Had a amazing night for My girlfriend’s birthday she really enjoyed it couldn’t fault your staffs customer service had a issue with my room shower flooded and blood on the bed but shift duty manager forgot his name was amazing changed our room asap and also gave us late check out free of charge the room he gave us was a lot bigger bar staff was amazing ashame the fire alarm went off but that wasn’t any fault to the hotel room was clean be definitely coming again and to some of the events you have lined up for the year thanks to your whole team

The staff were very friendly and helpful, overall the rooms were comfortable, clean, and pretty well maintained. The room had a large TV, teas and coffee and the bed was comfortable. Having a pool, gym, restaurant bar, and a starbucks within the hotel was fantastic. The price was reasonable.

The price was reasonable but a little on the higher side for the rooms. The prices in the restaurant were steep. I didn't like the toilet in the room, the toilet itself was so far up the wall my feet couldn't touch the floor, and the toilet room itself was very small I would have liked bigger for the price. The bed was also weirdly high off the ground. Nobody else in our group had this problem but I felt too short for my room.

The staff are what made my stay great. Unfortunately the event I was attending at the hotel changed venue at the last minute to a different city so we couldn't go, the staff went out of there way for us they even gave me a bottle of wine to cheer us up and let us use the pool facilities for free . The room was very clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable . In the bar and grill the food was very tasty and very big portions. There was plenty of parking. Just across the road there were a few shops that included - pound stretcher, next discount , marks and Spencer, matalan and b&q there was a couple of others aswell but can't remember what. There was also a family restaurant with a park , chip shop and a tesco next to the retail park.

Nothing I didn't like.

The staff was amazing and Colin the night man was great he went out of his way to find me an extension lead for me to plug in my breathing machine as there was no plug socket near the bed to plug it into and I gave it straight back to him in the morning. Thanks so much Colin if you see this 😊

The amount of cigarette butts that was left in the planters outside coz guests and users of the hotel was to lazy to put it in the bins provided. Not the hotel fault but just looks bad on them.

I spent 2 nights at the hotel and while I was there for hours there was kids running playing knock door run and running around the landing and playing in the lifts so when we did get a lift we were having to go all way to top floor before getting to our actual floor either that or the kids was sat in the lift, feet handing out door so it didn’t move. the lady at reception said she will email me to resolve the issue

Very confortable bed in a large room very well equipped. We were surprised by the fact that the village was a "club" but all in all that was a good surprise with swimming pool and jacuzzi. Very nice staff. Although it is located in a very commercial, it is walking area, it is walking distance from the Attenborough reserve, which is a great place for bird watching.

Not fan of Starbucks embedded in the premises but I am old school. Maybe a lack of sittings in the lobby, not cosy.

I was making a quick stop to see some friends before heading up to newark for some work, the hotel is absolutely lovely, and they have genuinely some of the most friendly and lovely staff, they were super chatty and helpful, Dave, Collin and there was a lady there when I checked out who was also super lovely and helpful, the room was great and it was such a lovely stay, will defiantly be going back there

Excellent breakfast,plenty of choice and well cooked.

I was charged double the cost of 250ml of wine which added £10 on to my bill. So I queried it and my bill for a fish wrap with fries came down from £30 to £20. I had been charged £20 for a glass of 250 ml of Sauvignon Blanc.The bar was not busy and although I received an apology I wasn’t happy about the situation.

Lovely comfortable surroundings we spent a nice evening in the bar, v attentive staff and good atmosphere! Rooms spacious and clean with attention to detail, top notch fittings such as shower and comfy beds! Anglepoise lamp was noticed and I am sure this wasnt the only designer feature?? But unfortunately it was a really short stay for us and we were up early to attend my sons graduation the next day.

My son was on the first floor and said it was noisy with a lot of coming and going on the corridor. We were on the 3rd floor and had no problems.

booked a last minute trip to Nottingham Xmas fair, and stayed here, staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful and chatty. explained everything clearly and professionally. made us feel very welcome. we got free access to the pool which we used on the Sunday as we arranged late check out. great facilities, Starbucks, restaurant and gym. room was lovely and clean, bed was extremely comfy and overall hotel was great location for us. will use again.
