Room was spacious and newly decorated and very comfortable. Great location for the train station and Oxford city centre. Quality of the accommodation was very high when considering the price tag.
The bathroom was a little tight, but I completely understand why given the nature of the renovation. I can see how it might get a little noisy as the noise of other residents carries in a building like that and I was positioned by the front door. That said, fellow residents were very considerate and I had no issues whatsoever.

Very clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Shower great and lovely towels. Good storage space for clothes etc. Location good - a little far out but easy to access from both the station and city centre.
Clearer instructions on using the keypad to get in would have been good - I had to call for help but after that it was OK. I was also a little disconcerted by being on the ground floor with a door from my room into the garden - as a lone female i wondered how secure that was so a bit of reassurance about security would have been good. TV was difficult to use, not sure why 2 remotes and one was clearly low on battery so I kept getting an error message, and another message about low signal quality. And I wish the room had had a usable mirror near a plug point, not just a bathroom mirror. Its a common problem but it would be so much easier to dry hair and do makeup when you can get to a mirror!

There was not breakfast, but there was a fully equipped kitchen with some amenities, like coffee, tea, and some cereals that one could use. The general view from the room was great, to a very peaceful inside garden. The hosts are very kind and strive to keep the house clean.
There was one day when there was no room service. But other than that, everything worked out very well, nothing really bad to comment. The location, when thinking about going to Oxford city center, is a bit far, but that can actually be good for promoting walking.

Pretty decent spot short walk into town, barely saw anyone else in the property so it felt like I had it to myself. Ensuite was a bonus. Room was big and clean and the cleaners were friendly.
It was a bit too warm and I couldn't find a way to turn the heating down but I'd rather that than be too cold! It's a little more pricey than I would have liked but for a last minute place to stay but it's better than a hotel and it had everything you needed to prepare meals so I saved money eating in.

The apartment is located on Botley Road and is about 15 minutes easy walk from the centre of Oxford. I had good communication with the host prior to arriving. There is no offsite or on street parking, however, a park-and ride station is about 10 minutes walk away. There is a shared kitchen for guests. We were in Room 3 on the ground floor which overlooked the back garden, was comfortable and very quiet.
One of our party was in Room 1 which was at the front of the property and there was road noise, as well as the chime of the front door when people came in. Also, while there is a shared kitchen, there was not enough glasses, mugs, etc for everyone to use.

The room was very clean and new. The bathroom with a modern shower was very clean. We appreciated the self ckin with a personal code to enter the room at any time you arrive. A clean big kitchen with everything at disposal (dishwasher too!). A big garden to relax outside.
Late answer of the owner. Difficult to comunicate but with a self ckin and nobody in the Building It would be important to answer. I wrote the day before arrival to ask for an early ckin from 12 to 13 . i got an email at 15pm of the next day where they said It was possibile (neither useful not true because i was there at 12.30 and the room was not ready and by the time i got a not-true answer i was already gone planning to come back later). The Building Is not so close to the centre and with the luggage It could be a problem.

The location is very convenient with public transport, and not too far away from the city centre and my work which made having flexible evening plans much easier. The staff were all very nice, responsive and accomodating which made the stay very effortless.
My room didn't have very convenient places for plugging electronics. The toilet is quite fitted into the bathroom against the wall(s), so it's a bit of a tight space to sit on for myself (a 6ft guy).

Room had everything we needed for our short stay. All was clean, bed very comfortable and small en suite bathroom adequate with good shower. We had room 3 which opened onto the garden making it nice and light. The shared kitchen was clean and very well equipped. We would stay here again for a short break in Oxford and consider the stay to have been good value for money. The walk into the city centre took about 20 minutes but there also appeared to be plenty of buses available too if you wanted one.
Nothing particularly that really affected us but if I was being picky then a couple more power points to enable easier charging of phones etc and the TV reception which is via an internet connection was very poor (although Wi-Fi was good).

We got the room at the back, so even though it was on the ground floor, it was very quiet and we had direct access to the little garden at the back. The kitchen was well-equipped and the entire house looked cozy and nice. We had a very pleasant stay. It was really easy to enter, the entire process was very comfortable.
It is a little farther away from the city center and the roads were under construction so the bus to the city center wasn't available. It was a mild inconvenience for us but it could be a bigger problem for people having difficulties with longer walks. The bus stop is close, though, it might be easy to get to the center any other time.

Location easy walking access to city centre and station. The room was clean and clearly looked after. Although there is no staff on site, easy access to the house and room. The shower was super and easy to use. Very good value for money, will return in the future.
We were in middle floor and we could hear footsteps above when people walking about. Although not too disturbing when sleeping was a distraction
