in. There were noises of tour buses and people (probably students) screaming and talking downstairs heard from the fifth floor.

Excellent stay since the arrival. Kingba was very professional and helpful, and managed to find three rooms (we were 6 guests) pretty close to each other, which we appreciated. Rooms were very clean every day, staff on the floor and breakfast room was also very professional and very nice. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice from European to English breakfast. Very well located, either by tube (Russell Square) or 5-10 min walking distance from some of the main attractions. Checking out was very straightforward. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends & relatives.

Group of students, so it might be a bit loud (during the day, main hall, check-in area only - not on the floor)

Breakfast was ok. Not much variety in my opinion, but that is subjective. Other than that we had an awesome experience. Staff were very polite and helpful. Andreia who checked us in was awesome!! She was so patient and so helpful and answered all the questions we had while we checked in. The rooms were cleaned daily except for this one day where they cleaned only one of the two connecting rooms we were occupying. Other than that, wonderful experience. The location is also perfect. Very close to major attractions and to 'town'. You could even walk to the British museum and other places within 10 minutes. Shops and places to eat close by. Otherwise it's a pretty short bus or tube ride to wherever you need to be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Just the one day only one of the two connecting rooms we had wasn't cleaned.
