The rooms were well furnished and warm. The reception area was smart and well designed.

The cooked breakfast was uneatable and very expensive. Avoid it like the plague .

Lovely modern entrance. Gives you a feeling of a nice modern hotel. Nice large rooms, very high ceilings. Brilliant location 2 mins walk from hyde park and lancaster gate station close by. Complimentary water , tea, coffee, hot choclate and biscuits. Nice touch with balloons on the bed. Overall a lovely hotel at a great price.

The only slight downside is that the rest of the hotel is slightly dated compared to the entrance and reception. The bedroom furniture is slighlty worn out. There was also a smell of sewage from the bathroom. Also two single beds joined together to make a double is very annoying.

Staff were helpful & friendly. I felt that nothing was too much trouble. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean, including my bedoom, which contained a very comfortable bed and temporary slippers. Loved the air con. The bathroom was good, with plenty of hot water, towels, and supplied toiletries. It was great that water, apples, as well as tea & coffee facilities were provided (fresh coffee always available in reception at £2.50) Breakfast was faultless, including the full English breakfast buffet. Good value for money.

The only issue was with the WiFi. I was staying for work, so I tried having video conference calls, which kept breaking up.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs, especially shruti, on reception, who was very professional and informative on our stay. The free breakfast for my 10 year old daughter was an added bonus one I didn't expect. They brought us fresh apples and bottles of water every day. Also, the towels were changed every day, and the room was cleaned (not to say we made a mess) Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and means of making drinks were all there to be used. I will be staying here again upon my return to London for another sight seeing adventure.*****

the staff member on my arrival was amazing. I believe his name was Adyti? I am not sure if i am writing this name correctly. He helped me sort out a couple of requests that i had and he went above and beyond to assist, always with a smile on his face. I could overlook a couple of minor issues with the room because of his great attitude. A true credit to this hotel.

The first room i was allocated (upon arrival) had the room door wide open, one of the windows in the room was also left open and wouldn't close. I was given a different room in minutes.

Great location away from the noisy traffic. Our receptionist provided an excellent service by phoning up to the room to check we are happy with the room. The room itself was very spacious & had a good selection of drinks & snacks & very comfortable beds. The bathroom was also very spacous & tidy with a big shower. One of the best stays I have had in London!

Only thing that was disturbing was cleaning staff having rather loud laughter in the morning. It only happened once, but the timing was awful as we only have had a 4h sleep at that point. I would also suggest adjusting the height of the lamps hanging next to the sides of the bed as they are in front of the mirror & I kept bumping my head in them.

The location was amazing, perfect for a family visiting London. The roads were quiet and we got a very restful sleep. Beds and room were clean, staff were friendly. We didn’t go down for breakfast so can’t comment, but it seemed very reasonably priced.

The room and hotel generally was a bit run down. The shower quite rusted, and the bathroom smelled a bit funky. Also some of the lights beside our bed wouldn’t turn off, which was a bit frustrating. Think the switch was broken. The room was quite small compared to the pictures, but given its London and you’re never in the room it’s not so much of an issue.

Great hotel, 5mins walk from Lancaster Gate, Queensway & Bayswater station! Also great location if you want a morning walk at Hyde Park! 10-15mins walking distance from Noting Hill & Paddington! Located in a quiet area without traffic but near at central road! If you want night out in the centre of London try the no94 24hours bus! it stops at Lancaster Gate!The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was helpful and smiling! Also bigger than other hotel rooms with the same price in London! For sure this hotel will be our first choice when we get back to London again!

The only disadvantage during our stay was that you can’t open the window to refresh the air in the room and the bath towels was too small! But it’s ok! Nothing of these caused problems to our vacation!

Room was excellent for the three of us. It was bigger than I expected, clean and comfortable. I liked that they had cups and water and fruit for all of us. They were kind and let us keep our luggage there while we were already checked out. Hotel in general is clean and pretty.

Towels are very bad quality for the rate of this hotel. Breakfast was poor, variety is small. The second day there was no food available or even cups and glasses. More attention should be given to breakfast time.

Loved the location - didn’t get to spend much time at the place as it was only 1 night. Melissa was very helpful and we had a few issues with the bathroom but they sent maintenance straight away once we reported the problems. Would stay there again

When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist was not very friendly and she failed to tell us any of the details or information about the property. All the other staff were amazing but first impressions do count after a long journey in the heat to get there.
