location and stuff were great! Especially Esther and the manager (forgot his name). room was nicely specious, quiet and easy to walk to places. Breakfast buffet is great and so were the stuff on duty!

Wifi was weak on the 6th floor, had to ask for a floor mate for the shower for safety...should have been there (!). Tv remote was locken on a volume (25) that made it very hard for me to listen to the TV.. the makeup light on the mirror is too high for shorter women...so the bathroom and Tv remote wasn't accommodating for older adults... I believe the room charge was higher priced then was originally quoted when I booked it on booking .com. ??? Maybe the local fees were not in the original quote??

hotel room was a decent size. breakfast was lovely, nothing too fancy but everything a family needs to fuel up for a days adventures in London. hot section, pastries, meat and cheese station, yogurt, fruit, gluten free section, cereals and pancakes. staff were exceptionally helpful in any request!! right beside borough market for a stroll and lovely food

pity the location is about a 10 minute stroll from a tube station (either Southwark or London Bridge). with two small children. however, despite this I would come back in a heartbeat

Comfortable, had everything I needed, staff were helpful and friendly, location good, and breakfast was comprehensive

Breakfast area small, and very busy at times. Perhaps it would be good to have one of those signs that inform people what busy times are so that they could maybe try to regulate themselves - ie maybe some people would try to go to breakfast at quieter times to pace it better for the staff. But personally this didn’t really impact me (as I was just one person in my breakfast party) - it was all very good overall

Room location was good as we asked for a room away from the lifts and stairs, which it was. Clean room and bathroom. Plenty of choice at breakfast and friendly, efficient staff. Nice area to relax in for a short time in the reception area.

Our room hadn't been cleaned when we got back at 4pm on the Sunday. The lady arrived to do it just as we were getting ready to get showered etc. to go out to a concert so we had to wait downstairs - inconvenient. Although there was plenty of choice for the cooked breakfast and it was regularly refilled, it was only 'warm' on both mornings we had it. It would have been nice to order a freshly cooked breakfast from a menu (as in previous stays) i.e Eggs Benedict

This hotel is stylish, cozy, and comfortable. The room was small but very efficient and decorated in a fun, modern way. Bed was great, and I appreciated the fridge! The staff were really great, friendly, and helpful, and brought me a little bottle of prosecco when I told them it was my birthday. The location is quiet, and steps away from the Tate Modern. St. Paul's Cathedral is about a 15-minute walk away over the Millenium Bridge. There's a little M&S Simply Food across the street.

The shower wasn't great. Another thought: I was travelling alone, and while I felt very safe in the hotel, coming home after dark wasn't ideal because the neighbourhood is so quiet. A busier location would have felt safer for a single woman. But this was a small matter.

Good location and general areas are smart.

We didn't like that someone had come into our room not long after we'd checked in as we noticed a towel had been changed on our return. We were only there for 1 night so not sure why housekeeping came in prior to our check out.

Overall I liked the hotel. The check-in and check-out was super fast, staff was very very friendly, room was good. Maybe the beds were too soft for me, but still ok. Bathroom was clean. Even the cleaners were very friendly. Once we came back from breakfast and they were already in the room, but they did everything very fast and were friendly. We had plenty of towels, tea, coffee, soft drinks, plenty room for our stuff. Brakfast was tasty, not too much and not too less of everything.

I didn't like the room temperature. The thermostat did not work as I wanted. The temperature was 18 degrees. I adjusted it according the instructions to 24, but it went up only to 19. It was a bit cold. I don't care personally if the temperature is 18, but because we travelled with children, then this was the only issue we had.

Jakub on reception was such a polite and helpful young man - a credit to the hotel! Small bottle of prosecco in our room for my birthday was a lovely touch. Shower gel and soft drinks ran out, these were replaced within 10 minutes of us contacting reception. Towels replaced daily. Great location, only 5/10 minute walk to Borough Market & Tower Bridge. 2 minutes to Tate gallery. 10/15 minute walk to London Bridge tube station.

The duvet seemed considerably small compared to the size of the bed as did the sheet (didn't fit). Complimentary bathrobes seemed to be just one size (extra small). The coffee machine didn't work and the mugs didn't fit beneath it.

Lovely hotel, 10 min walk from the tube station equally if you wanted to walk further a field is about 30 to 45 minutes away from the embankment and from there and you can walk further down towards Westminster etc. We were really lucky with the weather which meant exploring by foot was an option for us, however if the weather is bad the tube is so close it wouldn’t cause you’re an issue. The bar staff were lovely superclean facilities and nothing was too much trouble. Just over the road is an M&S food. If you want a quick snack and equally there is an Amazon fresh supermarket within Reach too. The beer garden which has newly opened. Was Fab on an evening, Be Prepared it does a building that is currently under construction, but that didn’t spoil our evening for us.

very little to say if anything about what we didn’t like about this property, we would definitely stay here again. If I had to comment on one thing that we they could improve on, It would be upgrade the hairdryers in the room when we stayed the outside temperature was 30°C, however it took a very long time for the hairdryer to even heat up. Just bear that in mind when you’re getting ready, it might take a little longer than usual but didn’t impact our stay. I really wouldn’t call it a negative impact on our trip to London.

Great location for our needs with walking distance to several museums and must-see places, and to Borough market. We got a really nice modern, big room at the top floor with a small balcony and a big bathroom. Being a family with two teenagers the big bathroom and the popcorn machine was a big success. Also the air conditioning worked really well. Nice bar lounge at the entry floor. We didn't try the restaurant, but next door is a coffeeshop with good coffee, and next door to that is a great restaurant for full English breakfast, "the Table".

The cushions in the beds weren't comfy, but we slept anyway.
