The room was very spacious and clean and the staff was super quick and helpful at reception. The breakfast was also lovely, fresh food and cooked to order.

The sound proofing is quite poor - i could hear every step of people walking past the hotel room. The doors to the hotel rooms are also super loud when closing so all those noises are annoying when you want to sleep

The location was amazing. It is walking distance to London Bridge, Borough market, Waterloo, Westminster, London Eye! The accommodation is like brand new and spotless. The breakfast was gorgeous with lots of options and they went the extra mile leaving goody bags for our kids and decorated the room in fox themed blankets with little cuddly bears for the kids. It was such a lovely surprise. The concierges and reception staff couldn’t have been more friendly helpful and welcoming. I will definitely stay with them time and time again! They also have a lovely pool for swimming and a 24 hour gym which is amazing for the middle of London! We stayed at Easter time and on Easter Sunday morning they had rabbits and chicks for the kids to pet! It was the favourite part of our two week holiday and a lovely way to finish our trip.

Overall Experience was really nice, One suggestion for future consideration and another point I would like to call out which I did not liked at all.

1.London tourist are multi cultural, breakfast menu should include one dish as per tourist concentration by ethnicity in the hotel. 2.During the time of checkin I offered to register my card for any petty expenses payment during our stay, but Hotel card machine was not working due to this issue they put the payment on cash mode, I specifically did not like the way of followup with a letter and a call for payment, when the guest has done the advance payments for the whole stay, he/she is not going to run away with 60 pound payment for room services. This amount can be cleared at checkout time. This experience could have been better, If hotel reception would have informed me that card machines are working whenever you are free, you can register your payment method to cards.

The level of the hotel is outstanding. Spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. The interconnected family rooms were very convenient. The bar and the restaurant were excellent. Great breakfast. The fact that there is a pool was a great bonus. The staff (including IT) was very helpful

A lady from the room service woke us up including a baby at 7am after having knocked numerous times on our door claiming that we allegedly ordered a breakfast which was not the case. That was very unfortunate that after struggling to get some sleep with a baby and even booking a flight in the afternoon in order to get some sleep in the morning we had to get up so early and be exhausted the entire day instead of simply verifying in advance which room has in fact ordered a breakfast rather than just knocking on random doors. The water temperature in the pool was a bit unstable. On the first day it was quite warm and the next day a bit cold. The location was not within walking distance from the center but we could reach the respective attractions in about 15-20 min by taxi.

Wow! What a great hotel! We stayed at the executive room. Very spacious. We did not use the lounge , we did not find the time...but, breakfast was great! So many options, the staff is amazing , food is great (best omlete I had ). The front dest and customer service - amazing! So helpful and nice , always with a smile. Highly recommend.

To be honest : not enough light in the room. There were only a few lamps and the light was "yellow" and so weak...it was pure luck that I brought a mirror with usb light... And the area does not feel the best area to walk at night / dark if you are ALONE.

Paid extra for room so this included breakfast and access to lounge area where soft drinks and snacks serviced until 6pm after that time you could access alcoholic drinks as well as soft drinks and food. Room was large and spacious and room service was excellent. Location on south bank close to Borough Market and River Thames, only 10 mins walk to Tower Bridge

Had to climb into bath to get access to shower, not disabled but need hotel to provide step ladders to climb in and out of bath.

Great breakfast and really nice rooms! Nice and friendly staff. We enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. The hotell was placed only a few hundred meters from the underground station. This is also a really nice area close to the riverbank. I can strongly recommend this hotel.

Could have had more pegs in the bathroom. This was a minor issue.

The facilities and location were excellent. Perfect. Really enjoyable to stay there. The additional night stayed was expensive. My only view of this is you may think you win by charging the rate you can for the room. However, we travel quite a bit. My view is we already established a rate for the room when first booked and it would make more sense to keep same nightly rate good or bad to save the prospect over losing a customer over bill shock.

The staff was friendly and understanding. My room was very good, quite and comfortable, which made working easy. Very clean and nice interrior.

The restaurant had a very poor selection and a low-quality menu in the form a single piece of paper...However, the food was really good! Furthermore, Hilton charged for my room 2x, once a full room deposit + additional extras, and upon checkout, they debited the room and other costs (such as room service) without releasing the deposit. After multiple messages and calls, I needed to contact my bank to release the credit holding on the card. Won't be staying at Hilton anymore due to the confusing withholdings on my credit card. Besides this the stay was nice!

We wanted to visit Tate Modern, for this the hotel had the best location. We did find more possibilities in the neighborhood to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, however not all the pubs offer warm food after 9PM. We booked a twin room and found the beds very comfortable, We arrived earlier, but the hotel was very helpful to store our luggage until our room was prepared. The receptionist was especially helpful to find the best room for us to meet our expectations. Also, we found the welcome drink a nice gesture. All in all, all the personnel we met was very kind and helpful.

We booked a Deluxe Twin Room for which the size is indicated on Booking.com as it would be 30m2, which we think cannot be correct, unless this includes the bathroom too. We found the breakfast for 20£ expensive. Also, we found not perfect that food and drinks are not re-filled half an hour before the breakfast time ends.
