Lovely spacious room on the top floor. Clean and tidy. Staff helpful and friendly. Bathroom was clean and plenty of space for what we needed. Handy having a lift. Quiet at night, hardly any traffic or noisy crowds. For one of the cheapest accommodations I found, I would say it is great value for money!

If i had to be really fussy, the curtains weren't great, so in the summer, I would imagine the room stays quite light. I would've liked to have extra pillows available as it was too late to ask when I realised I wanted more. The shower didn't turn on to begin with, so I gave up and left it, only for it to come on 5 minutes later.

For the price of the room, you get what you pay for, and I mean that in a good way. I paid a very reasonable price for staying in such a central location in London. The room is very small, so be prepared for the size if you are staying in the single bedroom. At the end of the day the staff were really nice, the linens were all clean, the room and bathroom were clean and the bonus is that they have luggage storage. The bed was comfortable. There was tea/coffee provided in the room. The hotel was within walking distance of train/underground stations, many eateries, takeaway, sainsburys, tesco express, apollo theatre, even Buckingham Palace and St James Palace. About 25min walk to Houses of Parliament and Westminster Pier. Although small in size for a double room, it was clean and comfortable. Not disturbed by outside traffic noise. Warm shower. Friendly and warm reception.

A little bit cold on second night stay but only for a little while. Very small bathroom, toilet is separated from shower by shower curtain so you have to step on a wet floor, but it didn't really bother me.

Friendly staff and lovely area. Has everything you could want in a room, they even had spare items on hand incase you forgot something. Was able to see a bit of the london eye through the window.

Although there is an elevator, the room wouldn't be suitable for people with mobility issues as there is little space to move around the room and there is a step into the toilet/shower room. You can hear people in the corridors so I wouldnt have wanted a room a by the elevator or along a main corridor.

This hotel is room only, but had plentiful tea and coffee and that was fine with me. There are loads of great coffee shops just outside the door. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and I had a very quiet room. The bed was much more comfortable than mine at home - memory foam! I was going to a concert in Chelsea on the middle night of my 3-day stay and it was only 15 mins walk. Pimlico is full of great places to eat and I spent a whole day wandering round Chelsea, so the Comfort Inn's location was perfect for me. Sloane Square at night, just 10 mind away!

For the money I couldn't expect more.

Location was great between 2 tube stations.. staff was great anything you ask for they would try to help you

Was not that clean dusty... . very bad draft at the windows In the room which was room 9.. did not like step to the shower... and lights was not working..and that they took partment with out say they would.. and it's still pending.. 4 days later...

it’s accessible to everything. Tourist locations, underground, great restaurants and pubs as well as convenience stores and supermarkets. if you need a laundromat it’s right down the street too.

small bathroom but it’s no big deal. it’d be nice if they had small refrigerators.

Room was spacious,beds comfortable,everything worked,good view outside with plenty of fresh air coming in through window and could help yourself to ice from machine downstairs.

Got to hot at times and couldn't control heating.Had to mention to reception and they control it even though you do have option to turn down in room but doesn't work.ended up with sore throats where dried out so much. and could do with extra plug sockets near beds and lamps or lights in middle as only one light towards the door and doesn't shine enough throughout room to be able to read in bed etc... also people slamming doors at night towards the end of holiday.weekend visitors.

Staff were lovely and the location was beautiful, a quick walk to the tube station and the bus line was on the same street. Can’t complain for the price paid Luckily got a room on the top floor and saw the most beautiful sunrises out of the high up window

The room was tiny and the bathroom even smaller, when you showered the toilet and everything else would get wet and there was no exhaust fan.

Great location. Near to Victoria Station where you can get a train or subway to many places, including the important airports. The hotel is pretty close to Buckingham Palace, you will be able to go by walking for around 15 minutes.

The room isn't that comfortable. My room was noisy and so close to the main door. So I could hear every guest that arrived in the hall. The bathroom is tiny. They don't have an air-conditioned and the heating was broke.
