Alan & Trish are excellent hosts always making sure everything goes well at breakfast & always ask if you want more toast, very keen to make everyone feel welcome. Breakfast is good quality produce. Plenty of free parking available close to the sea front & multiplex cinema. I was lucky enough to have a sea view which I enjoyed sitting on a chair in my room looking out of the window .

Outside needs a little TLC metal rails could do with a little pain & the outside steps need a little touch up but don't be put of by this every else is fine & superb value for money.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They're really helpful if you want some guides for places to eat or things to do.The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty. We were there for the Air Show and the B&B is situated on the esplanade with parking so you're right on the front with excellent views.

The decor was a little dated and the ensuite was small, but only to be expected for the age of the property

We booked especially for the beachfront location, to watch the seafront airshow, and could walk straight to the location. B&B had a carpark so didnt have any parking issues. Our room looked out onto the seafront and we could watch the airshow from our bedroom. Alan and Trish went out of their way to ensure everyone enjoyed their stay. Lovely breakfast. We would highly recommend this B&B.

The cherry tree is in the best location, the view from the sea view bedroom was lovely, watching the sunset and rise was amazing. The cherry tree is run by Alan and Trish, who are both lovely. Very chatty and are both great, They went above and beyond for us. Nothing was too much, and breakfast was amazing. The hotel itself is a little dated but lovely and clean, the rooms have kettle and shower room and TV. The bed was comfortable, rooms cleaned every day, fresh towels every day. It's definitely a place I'd stay again as its in the best location.

I can't say I didn't like anything as the room, food, location, and hosts were amazing.

Alan, Trish and Gemma were very friendly and we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The hotel was in a good location on the sea front with ample free parking . Our room ( no 2 ) was a sea view room with a huge very comfy queen size bed and another comfy single bed . The breakfast was very nice and freshly prepared for you with more than enough food which was all local produce . We will definitely return here .

It is a perfect location for a short stay in Paignton. Alan and Gemma were very welcoming and provided good local knowledge. We had a wonderful view of the seafront from our room and breakfast was well presented. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

The property is a little dated in its presentation and would benefit from being decorated to a more modern standard, but that said it was very clean and well kept.

wonderful location staff and Breakfast, nothing was too much trouble at all which is great yo know when you have kids. I would definitely recommend this hotel

a few stairs to the rooms that was no problem with is and the are accessible rooms of the ground floor if required

Amazing stay with the wonderful Alan and Trish. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and we were upgraded to a seafront view. The location is perfect and they helped us plan our weekend to ensure we got the most out of our 3 days.

Fantastic hotel run by a lovely friendly couple. Breakfast was delicious, nothing was too much trouble. Was lovely Alan takes the time to speak with the guests. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again!

Nothing to report here. Some people may get inpatient how long the hot water takes to come through, but it's a big old place, so patience required, it gets there eventually.
