The room was super cute and great value for the price. The staff was super nice and even though it’s a hostel they provided clean towels and bedding each day of our stay. The room and building was a gem.

The walls are a bit thin, you can hear upstairs and hallway commotion at night and early morning.

VFM room 100%. 1 min from metro and many cafes and restaurants. very good view to the park! we have clean towels, Cafe and tea in our room everyday. we have warm room all day!!!! we left our luggages to the reception for free when we arrived earlier from check in. very cheap price for this town, vfm!

unfortunately, there is no soundproofing, so we could hear everything from the other rooms. also for 4 nights they did not change the sheets, BUT they changed the towels every day . VFM !

Cleanliness: The room and the bathroom were both extremely clean when I came in. Additionally, the room was serviced every day (the linen changed, the bathroom cleaned) which was a very pleasant surprise as I did not expect this service given the very low price of the room. Staff: The staff at the reception were friendly. Additionally, they agreed to store my luggage for a couple of hours after I checked out (even though they had no obligation to do so) which is just excellent customer service in my opinion. Location: Literally 2 minutes away from Paddington underground & rail.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable in my opinion, but that just feels like nitpicking at this price.

The location is great, close to Hyde park, various underground stations and pubs/restaurants. The price was also very good. We stayed with 4 women in a room and there was an extra common bathroom (with shower) on our floor which was great. There was also a big fridge in the room

The beds were a little uncomfortable, very thin mattresses and pillows. We didn't have enough chairs for all 4 to sit in the room nor is there a lobby/common room to all hang out together (there's a nice pub just down the road though)

- VERY noisy inside. :/ It was possible to hear also phones from other guests in next room. :/ - subway under house - so when a train goes, you can feel vibration a little.

The area is very convenient, transport is nearby, many attractions are a 30-40 minute walk. The room is small, but excellent for an overnight stay. The mattresses are comfortable, the linen is clean, the showers and toilets are problem-free. cleaned daily and efficiently. the staff is polite and always ready to help

1) Staff - the housekeeping guy is trusted, we left our staff in room, he did not stole it. the receptionist answers all of my questions and provide everything I need. overall engagement with the staff was good. 2) Security - It has security camera system, but no security guard to watch the facility 3) location - it has asian restaurant & lots of halal foods

As I arrive and depart from Paddington station, Norfolk Square is very convenient for me. The area is safe at night and there are convenient eating and drinking places locally. Also the hotel look after baggage after check out, which is very helpful.

Mattress was far too soft for my comfort; I had difficulty in staying on the bed.

It was clean, warm and comfortable. The window could be opened and the radiator could be adjusted. It is a fantastic location just a few minute level walk to Paddington station for underground or mainline trains. Plenty of choice of places to eat nearby.

The stairs were steep and my room was on the 4th floor with no lift.... but fine if you are young and fit.... just take it steady if you aren't!

The staff was friendly and we felt very welcomed. The room was nice and clean, but a bit hot (mid-Sept). However there was a fan and did a good job during the evening, and it was not needed to keep it running over the night. I can't tell how bad it is in the summer months. We had the (continental) breakfast included and the ladies who were in charge with that were made sure that there's plenty of everything for all guests.

Not enough door hangers/ hooks in the bathroom. The breakfast room was too hot.
