Excellent location as a starting point for exploring London. Small pleasant hotel.

I missed fried eggs and sausages for breakfast. Otherwise satisfaction.

The hotel was about a 5 minute or so walk to Victoria Station / Victoria Station Bus Terminal When we had questions on how to get to different locations or asking for suggestions on where to get dinner, they were able to suggest many places, most of which were in walking distance from the hotel. Housekeeping kept the room clean and the continental breakfast was very good. We skipped breakfast one day to go out for a standard English breakfast. The hotel location made it easy to get to the Underground (subway), on a prebooked tour bus or get tickets to Hop-on / Hop-off buses that stop at different tourist locations.

While we had a large oscillating fan in the room, it did get a bit warm on some evenings. Having an air conditioner would have been nice, but it wasn't necessary for most nights. From what I understand, air conditioners are not standard in a number of hotels.

Great location, short walk from Victoria rail and coach stations. Only takes max 30 mins to all major tourist attractions. Safe location for female solo traveller and great choice within 3 mins for restaurants and pubs for all budgets.

In lower level room which suffered from low level hum from central heating boiler. I sleep lightly so struggled, but to most, it would not effect sleep. I was in room 109. Breakfast as described.. Continental but I found it very limited and could benefit by the offer of English cooked.

stayed for our wedding anniversary, ideal location to see sights and theatre nights out. arrived to a very welcoming staff , Gunviar couldn’t do enough for us. the room had view of Battersea Power station , which was our first visit only a short walk , very clean, bed was really comfortable and bathroom with shower easy to use and instant warm water. Continental breakfast with plenty of variety to suit everyone 😀

The location is perfect - a 15min walk to Buckingham palace. It is close enough to walk to the main attractions and yet away from the noisy streets. It is also near the Victoria line, which can connect you to every part of London via the Underground. The reception is always open and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is on the small side, but it is clean and has all you really need. We will definitely stay there again.

The staff are lovely and very warm and friendly and would do anything to help us enjoy our stay

The rooms are very very small and the shower was even smaller all clean but no room too put case not even a chair made life a bit hard the fact they only offer a cold food breakfast and not any hot food was a little disappointing considering the cost to stay

The hotel is perfect if you want to centre to Victoria there’s an option of either Victoria tube station or Pimlico which we preferred to use as it was a stone throw away from the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean, staff we very accommodating if you were to need anything during the stay. We didn’t need anything personally but they were very friendly 100% will be back to London and we will be staying here again.

The hotel is situated in a very good location. It has everything that is necessary for a few days stay. It is equipped with comfortable beds. The hotel staff is very helpful and cordial. special thanks to Gunvir. thank you for a wonderful stay.

small rooms, but for us it was not a problem, because we were exploring the city all day.

Perfect location,welcoming staff,good balance between cost and service, the room was little but everything was there,kettle, hairdryer, big wardrobe,a lot of power plugs. The mattresses were comfortable. We were 3 and all very satisfied.we will be back!

Maybe the rooms are not very insulated,you can hear when people walk on the corridor. We were lucky as no loud people were in our floor.

Location was good for our needs. The room was rather small for 2adults to move about,especially to the en-suite . However we only had 1 night there.

The difficulty with the suite door, as the handle was not easy to open /close.
