Modern studio with integrated kitchen appliances, great value for money!

The accommodation was £28 and the host genuinely expected me to pay a £300 deposit for this room (more than 1000% of the cost of the room) they eventually allowed me into the property after I paid £50 which was returned just over a week after the booking. If the deposit expectation wasn't so excessive I'd be staying here again on a weekly basis, without fail

The location was excellent, very quiet and got shop a minute walk from the apartment. Check in was smooth and efficient. The room was immaculately clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. What truly set this apartment apart was the coordination and prompt response from the staff. They were though faraway but very close than most reception Whether you are travelling or for leisure I would surely recommend this apartment to anyone. It will surely make your visit to Newcastle more relax and comfortable. I will surely visit Newcastle again and surely will book with AA Alexander. My deposit was refunded even before the seventh day My recommendation please consider a much more comfortable bed, it will make that much difference

All the contact was made via wotsapp, which were friendly helpful messages that gave clear instruction about key collection and entry. Needed a little prompt to reply, but otherwise was a clean basic neat apartment which did us for the night. We found the double bed a little small but we're used to a king-size, the bathroom is compact but adequate, We parked on the road no problem outside.

The bedside lamp did not work, probably just the bulb. The shower cubicle has a narrow door entrance due to the size of the bathroom, perhaps the door should have been put on to slide the other way. But these points did not detract from our stay nor the cleanliness

I recommend the apartments in Gateshead for those looking for family accommodation. Although I rented the place in the center, the property changed at the last moment, I was upset at first, but then we were very pleased. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It is in a nice location for families with children, there is a market, etc nearby. You can easily meet your needs.

Some information about the place on the Booking does not match. I do not remember I need to pay a deposit before entering the house. I had a bad experience about it with the host. So, read the terms related to property carefully. In addition to this, the apartment was very dusty, it seemed like it had been cleaned in a hurry.

The beds were super comfy and the room was of decent size. Easy to navigate when arriving. Realised I had to push the door as soon as the code was put in and not wait a few seconds beforehand. And it's only a 15 minuet walk away from Nothumbria University!

There was an amount of noise coming from neighbouring residence, if the door was more sound proof in beingable to block all that noise, it would've been better.

Great location, clean and comfortable. No issues with property at all.

Notice for the security deposits and ID was sent when already in Newcastle which added unnecessary stress. This could have been organised weeks in advance instead spent an hour of my evening trying to contact yourselves. All solved in the end up but this could have been done prior to the day of travel as it was easily missed in the long email

The only issue I had was the website didn't clearly state that there was a £300 deposit to pay that wasn't included in the price of the apartment. I was only told about it on the day we were travelling. (you get it back within 7 days) The host was unaware of how the deposit was displayed on the booking.com website and apologised for this but the rest of the stay was fantastic.

The place was very spacious with beds that can sleep 4. There was plenty of room to store our luggage. All the necessary kitchen utensils were ready for our use and was of good quality. There was a large en suite bathroom which was large and and wheelchair friendly. The common areas such as corridors and the entrance was kept very clean and tidy. It's a great place for a short stay for work/with family and friends.

The room was huge with a good bathroom and kitchen. It was clean. The location is also good. The staff helped me find the building even when they finished their work day. Also it was a late check in but they confirmed my room.

To gain access to the room, I had to pay a deposit for damage that I did not suspect. Due to the fact that I was looking for this building at night, I could not find it for a long time, but the team helped me get there.

I really liked everything actually.

My only reservation is that there isn't a table in the room for work. It's a bit uncomfortable to work in the room. If you have no work then it's perfect. Also, putting a bit of written instruction to use some of the facilities [like the stove] would very helpful. Notwithstanding, the staff were responsive in providing further instructions when contacted via a WhatsApp page they set up to interact with guests.
