If you're looking for a clean, comfortable B&B, this "ticks" the boxes. Straightforward, comfortable accommodation...Excellent Hospitality Tray in room. Peaceful location, but only 5 minutes from Town Centre and Railway Station. A pleasant 20 minute walk to the Beach area.

Not a dislike as such. But no Breakfast is provided , so other Travellers need to be mindful of this. Personally, it wasn't a problem .

I was warmly welcomed on arrival. It was very clean everywhere. They cared about everything being perfect for me and complimentary quality snacks and drinks in my room. Breakfast was super with fresh food cooked in front of me, served hot. Beautiful fresh bread and a good selection of fresh fruit and cereals served on an impeccably clean stylish table. I could come and go as I wished. The doors are good quality, have good locks and I felt secure. I felt comfortable and at home here. I shall book this again as my preferred accommodation.

Nothing was a problem at all for me.

The hosts were super thoughtful and helpful, breakfast was enormous and very lovely. Lots of thoughtful things in the room like oat milk, earplugs, and an actually decent hairdryer. Also their dog Bear is an absolute gem of a dog!

I really enjoyed the whole stay, loud seagulls are annoying but can't do much about that and the ear plugs are there for that anyway

The Breakfast was lovely, great choice and host is very accommodating. Nice touches in the room, with shampoo and conditioner (which I forgot) also a lovely welcome basket which was fab as I had been travelling and arrived very late so couldn't get food. Sky t.v in room and free Wi-Fi which was great as i had to do some work on arrival

Where the bed was in the room there was a cold draught coming in the window just above where your head was on the pillow. I did close the vents on the windows and also pulled the curtains tighter, however you still felt the cold draught. Be good if there was a cancellation policy as my work sometimes gets cancelled at very short notice. I would lose my money if trip cancelled. Totally appreciate though as a B&B this is difficult to do. However this may put me off using it.

Room was very well equipped with lots of extras and I really appreciated the decaf coffee and oat milk!

All great, breakfast wasn't on offer but that didn't matter for our visit - only disappointed because if the room standard is anything to go by the breakfast would have been awesome too!

An absolutely gem and so glad we found this place. Beautifully decorated room, all the tea and coffee one could drink, extra touches such as strawberries and a full pack of shortbread. Room immaculately maintained . Add in magnificent hosts, perfect breakfasts and a totally adorable dog. Five star service for a 2-star price. if you’re in the area, I simply cannot think of a single reason to even consider staying anywhere else.

Cannot think of a single thing I didn’t like about our stay.We loved it.

Fantastic little gem in the heart of the town! Lovely, friendly hosts, and the room was lovely with all the wee touches. Hubby loved the lemonade! Thanks for a lovely stay, we will definitely return next time we visit family.

Nothing, it was perfect!

Extras left for you in the room were exceptional, and the small refrigerator was a bonus. Strawberries, were the best ive ever tasted, biscuits were great, and local lemonades were also great. Breakfast was outstanding, one of, if not the best ive ever had. Fresh pint of fresh orange in a bottle, same with milk. Cooked was so good n fresh, grilled not fried, and really fresh, cut your own bread.

Properties round about are very run down, and full of sea gulls n pigeons, which can be a bit noisy. Room was perfect, although could do with redecoration. Shower was needing a good clean though.

Good central location & good size room. Also lots of tea/ coffee etc provided.

If I'm being picky the front garden wasn't inviting as quite overgrown & the bed although a lovely size was a bit hard.

Everything was excellent from the condition of the room and bathroom to coffee/tea making facilities to the landlord’s welcome. The location was also, for me, excellent.

No breakfast was provided which negates the second “B” in B&B.
