The boutique hotel is situated not far from the underground station, in a quiet area of South Kensington, but in easy reach of local bars, restaurants and museums. The staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.

I prefer to decide the additional gratuities given for the service instead of it being automatically added to my invoice....... not the amount, rather a principal !

We have stayed at the Adria many times and always enjoy our stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated especially after the renovation. The position is great, very close to 2 underground stations and close to shopping and museums. Their breakfast is amazing. But more than anything we enjoy the great service we get there. The staff are always exceptionally polite and helpful and make their guests feel comfortable and special. We always return there when we are in London

The hotel is a little gem, very tastefully decorated and luxurious but very homely at the same time. It is a great location for visiting the museums in South Kensington and other nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

I don't think we ended up with one of the nicer rooms. We were in the Globe room and it was ok but looking at their website I think there were other deluxe rooms that were slightly better than ours, with a bit of a sitting area. The size of the rooms is rather small, as expected I guess for London hotels and we found the breakfast service a bit slow. But the food was good and the staff very friendly.

The location was great, a walking distance from Gloucester Road station. it’s also near Hyde park and Chelsea and South Kensington, which are nice places for a walk. The room was bright and spacious with high ceilings. The bed is really comfortable too. The common spaces on the ground floor were of a modern design but felt cozy like a family home. All of the staff were impeccable. Evgeny, our Butler was really helpful and took care of every concern or request we had without hesitation. Gary, the manager was also very helpful and meticulous too. We had to leave early in the morning and they helped prepare a plentiful breakfast complete with fruits and croissants to take with us. We fully recommend a stay at the Adria, it was all and all a 10/10 experience!

The staff is absolutely outstanding. I can't find the words to describe them properly, but they would be enough reason to return to The Adria. And then the hotel is luxurious without being pretentious, it has fantastic amenities but it is small enough to be super cozy. Breakfast is great. And location it's unbeatable.

If I were to be picky, the gym is quite small and could be a bit better equipped. But again: this is me being super picky...

it is a very nice property with excelent decor lights and furniture. the bed was very comfy the bathroom beautiful with a tv inside. i litle bit noise from the underground but that is everywhere. the price is very expensive but dont think you can find a better place location price combination

only the price and maybe the breakfast could have bacon or sausage with eggs like english breakfast. though breakfast was super fresh and tasty.

By far one of the best boutiques I've stayed in. The hotel has a wonderful home quality to it that is simply unmatched; every sitting room of the hotel just yells to be used and trust me when I tell you they are worthy of nice long lounging sessions with a good book. The rooms are large and pretty, and stocked with amazing snacks. But the star of the show are the staff. Nice , friendly and genuine. They truly care in every respect and go above and beyond to make you feel like home. I truly loved my morning discussions with Maria, sofia, giovanni and Euginiia. If you're looking for a homely boutique with peope that care and a place you can lounge and relax (try the outdoor indoor garden) between your may excursions around london; don't hesitate to stay at The Adria.

The Adria is a wonderful hotel with great staff, centrally located at a wonderful location. It is very well decorated, clean, quiet and small. Lovely staff, would definitely revisite!

Cleaning is only when you press the button “cleaning”, which is quite odd to me and something we forgot. For a 5 star hotel it would be nice if they would provide a small treat on your room every day, was missing that. The breakfast is great and a a la carte, but you have to pay extra if you take 2 dishes (one was not enough though)

vibrations caused by the subway: quite annoying. Service charge on the price of the room: never seen that in a hotel before and makes the price on Booking.com incorrect.
