Check in, room very easy , helpful and friendly, room very clean tidy and fresh, breakfast well organised and good food for a buffet.

check out manger and her i don't care about the customer attitude ( and that's what she told us!!) when we had question. When we completed the Hotel survey the response was the manager was right but nothing about how was her attitude and comments impacted on our customer experience.

The property is conveniently located near the tube station and Hype Park. The breakfast food is healthy and the coffee is great.

The decorations are a bit dated. The lighting in the rooms needs to be brighter. The shower area looks old and needs to be re-grouted.

I love my stay there. Everyone at Fraser had provided us with excellent services, ensuring that our stay there was homey and comfortable. Location was great! The museums were just a 5 mins walk away, and it takes us less than a min to get to the tube. There are bistros, cafes, supermarkets aplenty and the wonderful thing is that it's really safe to be wondering in the neighborhood even when you are alone.

The room might be a tad old, but it's clean and comfortable. Take the stairs if you can, as the lift is quite old and does take some time to travel up and down.

Good location with easy accessibility to both metro and also buses. Rooms are spacious and equipped with kitchenette, toaster, microwave and pots and pans.

The floor was quite creaky since the building are old so we can hear the upstairs neighbours walking around.

Couldn’t beat the location. A short walk from the Natural History museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum. walking distance to vibrant South Kensington. I had a studio executive which was nice during a winter stay to relax and have a sofa to relax on whilst having a cup of tea either before or after a day of sightseeing. I had a washer and drier in my room, unfortunately the drier didn’t work however there were also communal ones for rooms that aren’t equipped with them.

I was facing Cromwell Road and surprisingly it was actually not noisy however, what was more an issue were the floodlights at the front of the building that stayed on all night shining onto the window. The curtains were ok but badly fitted to block out light so if you are sensitive to light, I would suggest not getting a room facing the front façade.

Good location between the museums and Gloucester Road station. Living room was large and spacious.

Was not quite the standard of room I was expecting from Fraser Suites. Room was very dark and the ceiling had a large (and clearly old) water leak that leaked onto the desk area and so I had to work from the table. Living rooms back onto a major road and so if you are sensitive to traffic noise this might not be so good for you. Also ground floor living room windows are next to the pavement and so passers by can see in unless you draw the curtains.

The rooms configuration were ok. Location closed to the metro station was very convenient

The corridors need some upgrade so to elevate the property standard.

Almost everything. Location is great, with Gloucester tube station nearby. Also within walking distance are Imperial College, Royal Albert Hall and various museums. Stayed in an executive apartment which is duplex with a double bed and one sofa bed. Just nice for my family of 4. Kitchen is fully equipped. Staffs are extremely friendly.

Breakfast - too little choice but still of good value for money as I paid only GBP3 per person. The upper deck is quite warm regardless how cold the aircond is.

I thought the rooms were very well equipped. We loved having the kitchen/table chairs facility in the adjoining room, fantastic idea. The staff were all so polite and helpful. Especially the mature lady working in the breakfast area, she was so hardworking and courteous and nothing was too much for her. She was so sociable too and smiley!

Can't think of anything, maybe choice of an English breakfast?? But the continental breakfast was fully enjoyable and plentiful!

Staff lovely . Beds comfortable. Good sized room. Added bonus of fridge and microwave plus some cutlery and crockery. Handy for underground and many bus routes. Local Supermarkets and shops also close at hand.

A bit noisy due to proximity of main roads but we knew area and were aware of same.Not too much of an issue we both slept pretty well.
