There is always someone on the reception with a smile and when we arrived so the key card was made available immediately. Host was very pleasant and informative, giving us suggestions of local attractions that he enjoyed. When you enter in a property, there is a refreshing fragrance all around. There was plenty of bedding, towels and kitchen equipment. There was also a free Wi-Fi everywhere and a smart TV. Apartments are spacious and nice location. Ample parking space was reserved for the apartments guests so you don’t have to worry even you come late after having enjoy a lot in the night. In short, I had a wonderful trip of Newcastle just because of this apartments.

I have stayed with my friend for a day and honestly I am so happy we found this place. We felt special from the beginning to the end. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love they pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean. Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice pub and club , so we have great night out as well. - Overall I had best stay ever in Newcastle!!! and definitely will back there and will recommend this peaceful place to everyone.

Room was large with a comfy king size bed and single bed in room. Ensuite bathroom built- in kitchen with kettle (Tea and coffee) TV. Hairdryer. Room and rest of building was very clean and tastefully decorated. The person on reception was polite and friendly. Apartment is above a Restaurant where Take out is available if required Parking is directly below Apartment.

The room was a little warm for me and I couldn't open the window - Apartment is on a busy road but the location was great for my trip

The man on reception is an absolute asset to your company. This stuck out to me as I work in hospitality, and would be delighted to think all our guests were treated to the standard given by this gentleman. Later on at night, he also got off his chair to come outside + wish us both a lovely evening once we were settled and ready for our night in town. I also loved the apartment + only wish we had been staying longer.. Will definitely be returning.

Pleasant city location, roomy, completely furnished. Staff that is helpful and friendly. They were really helpful in helping me check in with all of my stuff and in helping me with all of my little needs during my stay, even though I had made this last-minute reservation. Check-out went well, and I received excellent assistance with my bags.

The apartment was lovely but not cleaned during my stay probably due to COVID-19 restrictions. It had everything I needed for one week stay and was very comfortable.

No clean towels or bed linen during my 7 night stay and litter bin not emptied. Unfortunately some of other guests were very noisy and the apartment was not soundproofed.
