Super accommodating for my Vegan friend. Not just buying pre made scrambled egg but using a recipe to make a more flavourful version. Managed to have tomatoes even though there's a tomatoe shortage currently! John Lewis towels, perfect cotton bed linen. Amazing art work & photography around the house and bird watching while dining! Milo well trained gorgeous dog.

I have a small appetite so portions were fine for me but I worry if I had I bought my male friends (and their large appetites) they would've still been hungry - but I believe Tania would've accommodated extra portions if they were asked for. Breakfast could've been hotter (but that's being really picky as it was all wonderfully edible)

The breakfast dining room is super, facing the French doors open to the garden which is beautiful. The breakfast facilities is also excellent with bone china cups & saucers. all kinds of condiments are all ready for your choices. We can have choices of breakfast which all we need is to complete a form the night before. The breakfast are top qualities!!

The owner has already put in her heart & thoughts in making customers feeling welcome & comfortable! Nothing to complain!!

The host Tania was very friendly and attentive to my wishes. I had opted to have Muesli for breakfast and happened to have a banana I had brought with me which I chopped on top of the Muesli. Tania asked me if i would like fruit for my Muesli for my stay. I said no it didn't matter but the following morning she had a banana and chopped strawberries for me to put on my Muesli. That sort of desire to make your guests happy is priceless. I also liked the gentle Jazz played on vinyl records that accompanied breakfast.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. I found locking the front door a bit confusing, but I think that's just me!

The room was spacious and well lit and we slept great thanks to the bed and pillows.

As the bedroom faces the street you are quite exposed when the blinds are open and so some light curtains or covers that let the light through but allow for privacy would have been nice. This is a small comment for improvement and not something that significantly affected our comfort

The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Tania was very welcoming and made sure we knew where everything was. Great choices for breakfast which were thoroughly enjoyable. We loved the choices of music in the background and watching the birds feeding through the French doors in the garden. Tania also introduced us to her adorable dog, Milo, who was very friendly and so well behaved. The property was very conveniently close to the train station which we used for a trip into Poole. There are a couple of local pubs which do excellent food. All in all a great place to stay.

Fantastic, stylish house with fabulous art, and cool vinyl played during breakfast. Super-comfortable and clean room and bed, with great attention to detail such as a fridge with fresh milk and water, plus home-made biscuits. Delicious breakfast in a pretty room overlooking the garden with lots of birds and flowers.

It was a lovely room, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Such a comfy bed! The house was full of interesting art. The breakfasts were very good with a wide choice. We enjoyed the local butchers' sausages. It was lovely to see the birds feeding just outside the window. We enjoyed the jazz music. Tania is a very friendly and welcoming host and gave us useful suggestions for walks and places to go. The location was great - we did various nice walks nearby and went to the sea. We enjoyed eating and doing the quiz at the Hare and Hounds in Sway. It was a great trip and just what we needed as a relaxing winter weekend away.

Excellent location for exploring the new forest and surrounding area. Excellent host and accommodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was absolutely excellent and all freshly cooked with local sourced ingredients and plentiful! Would highly recommend 10/10👍🏻👍🏻

Everything , Tania is a amazing host, house and rooms are immaculately clean, very generous with the condiments in room fantastic breakfast filled us up for the day can’t forget Milo the dog who loves his fuss a short walk puts you into the new forest Sway is a good place to stay as it very close to the coast line of Barton On Sea and Milford On Sea

Nothing, cannot fault it

Tania was a super host being very welcoming and attentive. The room was cosy, comfortable and this was a great base to explore the beauty of the New Forest. Breakfast was tasty and well presented. Lots of personal touches that showed the care that went into our stay, we will definitely be back. The homemade cookies were yummy.
