We urgently needed a place to sleep after a long day, and were welcomed kindly by a young staff member. The room was on the second floor, quiet, and very comfortable. There was lots of choice for breakfast, all set out in a spacious dining room overlooking the Main Street. Our dog was welcomed too! Unable to stay to enjoy town but intend to return to Top Joe for an evening meal one day! All the staff we met were friendly and efficient - lovely place!

There was a slight delay with the kitchen staff at breakfast but the food was worth waiting for - this was just a temporary hitch that morning, and did not affect our overall enjoyment.

Great breakfast, amazing location to bars and restaurants. We ate downstairs at the pizzeria one night which was top - definitely recommend. We also tried Hwb Bar at the top of the road, it’s a great microbrewery with street food offerings, we loved this! The Ultracomida Deli is fantastic, and the Rock N Dough Bakery next door serves gorgeous coffee and croissants. We only came for a short trip, but Top Joes is in a short driving distance of Freshwater East, Lawrenny, Tenby, Haverfordwest and more! It’s a great hub for pembrokshire and I’d recommend for families and couples. The parking behind Top Joes is secure and private.

Decor was slightly outdated in the hotel part.

Perfect location as bang on the High Street with free car parking at the rear. Pizzeria restaurant with real Pizza oven on the ground floor and the pizzas were excellent. Room 2 at the back was comfortable, stylish and peaceful for sleeping. Breakfast was delightful and freshly cooked to order. Staff were lovely and the owner engaged with everyone checking they were happy with everything. So glad we booked it as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had no complaints at all. Maybe a few hooks on the back of doors to hang coats may have helped and a bath mat in the bathroom. Otherwise it was perfect for us.

Superb hotel in the centre of Narberth. Our room, 2, was very comfortable modern and bright with everything you need including a top notch shower and aircon. High quality breakfast with various offerings including smoked salmon or avocado with eggs and sour dough to a full cooked breakfast as well as a wide range of cold items. Well stocked bar and enjoyed being sat outside listening to a band of musicians from Norway doing an impromptu set. The owner, Dan, took time out for a chat and all in all, highly recommended. Top Joe's is also a pizzeria but we didn't sample the evening offerings but would expect it to be of similar high quality.

Brilliant central location, with attractive side courtyard at the back. Our duplex rooms were big enough for 4 people not 2! Room 11 had a TV and 3 squashy sofas downstairs, with extra storage, a sideboard and a desk. Upstairs a second TV opposite the bed, a desk and built-in shelving/ desks. Great breakfast for veggies and meat-eaters alike, with lovely fresh pastries, juice, granola and fruit followed by the option of a hot breakfast. Bacon butties, a full breakfast and smashed avocado with poached eggs all went down well! Wish we'd known about the Italian food and pizzas in the evening - would love to try, so may have to book again.

Parking at the property was tight on the way in and out of the car park. All fine for space once you got in.

hotel location perfect, carpark behind the hotel v good, the room , bed and linen excellent, bathroom ditto and very well laid out. best bath towels i have had for many a long year, we were on the top floor but easily accessible - Narberth has lots of shops, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets

we used the two tea bags and coffee packets on the first day but they were not restocked on the second day. yes ,,,we should have asked but we didn't realise until we woke up and put the kettle on

Fabulous room. Amazing pizza. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was also good. Will definitely revisit but probably over a weekend next time.

Everything about our accommodation was wonderful. However Narberth was a little disappointing in that there were few eateries open in the evening - everywhere was open for lunch but only serving Thursday to Sunday in evening. We went Sunday to Wednesday. Top Joe's Townhouse was the exception and served the most amazing pizza.

Booking.com let us book for a room or 4 at time of booking. They contacted me quickly stating this was a mistake and they would move us into a room of 2 each for the same price, even though it should of been more expensive. When arrived the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Showed us to our room, which were clean and spacious. Breakfast the day after was amazing; fresh warm croissants, full cooked breakfast, avocado and poached egg on toast and many more was all included in our booking. Fresh juice, milk and various coffees available. Right in the centre of narbeth and was amazing that we had parking included

Nothing was amazing

Room was nice and spacious ad was great to have air condition on a hot day. Food was excellent for dinner and breakfast. Staff on the evening were great. High street was great found little pubs which were quirky

Service in the morning was a little slow, travelling for business breakfast didn't start until 8am. I had a room outside where was a little noisy , woke up by a drill going off at 6am i believe there work going on. Hard to find car park at the rear These are only little problems overall very nice stay

All the staff we met were very helpful, polite and friendly. Not only beautifully decorated throughout but cleanliness was of a high standard. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order using local ingredients, tasty and piping hot. Excellent location in the main street. A bonus was having alloted car parking spaces around the back.

Not that it bothered us, and we were on the second floor, but there is no lift in the premises.
