The rooms were bright the linens and and beds were comfy, the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and modern and the air-conditioning was great to have on hot days.Everything was clean and lovely.

1-The elevator had an issue during our stay ...mid stay my son got stuck inside it for 40 mins until help came. Second issue was upon checking out it was faulty again and we couldn't bring all our luggage down but the kind housekeeping lady helped us. 2-on checkin day and for a couple of days over the weekend the main door was stuck and wouldn't close so it was a bit of a safety concern for us as a family. Thankfully nothing happened and the door was fixed after the weekend

Location was excellent. Apt was clean and spacious. Appliances, washer, dryer all worked as expected. Several nearby, locally owned restaurants /pubs available to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Nearby grocery stores available for supplies. Elevator worked nicely. Altogether a great living experience for a couple of weeks.

Seating in living room was not adequate for our group, too few chairs/sofas.

We were told one of the air conditioning units was damaged and so we were moved to Southwark residence by Q apartments....it was really nice but the only thing is that its too far from the center where we usually stay

Southwark Apartments were too far from the center also beds could have been bigger as double beds were a bit small for 2 adults

Attention to cleanliness, under the sofa there was lots of popcorn and other dirt. Broken blind in one of the bedrooms. We were not informed we were staying in a restricted zone during NYE which caused issues with access to the property to unload luggage, and just to get to the building. NYE Security on the road outside the property advised we should have had been issued with wristbands to prove we were staying in a restricted zone.

Very clean. Spacious. Clean and neat. Fully equipped with basic kitchen items. Very quiet building. Safe area, close to major attractions. Bert a manager coffee shop just below the building. Nero and Tesco are 1 min walk. Very convenient.

The frequency of cleaning is very low. They clean ( housekeeping) is every 8 days. If your reservation is less than or 8 days, you will not have housekeeping service. Even if requested before or at 8 days, it will be at fees and will be subject to availability.

The property Was decorated to high standard with furnishings and decor to match. A very stylish and lavish apartment We felt secure. Nice and private. It was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It was an excellent location for us as its close to a number of tube stations and a lot of great sight seeing locations

The lighting system was complicated so we would have benefitted from having some instructions on how to best use the lighting system. We also have some issue with the dishwasher, however this didn’t have any impact on our stay.

Security, location and nice and comfy furniture.

Quite short, not enough supplies and amenities, for example we are 5 people stay for 4 nights there were only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 coffee capsules and no paper napkins for dining (we cooked ourselves for breakfast. So we bought these things ourselves. When asked for additional amenities it comes at an additional charge.

Views of Big Ben & Parliament. The apartment is beautifully decorated. It's large but each room felt cozy and comfortable. Primary bedroom and bathroom are gorgeous. It's about 12 minutes on foot to the nearest Tube stations; right in the heart of major tourist attractions. Fair number of dining options... it's a great location.

The 2nd bathroom was a little tired - tiles stained white by water; not being able to use the rooftop deck. Q Apartments staff did not reply to me (I had to get my corporate travel company on them to send me details on how to enter the apartment and only received them about 6 hours before check-in; they promise 48 hour details). 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is hard when travelling with colleagues - I wish I would have known it was only 2 baths. None of these are big deals and we will definitely stay here again. Definitely!

Clean, comfortable, beautiful, and in an excellent location - it was all lovely! And the staff were all very responsive and helpful.
