Location was unbeatable - King's Cross + St Pancras lets you reach airports, the Eurostar (channel tunnel), and underground from one stop. Euston is a short walk away (or one underground stop) and lets you access the West Midlands (for Harry Potter/WB) as well. Easy walk to British Library or even British Museum as well. The team has been helpful in getting back some shoes I left as well. Very pleased!

It is difficult finding rooms to host 5 (two adults + 3 kids) - so this made the room a little cramped, but it all worked out fine! The hotel is a combination of two buildings so you will have a few stairs even if using the elevator - this did not pose any real issue, however.

We loved our stay at Kings Cross Inn hotel! We immediately felt at home. Our window opened right to the station square with lots of live music performances every day and the lively London atmosphere. Of course we could still have some peace and quiet when we closed the window and switched on the air conditioning, Shower and toilet were absolutely great with lots of soaps and we loved having the water kettle and fridge. Room was spotless and re-cleaned every day including fresh towels. Bed was so comfy! We didn’t try the breakfast as there is so much to eat around and in the station. A big thank you also to the nice and helpful staff. We could even leave our baggage after checking out so we could fully profit from our last day in London.

The air conditioning was not very strong and there were no instructions as to how to use it. The lift (elevator) only goes up to the 3rd floor but we were on the 4th. We didn’t mind this at all, but those with difficulties may find this to be a problem. (And there are some steps to get into the hotel and to reach the lift). The door to the room was a bit difficult to open and close.

Food in the restaurant was great and service was great also.

Bathroom was not constructed very well needs some maintenance

We were delighted with the how close it was to train stations, underground and walking distance to the city. Very clean, value for money for London and friendly. Our room had 5 beds which gave us lots of room. Discounts offered for an italian restaurant for breakfast and evening meal.We will use every time when in London.

It is in a very busy city location and bear train stations and so can be noisy at night. Our room was on the front and so there was noise from people, trains, emergency vehicles and refuse collectors from late until the early hours. Heavy sleepers or earplugs needed.

It was perfectly located for us to catch Eurostar the next morning. Everything nearby includes a laundry with a 3-hour turnaround for washing and drying for us. Staff were helpful if very busy. The room was highly functional. However, it had most things we needed. The air conditioning was welcome, as were the blackout curtains. Staff located us on the ground floor to help with luggage. The British Library being so close was a wonderful bonus. Totally recommend it if you are catching Eurostar. 👍🏼

Not having a fridge in the room was probably our only negative. The room was small, but we made it work.

Great location.It's across the road from Kings X station.It has easy access to public transport and cafes, restaurants all around. Very convenient. I contacted earlier before I arrived if I could check in early ( this was subject to availability in the morning). Luckily I was able check in early for an extra 30£ which I didn't mind to pay , after a very long flight to London. The lifts weren't working while I was here but one of the lovely staff members helped carry my heavy luggage to my room on the 3rd floor many thanks. Overall I enjoyed my stay & would def stay here again.

It's outdated & needs a refurb. But its clean & conveniently located across from major public transport.

Perfect location as we got the train to St Pancreas. Literally on the doorstep. Also so easy to get on the tube to visit all parts of London, tube station both on the doorstep. Our view was superb and was facing St Pancreas Station. Hotel was clean, check in was easy and staff were friendly. Was great we could leave our luggage safe. Tv was a smart tv, so had all channels and on demand.

If I had one negative it would be the rumbling of the tube station beneath us every-time a train came. However I chose to stay right by the station so didn’t think that through. It wouldn’t stop me staying again though as I had my elderly mother with me and the location was just perfect!

2nd time at this Hotel and better room than first (lower below ground room first time). Bigger and better appointed overall this time. This is an ideal location for visiting anywhere in London given that it is only 50m from the tube entrance. Price for London is very good

Still a few bits that could be freshened up in the rooms - extra lick of paint etc. Outside noise is always going to be an issue if you suffer bad sleep patterns (apnea in my case) but you have to remember this is straight opposite from Kings Cross station - its never going to be quiet. That said better sound insulation would help

It was a last minute booking and it was great. Very easy to check in and out. Location was outstanding. Everything was just conveniently located within an arms reach of the hotel. It was very clean. Loved the toilet and shower facilities.

Getting up and down to our rooms was a bit of a hassle. The hallways are very narrow and it was troublesome weaving through with a rather large luggage. Incredibly taxing. The room was also very small but it was adequate to catch a good night's sleep.

This hotel s much nicer than the rating suggests. Our Eurostar had been cancelled so we needed an immediate hotel and Kings Cross Inn was perfect. Clean room, enough space for two people, nice bathroom and the A/C was already on. No outside noise due to double glazing, despite the room facing the busy Euston Road. So yes, King's Cross isn't the nicest area in London, but being opposite two train stations makes up a lot. And the hotel and staff themselves are really worth more than the current rating.
